My child loves the room as there is tent 🎪, toy, books etc. We only booked for one night. Unfortunately my child was quite sick at night. The staff is very considerate and extended our check out time for an extra two hours. They helped with luggage and walked us out to another side of road for taxi. Overall a good experience other than the fact we had a sick child due to the Norovirus.

First Hotel of My Harbin Trip – Warm Welcome & Great Location This was the first hotel of my Harbin trip, and also my first time visiting the city. We had been traveling since the morning and arrived in the evening, around 7-8 PM. By then, we were quite exhausted, especially after pulling our luggage along the way. The warm welcome from the staff really stood out. It was freezing outside, and as soon as we checked in, a female receptionist quickly brought us hot tea, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The location is also a plus—not too far from Zhongyang Street, making it convenient for exploring the area. The only downside for me was the smell inside the room, which wasn’t very pleasant. Overall, despite that one issue, the hospitality and convenience of the location made my stay a good experience.

Mercure Hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service and excellent facilities. The room was spacious, clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The hotel facilities were equally impressive, including a Dyson hair dryer, humidifier, Xiaomi air filter and The breakfast buffet was particularly delightful, with a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. Conveniently located, close to St. Sophia Cathedral & Central Shopping Street. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

I absolutely love my stays at Wanda Holiday Hotel! We visited in early December 2024 for a family trip, and our rooms were spacious. The location is fantastic, just across from ZhongYang Dajie. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside was that they don’t provide air conditioning in the rooms during winter since they use a central system. It felt a bit stuffy, but thankfully the windows could be opened slightly to let in some fresh, cold air. Despite this, I would definitely return if I have the chance to visit Harbin again in the future.

Hotel right on the famous street. But the hotel let us check in only at around 5pm which is super late and our flight arrived was a red eye flight and all of us very tired waiting at the lobby.

Clean hotel. Around 15 mins walking distance to the walking street. Quite easy to book DiDi at the location.

Service is excellent, and was served with hot tea when we reached the hotel. Check-in was super easy, and given free upgrade. Hotel location is excellent and walking distance to St Sophia Cathedral and Central Street. We deposited our luggage with the reception upon check-out as have lots of time before the flight departure. They also have a place for drinks at the lobby. Overall, will be back to book again when coming to Harbin. Very good and pleasant experience.

We had a room for 3 persons and it was clean and big so we stayed comfortably for 4 nights. It has a washer in the toilet. The toilet is a bit small and get all wet when shower but we requested for a mop and mopped it after each shower, the floor was dry in minutes so no issue for us. Communication thru Wechat was fast and efficient. Everything we requested for was provided for almost within minutes. Location was good for us as it is near Line 2 metro which took us to the Ice Festival site, Sun Island and Zhongyang Walking Street and we strolled to Songhua River as well. It is just next to Sophia Church as you can see the picture taken from the window of my room. Not all rooms facing the church so if you want the view, you may need to check with the person in charge to find out which room has the nice view. Overall we like our stay and will definitely book again if we come back.

We had a very comfortable stay at Yuefeng hotel. Staff were friendly and were keen to provide great service. As we’re a family with 3 children, I had booked two rooms and requested in the booking that if possible they be on the same floor. We were really pleased. When checking in, without us having to ask, not only did they arranged for us to have rooms next to each other, they gave us a free upgrade to allow that to happen. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. The hotel is very conveniently located. Zhongyang Street metro station Exit 1 is opposite the hotel. This allowed us to easily travel to the hotel via the metro from Harbin West Railway Station and commute to Ice and Snow World and the Sun Island International Snow Sculpture Art Expo. ‘Ice and Snow World’ and ‘Sun Island’ metro stations are respectively 3 and 2 stops away on the same line (line 2). Zhongyang pedestrian Street and Saint Sophia’s church are also a short stroll away.

A family of three came out to travel. The environment was very good. The front desk reception was enthusiastic. The room was equipped with children's slippers, toiletries, children's tents⛺️ and children's bathrobes. The facilities were complete. The shower head had a lot of water and was comfortable. The waitress cleaned the place very well. The restaurant was also good and the samples were complete. I give it a big thumbs up👍

The hotel has thoughtful service, the front desk is enthusiastic and efficient, and the room service responds quickly; the hygiene is very good, the room is tidy and clean, the bedding and bathroom are strictly disinfected, and the public areas are also kept very clean. The overall experience is comfortable and safe, worth recommending!

The hotel is about 10 minutes' drive from Mudanjiang Station. The environment is high-end and elegant. The roast duck on the third floor can be delivered to the room. After the meal, contact the restaurant and someone will be responsible for retrieving the tableware. The attitude is very good and patient when consulting. Ms. Hongyan at the front desk is enthusiastic. Before leaving, she gave us souvenirs and hand warmers. When we heard that we drove over, she carefully confirmed whether our license plate number was entered. We came from Daqing and contacted the hotel in advance to inquire about parking issues. The customer service patiently told us how to find the underground garage. The garage is convenient for parking. The masters are warm and thoughtful. I brought my own cake and forgot to bring a lighter. The room service staff Xiaoxia helped us solve the problem in time. Overall, the facilities are complete, the environment is clean and tidy, and it is convenient to travel. I am very satisfied with the stay👍

Location was great. Right opposite the train station. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The first room I was given had a really strong smoking smell, so they gave me another room right away. The view of the city from high floor was great! Could see the whole city and the mountains surrounding the city. Every morning my room could see the sun rise and get some indoor sun bathing in the winter. The breakfast had a healthy Chinese variety. Some western bread and muffins were offered as well. The only weird part for me was the fruits - the breakfast buffet had bananas and oranges cut into halves which I saw nobody taking. Overall, the stay was totally worth it.

The location is excellent and is about just 100m from where the bus stops. It is situated within the central street where all the actions are. The room was clean but basic. The view from the wndow of our room was simply gorgeous - picturesque snow mushrooms. Staff were very polite and helpful. The young man at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He suggested what activities worth doing, and made all the necessary arrangements for us - transport, tickets and etc.. At his suggestion, we therefore visited Datudingz Mountain and Snow Valley - the two must visit places when staying in Snow Town. He also helped with the arrangement of our transportation to Harbin, our next stop. Coming to the not so good, we paid a 5 star price for a 2-star homestay type accommodation. While this is understandable, as the hotels here operate at most five months of twelve, during winter only, the amenities provided could be better and be better maintained. There was a foul strench from our toilet throughout our stay. Accessories were loosely secured due to wear and tear but should not be the excuse of leaving them.unrepaired. Disposal towels rather than proper towels were provided. These were thin and insufficient at drying the whole body. Also, there was only one piece provided per person for a two night stay, so no daily fresh towels.That said, I guess that most or all of the motels in Snow Town are of that state. Hopefully, this review will encourage some improvement.

Had a great time in Xuexiang thanks to great service from this hotel! Location is a bit of a walk from the main square, but the modern decor and amenities, cleanliness and service makes up for it. Loved the bathtub! Plenty of food options and small stalls around too. The staff are very warm and provided a helpful list of activities available and discount prices for each. They helped us arrange all our activities in their area once we confirmed our departure time. For one night activity, they even delivered our tickets to the restaurant we were eating dinner at. They also had a photoshoot package but pity we didn't have enough time to try it. Pricing is comparable to other dongbei-style hotels during peak season. The service is top-notch, so definitely recommend 💯

Very satisfied with the stay experience! Parking is very convenient at the hotel, there is a parking lot, check-in is fast, the price is very reasonable, the lobby is particularly large, the layout is very nice, the design is unique, the environment is also very good, the room is very large, the lighting is good, bright, the facilities are complete, the front desk service is efficient and enthusiastic, the room was upgraded, and a fruit plate was given. The front desk lady was very patient, the room was very comfortable, the bed was very comfortable, the mattress was very soft, the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas, the water pressure was high, the water flow was fast, the water temperature was comfortable, and the bathing was very comfortable. Hotel is standing opposite of lake in city center. Unfortunately I had a room viewing mountain behind. Room was not very clean - some spots and dirt on carpet. Rooms service didn’t remove 3 empty water bottles on bed table, nor changed dirty glasses to new ones. Battery in aircon remote was zero. Good breakfast is the best part.

Recommended, it's really good, there is an elevator, it's very convenient, the lobby is spacious, there are books for children on the bookshelf, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic 😊, the curtains in the room are still smartly controlled, the bed is very comfortable, and the room is clean It is really not easy to use an entire floor as a restaurant and public activity area in a scenic area! The dishes taste very good and are worth recommending. It refreshes my concept of hotels in Xuexiang! ! I need to come next time.

The location of the B&B is very convenient. We drove over and parked in their small yard (it's such a small backyard, and the road inside the scenic spot is very narrow, so we parked the car smoothly because there were few people there that day). Problems encountered: If it rains, the floor of the room will be wet as soon as you enter; The bath water cannot be drained at night! The sink has shampoo, conditioner and hand soap, but no shower gel😩 (Honestly, I didn’t want to take a shower in the cold weather. I didn’t tell the landlord until the next day, and she quickly found the cause of the problem and solved it.) So when you encounter problems, raise them proactively! There is not enough room to put things in the room, so all the odds and ends have to be stored on the small table. It is recommended to add a bench or something. advantage: The quilt is quite comfortable when sleeping at night. The next day I heard that the 24-hour hot water supply is the selling point here in Hengdaohezi? I don’t know if that’s true 😝

I am used to booking rooms on Ctrip every time I travel, it feels very convenient and there have never been any problems. But this time was the most unsatisfactory time I made a room booking on Ctrip. Please look at the order. I booked the ”Yabuli Hot Spring Ski Resort Hotel” in the scenic area. I wanted to enjoy the convenience of skiing and the hotel environment. However, the hotel sent me a location map the night before. I was very grateful and thought it was convenient for our navigation. But what I found out according to the navigation was the ”Fragrant Garden Iron Pot Stew” B&B, which is not in the scenic area at all, the environment is average, and there is no hot spring. You have to drive to ski, which is not what I expected. I don't know what the connection is between this ”Fragrant Garden Iron Pot Stew” and the ”Yabuli Hot Spring Ski Resort Hotel”. I just feel like I was sold! Does Ctrip take care of this issue? But the hotel owner's service attitude is still very good, dining is convenient, there is a restaurant downstairs, skiers are driven to the ski resort, after skiing, call for a car to take you back to the hotel.

First of all, we are senior ski enthusiasts. We stay in Yabuli during the snow season all year round. This homestay is in the best location. It is very convenient to the ski resort. You can directly see the sports tracks of Erguokui and Sanguokui ski resorts in the room. It is also very convenient to the hot springs. There is a small ski resort for children to play outside the homestay. The building of this homestay is a European-style villa. The interior decoration design style is simple and luxurious. The room area is larger and brighter than the Yabuli star hotel. The bedding in the room is comfortable and can be compared with InterContinental. This consumption experience is really great. From the moment you enter the door, the service staff will take the initiative to help you take the bag and wipe the wheels of the suitcase. The service is really impeccable and meticulous. I must give you a big thumbs up for your service. The boss lady’s hygiene cannot be evaluated only by cleanliness. It should be said that she is a clean freak. Haha😄 The surrounding bathing hot springs and major ski resorts are in full view

Just book this place already! You don’t need to look any further. AMAZING!!! As foreigners, traveling in China can be challenging but Sandy made our trip so much easier! She is a wonderful host that accommodated all our needs with a smile! She arranged a taxi for us that picked us op from the train station and took us straight to the apartment. We traveled during Chinese New Year which can be hard with getting a taxi and getting restaurants that are open. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant right next to the apartment and could watch all the people ski and have fun on the slopes! We arrived earlier than check in but Sandy assisted us so that we could change into our ski clothes and helped us to get a coach for our ski lesson, all the equipment and ski passes. After our wonderful time on the slopes, she took us to a hot springs! She took photos, translated and arranged all tickets needed. She surpasses all expectations when considering the service! The room was spacious, clean and had a wonderful view! The room was warm and had enough blankets that made the stay very comfortable! My only recommendation would be to provide drinking water in the room. The stay at Lucheng Apartments made our whole Yabuli experience amazing and we can’t wait to come back again! Perfect hotel that gives you a pleasant stay. Room : We book 1 family room and 1 standart room, all room is modern, all room was very clean and warm, they have floor heating, water heater, bath amenities that smells good, very clean and fluffy towels, automatic curtain, big tv, hair dryer, all things you need. Restaurant : The restaurant was very clean and warm. They have restaurant for breakfast with variety of food, even they dont serve western food, but you still can have fried rice and boiled egg for your daily protein intake. You also can have lunch and dinner here with reasonable price and decent portion, the dishes were delicious, our favorite is 锅包肉 guo bao rou, sweet sour pork which is northern’s specialty dish. Service : Their service is excellent, serve you with smile that warm your heart in this cold weather place ❤️ they were very helpful and sincere. They have pickup service from the nearest train station too. Around the hotel : There were ski place with affordable price for ski equipment, clothes, shoes, gear, and ski lessons. Perfect for ski begginers and kids. At night you can also try 烧烤 various chinese barbeque with affordable price, have some beers with your friends and family. Scenery around the hotel was very beautiful too. Overall : We are very happy during our stay in this hotel, it is a memorable stay for us. I would say this is the best of best experience I’m having , met a few families from Singapore as well , all of them were having same great comments on this home stay , owner is extremely friendly and helpful , he helped us booked a few activities which prices are much lower than market ( I did some research and compared ) .  This home stay is top notch in Yabuli I believe , try it you would know I meant

Oh my god, this is the best stay I've had in so many days of travel. After the group ended, the boss's car took us to the hotel for check-in. The room was clean and tidy. When cleaning, the aunt squatted on the ground with a rag to wipe the floor. When we went to the hot springs, we were picked up and dropped off by the boss. The food is delicious, clean and hygienic, and if you contact the boss to help buy tickets, it's cheaper than buying tickets outside. Guests staying at the hotel have discounts for dining in the restaurant, which is very good.

It is a good place to experience life. The boss and his family are very friendly. They provide free pick-up and take us to different places to play. 😝 And the restaurant in the inn is theirs. The food is delicious and authentic. They can also cook according to your requirements. 😆😆

Renovated in 2024, the hotel is relatively new. The bed in the family room is sufficient. The room area is not very large. The shower room is a bit small. It feels a bit crowded for one person. If you help the children take a bath together, you can't stay at all. The sanitation is clean and the bed is comfortable. There is a food court next to it, so it is convenient to eat.

The host and everyone there were so warm and welcoming. Very nice to my kids, they even let my kids borrow their snow toy for them to enjoy in the snow outside the room. Love the family room, got projector so we had winter movie night. The driver Mr Li was cheerful and so kind to bring us to the local convenience store, and recommended place for ice tubing and snow activities, he also brought us to one of the halal/muslim food which was abt 25mins drive away. The apartment is so beautiful and exceptionally Recommended place.
