Spacious room, sufficient for two colleagues. Thoughtful amenities, provided additional pillow options, as well as turndown service. Good strong coffee with Nespresso machine. WiFi wa rather intermittent, kept getting disconnected during zoom online meeting but otherwise able to do emails. Short walk to conference venue (Lille Grand Palais). Limited food options nearby, often walked to Lille Flandres side or Town Centre for meals. Service was very responsive, some housekeeping staff were able to speak English. Nice touch at the end with door chocolates upon checkout. Overall a good experience.

Really lovely all-round. I think they upgraded my room from 'Economy' to a lovely one in the main Chateau, and it was lovely - really a suite! The staff were all excellent, and next time I'll be trying the dining room, which seems lovely (and nice to see a waiter in a jacket and black bow tie for once!) Right by the ruins of the castle, and when I left at first light I saw lots of rabbits jumping around!

I booked this place because there is no room in the permanent hotel, but the location is good, the environment is OK, it is more convenient to go to the client's company, the room is clean, and the breakfast is OK.

Because the setting of the room is a bit complicated, the front desk will be very intimate to bring guests to the room.

The breakfast is too simple. I don’t like it very much. I don’t think it’s worth it. I have a car to go out and eat. Tennis courts. Golf is good. There are horses in the town to ride (walk slowly) to see the forest, the castle and some of the blocks.

Perfect service, very enthusiastic and attentive staff, the location of the hotel is only a few tens of meters away from the Chantilly castle and the horses. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was great. The bar is also very good. Regarding breakfast, there are many choices, but maybe it lacks fresh pastries (the pastries provided don't seem to be the case).
