Family Friendly Hotels in Guangxi, China

I had a great time staying at this hotel! Everything feels brand new and super high-tech — they even provide an electric toothbrush, which was such a nice touch. You can control the aircon and TV with your voice, and the whole room setup feels smooth and modern. I booked a suite with a peaceful, green view. Some trees block part of the river, but I personally liked the added privacy and nature vibes. For my parents, I chose a 270-degree view room — it offers a much clearer view of the Li River. The room is slightly smaller than the suite, but the view is absolutely worth it. Before staying here, I actually stayed at a hotel near Elephant Trunk Hill (象鼻山). That area was super busy and noisy, especially during the holidays. Compared to that, this hotel is on the quieter side of the river and feels much more relaxing. There’s also a beautiful park right next to the hotel, which is great for morning or evening walks. The location is still convenient — you can walk to sightseeing spots easily. Plus, there are plenty of food options nearby, and delivery is super easy. What really made the stay memorable was the service. I’ve lived in China for three years, and this was honestly the best hotel service I’ve ever received. Everyone — from the front desk to the canteen to housekeeping — was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Only minor downside: parking is limited. If you’re driving during a holiday, you might have to look around for a spot. If you’re after comfort, smart tech, and warm, genuine hospitality — this is the place to stay!

The room is really clean and very comfortable to stay in. The check-in time is a little longer because we arrived at night. The service staff's attitude is quite good. The breakfast has basically everything we want. I'm satisfied. Next time I will choose this hotel again when I come to Hezhou

I am going to visit Friendship Pass the next day, so I stayed at this hotel, not far away~ Hotel service is warm, there is parking lot, walking to the snack street is very close, eating local characteristics is particularly convenient~ The hotel room is clean, the facilities are complete, even a variety of toiletries are very varied, and the breakfast is very rich~ Very satisfied with a blind choice~

A hotel that greatly exceeded expectations. From the warm reception of the concierge at the door to the polite and thoughtful service at the front desk and restaurant, I felt the feeling of being at home by the people of Guangxi. Since I come from the north and am afraid of the cold, I called the hotel in advance. The hotel was very considerate to help arrange an electric heater, which was very warm. I think the air conditioner is also set to warm, otherwise an electric heater would not be hot in every corner. The room is spacious, bright, has a good view, is clean and tidy, and is very comfortable to live in. It is a hotel that I will never forget after leaving the hotel. Staying at Liangsu Hotel was one of the most magical parts of our journey through China. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking design, the serene natural surroundings, and the peaceful ambiance that made it feel like a slice of paradise. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were two incredible team members: Lynn and Rong. Lynn greeted us with the warmest smile and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Every recommendation she gave — from bike trails to hidden cafes — was spot on and made our experience even richer. Rong was equally amazing — thoughtful, kind, and always ready to help with the sweetest energy. You could feel they both genuinely cared. Liangsu isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. It’s the kind of place you never want to leave, and these two beautiful souls are a big reason why. We’re so grateful and already dreaming of coming back.

Clean cosy room, awesome pool, stunning cute little village, with staff around that is super ready to help out with your every question. Though a bit far from the city of Guilin and the Yangshuo sceneries, you could still go there by cap or just experience the many available little handcraft courses in the village itself. All in all, nothing negative to remark, and a big recommend for anyone who wants to escape the rush of city life! Small tip though: keep in mind that the local restaurants may have to be booked up to a few hours in advance, which the hotel staff can arrange for you 👍

I have been to this geomagnetic hot spring many times before. It is located in the mountains and forests in the northwest of Guangxi. It has unique scenery and culture in the northwest of Guangxi. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, the air is clear, and you can bathe in a natural oxygen bar. It is a real natural mineral hot spring. The newly built hotel this time is very exquisite and high-end. The rooms are fully equipped with various facilities. The room has its own private hot spring pool. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery while soaking in the hot spring. The private hot spring room is well ventilated and you won’t feel stuffy. The room service is timely and thoughtful. It is very suitable for various types of vacations, leisure, relaxation, parent-child, family, friends, team building tours, etc.

It was a pleasant stay. Jane the personal butler did manage to fulfil the requests and created some nice surprises. The overall design and layout was satisfactory. A lot of recreational activities provided and planned for. As the compound was huge it never felt busy while you know there were many people behind the operations. If you ask me if the price was worth it, then I would take a second look, possibly at the price point, there are much better hotels in China but at Chongzuo, they do have a slight monopoly as there are not many hotels in the area for comparison unlike Guilin or Yangshuo (which has similar views and much cheaper price point).

The hotel was conveniently located near the Romance show, West food street, and River within 10 min taxi ride. There are 3 small pools and 1 with kids slide. The family room where we stayed has a small slide and plush toys to help entertain small children. The breakfast has small options but sufficient. The Guilin rice noodles are delicious at breakfast. You can rent family scooters at the hotel for 50yuan an hour which was super fun as we rode to the river side. The Chinese restaurant right outside the hotel is also very delicious. The only downside is hotel staff are not fluent in English.
