The car was in great condition, the service was friendly, they spoke Chinese, and they offered airport pick-up and drop-off! Overall, this car rental company was fantastic, and I'll definitely rent a car from them again next time I'm in Tokyo! 👍

The car was a bit old when I picked it up at the airport, but it was in good working order and clean. It had 130,908 kilometers on it. I was contacted via WhatsApp the day before pickup. The pickup location was clear, and I could ask any questions via WhatsApp. The return process was simple and smooth; I chose my own hotel in Shin-Hashi. The only downside was that renting an ETC card was very expensive, 600 yen per day. For Toyota rentals, adding an ETC card cost 330 yen per trip (regardless of the number of days).

The car was in excellent condition, and the staff were very attentive. They confirmed my arrival time the day before, provided detailed information about the airport pick-up and drop-off locations, and the child seat was already installed before I picked up the car. They even asked if I needed a phone holder and charging cable, which they offered free of charge. I felt very confident choosing this car rental company.

From pickup to car pickup, everything was quick and efficient. They even reminded us of our driver's license and driving precautions, which was incredibly reassuring. On the way back, they even directed us to refuel and arranged for us to be dropped off at a nearby bus station. The customer service was incredibly attentive, polite, and helpful, always replying to any questions we had via Line. The car is an old car with a lot of scratches, but it's clean. The shuttle service is convenient. The rental shop is right in front of the airport. All the equipment in the car needs to be rented additionally. The staff provides excellent service, responds quickly, is easy to talk to, and returns the car are very easy. The price is very good.
