Fantastic Location 1min walk to Teemall which got plenty of shops include PopMart, Uniqlo , Paper Stone bakery etc And many famous eateries Hotel Staff were extremely Friendly , Polite and Helpful Room size is good and comfortable bed that make sure you will get a great night rest Highly Recommended Hotel to stay , will definitely come back to this Hotel for my next Visit

Hygiene: Clean and hygienic. The room is cleaned very well. Facilities: The TV is very good and clear. Environment: It is very convenient to be across from the shopping mall. Service: Good service. Good sound insulation and delicious breakfast.

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. This is our second stay at Fairyland Resort Hotel, our first stay was in 2018, environment is still the same, nice beach, excellent hotel with much more amenities as compared to 2018. The kids really enjoy their stay here.

I went to Chaoshan with my father and sister. The room was by the sea, clean and tidy. The floor-to-ceiling bay window looked directly at the sea. The tatami was very convenient. The three of us sisters played cards and slept on the tatami. It was very convenient to have a washing machine, so we could wash clothes at any time. The housekeeper service was in place and responsive. When we arrived, we were sent to the surrounding specialty food and restaurants. Check-in was very convenient. We stayed for two nights. The next morning, we asked them to clean the room. It was very clean and the clothes were folded neatly. It was considerate! Facilities: All electronic, convenient!

Overall a great place to use as a base for exploring the Huanghuazhen area and relaxing with a cold one in the pool in the evening. Lovely breakfast, great service, and a perfect pool for relaxing. Only complaint is a fairly horrible elevator situation, so I recommend asking for a room on the lower floors so you can mostly

Very convenient location and good service. Family room was neat and tidy. Appreciate the daily laundry service and free snacks and drinks at the hotel. Staff were also very polite and professional. Would recommend people coming to chaozhou to stay here!

Lovely little hotel. Had a great view. They provide a nice cheap breakfast. Bed was comfortable. The location is ideal for the mountain unfortunately there is not a good variety of restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk was really nice she provided was a map and circled some locations for us.

The best hotel under $100 per night I have stayed in China. The rooms are neat and clean, the views are breathtaking and the breakfast is delicious and with so much variety of both Chinese and western cuisine. Like in most hotels in China most of the staff doesn’t speak English, but Ashen who works on the reception speaks English and he went above and beyond to help us find restaurants and shops for everything we asked him. Thank you very much again for everything!!

Hotel very near to big shopping malls. Hotel service is good and friendly. Provide connecting room for family, easily to handle kids.
