Very nice hotel that combines western and eastern culture, also we paid 2 nights for staying 3 nights with the incentive. The bar in the hotel is awesome and it’s one of Top 50 in Asia.

The hotel is located in the very central and center of the city and the hotel upgraded my room to one of their signature rooms on the high floor with a very good view. The amenities were very good and allow me for late checkout as well. The only thing is that check-in is quite slow, but the lady was quite courteous so that was fine. Just a simple check in hotel

1st impression when arrived at the hotel was, it's a busy hotel in a busy district of Wan Chai. It's a bit dated, but renovation is taking place as I stay.
Breakfast in the morning has plenty of choices,
The dining room is massive.
Afternoon tea starts at 3-7, which was more than enough of time .
But the selection of food was another matter. From promotional video, there were more variations, like egg tart, tea cakes, and at the lounge, there're no cocktails as expected nor spirits drinks . Not even basic G&T , whisky sour. Only soft drinks ,tea, coffee, and choice of red and white wine. There's no staff in the lounge to facilitate guess needs .I have to check with the staff at the front desk to realise that changes had taken place in the past year. That's a big disappointment as I paid the extra to use the facilities and benefits which happened to end without notice nor compensation.
Room is spacious and clear view ,partly Seaview.
Plenty room for 1 person, and the air con was working perfectly until last night-my last night in staying. Around 03:20 ,I was getting up to go to the bathroom. Just then, I felt the slippers were getting wet. When checked ,realise that there's water leaking from the ceiling. I rang the housekeeper to report the incident.
Maintenance staff arrived and fixed the leakage within a space of time, app.an hour. Overall, it's an experience. I wish they looked into my suggestions, and maybe I'll be back to check it out.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I also really appreciated the convenient location — close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety too. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This hotel is excellent in our opinion. Location in the center, in 5 minutes by foot from a subway station. Rooms are large by Hong Kong standards and very clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were always exstensive and of top quality. The Internet connection was perfect all the time. There was a glass bottle in the room and you could always obtain drinking water in several places. The water flow in the bathroom was strong. We lived on 19th floor which provided a nice view from the window. Air conditioning was central and worked fine. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and next time when we visit Hong Kong we intend to stay there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Eaton Hotel Hong Kong, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and professional, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The hotel's design is modern with a creative, artsy vibe that gives it a unique character, especially the communal spaces and co-working areas.
My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed – fast Wi-Fi, a cozy bed, and a great view of Nathan Road. I especially appreciated the eco-friendly touches and the calming atmosphere after a day of exploring the city.
The hotel’s location in Jordan is perfect – just a short walk from the MTR, Temple Street Night Market, and many delicious local eateries. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the wellness center, which added a relaxing touch to my stay.
What really stood out was Eaton’s focus on community and culture. The live music, film screenings, and art exhibitions brought the place to life and made it more than just a hotel – it felt like a creative hub.
I would highly recommend Eaton Hotel Hong Kong to travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly memorable experience in the heart of the city.

Regrettably, our family endured a series of unpleasant stay during the New Year countdown at this apartment hotel. We deliberately chose this hotel for its renowned artistry and exceptional artistic offerings. With its esteemed status as a luxury hotel, our expectations were set high not only for the hotel's architectural and craftsmanship standards, but also for its service quality. Alas, our experience left much to be desired, as the hotel felt more like an apartment hotel rather than a luxury hotel.
Unfortunately, the level of service provided fell well below our expectations. The check-in procedure was notably slow, and we waited nearly 50 minutes for our luggage before having to remind the staff.
The duty manager exhibited a disappointing lack of professionalism and courtesy while addressing our inquiries regarding our booking. He drew incorrect conclusions from our outward appearance, causing us to feel offended.
We noticed a lack of attention to detail, such as the inconveniently placed buttons for the curtains and blinds. For instance, the button to close the bathroom blind was inconveniently hidden inside the bathroom cabinet, it hard to find for the first time which we have to contact the staff for help. Also the shower door cannot close properly during our stay. Furthermore, we were surprised to discover that certain bathroom amenities came with an additional charge.
The journey from the lobby to our hotel room proved to be quite perplexing for first-time guests. The process involved taking a lift to the 10th floor, navigating through the 10th-floor area, and then taking another lift to reach our room.
The breakfast is served at level 10, the only cafe restaurant within this apartment. The breakfast is à la carte set menu instead of buffet style, priced at approximately $200 HK dollars per set.
As one of the priciest hotels in Hong Kong, it is challenging to justify the steep costs associated with staying here. Other hotels in the vicinity offer superior views and service, such as the Regent and Peninsula. It is difficult to pinpoint any distinctive features or experiences that would validate the considerable expense.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, close to mtr and shopping malls. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We stayed here for 1 night. It is an old but decent and popular hotel, though the rooms are pretty outdated and cramped. Nevertheless, it was considerably clean, decent water pressure, and very minimal in-room amenities given HK hotels stop providing most of it. The view wasnt great at all but the location was prime for us as it was near eateries and landmarks. The staff were helpful where needed. Overall, it was for one night so we were pleased.

MManta1Resort is an inflated term. Pool closed, spa closed, rooms are upstairs but there is no elevator so be ready to carry your bags. Small washer and dryer in the sauna room, outdated fitness equipment. Weird 'token' system for using the 'resort' things like washer or sauna.Interesting little game area downstairs, a couple kayaks and bikes to rent. Few real amenities that would make this a ”resort”. It's a decent hotel.
The rooms are clean but the windows don't open so it gets very stuffy, the fridge froze everything and the bathroom is tiny and dated. My view was gross, so I kept the shade down.
When the tide is out there is a beach, it is close to the ferry pier and a very pretty view when the construction is not going. The sun rises right in front of the hotel!
Restaurant has a large menu for dinner, but only one choice for breakfast (set meal or nothing).
What saves this place is the staff! They are wonderful, lovely people!
GGuest Userthe biggest room in HK! beach view and away from the city. There's a shuttle going to MTR and bus stations so you don't need to worry about the transpo. There is also a direct bus from the airport (A38). Will definitely book here again.
Nnauqoverall the room is well equipped with amenities you would expect from any hotel stay. the plus point of the hotel is its close proximity to the mongkok east station, however it’s good to note that the mall entrances that connect to the hotel from the mtr station is cordoned off at night. so to hotel guests returning or arriving at the station at night, you would need to walk around the mall (which are guided by signs) to enter the hotel lobby. there are also plenty of good food options nearby such as one dimsum and dimdim sum both of which are highly rated and excellent in my opinion. overall a comfortable stay!
TTippawanThe hotel is very good, but I'm not sure what the noise was upstairs all day. The housekeeper is very cute. Next time I will stay here again. Very happy and happy. Most importantly, the air conditioning is very cool.
GGuest UserMy family enjoyed our stay at Royal View hotel. The bed is super comfortable and the view is amazing. The hotel.is clean and quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus service is brilliant. We will come back next time.
MMonica_ChiI recently stayed at Disney Explorers Lodge for two nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is beautifully themed with a lot of attention to detail, offering a peaceful, nature-inspired atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, perfect for families or anyone looking to unwind.
One thing to note is that the location is a bit removed from nearby restaurants and shopping areas, which might be a bit inconvenient if you're looking to explore the surrounding area. If you're mainly interested in staying on the resort, this won't be an issue, but for those wanting to venture out, the limited options nearby could feel a bit isolating.
For me, two nights felt like a bit much, and I think one night would have been sufficient for the experience, especially considering the distance from other amenities. However, the overall experience was still enjoyable, and I'd recommend it if you're looking for a relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle.
WWHighly recommended hotel at the heart of TST. We had a great view from our hotel room, and the size of the room was bigger than most other hotel rooms in Hong Kong. The bathroom was clean, bed comfortable. Only recommendation is for the hotel to consider changing carpet floor to hard floor, but that’s my personal preference.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful and liked the self service laundry room available to guests. Definitely would recommend this place to stay when visiting Hong Kong
AALFARN D.I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Hong Kong and had a pleasant and comfortable experience. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to MTR stations, shopping areas, and local restaurants. It made exploring Hong Kong incredibly convenient.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious for a hotel in such a busy area. The bed was very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff ensured everything was spotless during my stay.
KKing Leung KaneIt was a comfortable stay for a 1-night overnight stay at Noah's Ark. Nice open outdoor patio with table and chairs. Room was clean, but water runs off easily from shower onto the bathroom floor. Travelled with 2 kids (6 and 3 year old) - a bit of a walk from the public bus drop-off (the security guard at the gate close to the beach/restaurants told us to walk around to the main entrance). Not many food options available at the park, needed to walk out to the restaurants at the beach for lunch and dinner.
AAlb33The hotel room is fine.
I was planning to book it for wedding day, but knowing the price of wedding purpose room is 3 times more expensive than the same room that not for wedding, it’s way too overpriced!!’
Especially we are not doing any deco or needed a parking whatsoever.
Therefore, we booked the hotel next door which gave us opposite experience and it costed us 3000 more instead of 10K.
