The staff were friendly, spoke fluent Chinese, and were punctual in picking up and returning the car. The procedures were very professional; I signed a contract on-site and they explained many important points. The car was in excellent condition except for low tire pressure, which required me to inflate it at a gas station for free. The car was clean and tidy, and after driving it for over 500 kilometers, it was incredibly smooth. When returning the car, I could check the ETC toll records directly on the staff's computer and pay highway tolls by credit card. A great experience overall.

This is my second time using your company for a self-driving tour in Tokyo, Japan. The prices are affordable, the cars are clean and hygienic, and there are no unpleasant odors. Customer service staff added me on WeChat in advance, making car pickup quick and convenient. The delivery staff, Ah Le, speaks Mandarin and Cantonese, is diligent, friendly, and courteous, and delivers the car on time; the delivery location is easy to find. The car has Japanese ETC, which is very convenient on Japanese highways; after use, the toll data is read directly upon return, and payment is settled on-site. Overall, the user experience was excellent, and I highly recommend it.

The car model was consistent with ours, making pick-up and drop-off very convenient. ETC charges were clear and transparent. The car was in good condition, although there was a musty smell inside, probably due to the Tokyo climate. There were no hidden fees or tricks. However, the optional zero-collateral vehicle damage insurance promoted by Ctrip wasn't from a Japanese insurance company and wouldn't cover claims directly; in case of an accident, you'd have to pay the full amount upfront. We recommend purchasing the optional insurance that covers claims directly; the rental company's optional insurance costs 120 RMB per day. Due to the car model, we rented an Alphard 3rd generation, which doesn't support CarPlay, and Apple navigation couldn't be projected. Using a phone for navigation resulted in small font sizes, affecting driving safety; it's best to specify your needs when renting.

The service was excellent 👍 Xiao Zhang was very responsible and helped us solve the problems. Thank you for giving us a gasoline-electric hybrid vehicle for the long journey. We arrived at the return city smoothly and safely in 12 days. We will choose you again.

The Prius performs exceptionally well, the pick-up and drop-off procedures are simple, and the ETC (Electronic Toll Collection) system is very convenient. It's particularly fuel-efficient in busy areas of Tokyo, the interior is very spacious, and the trunk is also exceptionally large.
