Beautiful boutique hotel in the city center. Converted and restored old monastery Santa Joana. Very stylish design, warm inviting colours in interior, soft textures - all very eye-pleasing, perfect beds and all sorts of amenities. Several restaurants and a whisky bar on sight - all beautifully decorated with impeccable service. The rooms are equipped with a small kitchen and washing machine. The only minus I could mention is a rather late check-in time (from 4 p.m). There is a storage room at the reception for luggage, but it could help with a bit earlier check-inđ Otherwise - everytging was perfectđ«
The reception staff was very kind and responded perfectly. We are a family with one small child, and we booked a standard room. However, the room was only allowed to accommodate two adults, and three people including a child were not allowed. We made the reservation without knowing this, and although we would have had to pay an extra fee, the reception staff was kind enough to arrange an extra bed and allowed us to stay without paying an extra fee.
We usually stay at Marriott hotels and have elite membership status with Marriott, but this was our first stay at ALL. Through this wonderful service, we have become fans of ALL. Thank you.
Breakfast was very good and varied. Clean rooms, although the rooftop pool was a bit dirty (hair) and ordering something on the pool deck took a long time (it was just 4 simple drinks). Otherwise good to very good service, good location and nice decor. The beach and train station are just a few minutes' walk away.
It is an old four-star hotel in a relatively quiet location. It is surrounded by residential buildings. It is 5 or 6 minutes' walk from the beach. The train station is 10 minutes away. Next door is a shopping mall for shopping, laundry, and supermarkets. It is more convenient. The hotel facilities are older and the rooms are on the thinner side. The bathtub design is not reasonable for showering. Water will spill out and wet the ground. Be very careful when entering and exiting. The air conditioner is either too cold or leaking. Parking, fitness and indoor swimming pools all require a separate fee. I have stayed in hotels in so many countries. Fortunately, this is the first time I encountered them. Fortunately, the hotel staff are very friendly and responsive. The thoughtful gift of a cake on my birthday is very niceđ The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the bread is delicious. If you want to take a rest and vacation, it is a good choiceđ
Dear Sir, I am checking out in your hotel on Sept 10, can you help me to ask your floor keeper to check in Rm 407 if they can find a small organizer in dark color with an ID car inside , they may check the locker , drawer and whatever place they can find in the room . Thank you in advance for your help .
The pool at this hotel is incredible! X4 diving boards! Good cafe and restaurant. Excellent location not far from Lisbon but still feels incredibly remote! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to go back one day!
The hotel itself is a palace, the environment is very good, but there is a distance from the city center, compared to the secluded. Relative to the environment, the room looks normal. The hotel waiter has a general service attitude and can experience it in the environment. But once again, the black waiter accidentally sent a bathrobe and took the opportunity to look at the guests, because the check in was already six o'clock in the evening, the room had a bathrobe. Everyone is careful. It is because of the five-star hotel that there are quite a few such situations. Together with the Chinese, these waiters pay more attention to the mobile phone conference.
Brilliant hotel quite and very relax atmosphere. The area is very good to reach lisbon and cascaise . Very friendly staff. Specially junior who helped us when we had a tyre popped in front of the hotel he went out of his way to make sure we can get in touch with the rental company
