Very good stay experience. I think this is the best and most cost-effective hotel in London, far exceeding the Bulgari in London. The hotel staff is very good, enthusiastic and professional. During the stay, due to negligence, I lost my credit card in the lobby. A female staff member of the hotel found it and took the initiative to pick it up for me. When I returned to the hotel, the concierge at the door told me that my credit card was lost here and took me to the front desk to pick it up. I am really grateful to every staff member. The room is very large and has a separate large cloakroom. The bathroom has a large bathtub, double washbasins, smart toilet, dry and wet separation, bathtub TV, and a very rich mini bar. It is really rare to see rooms of this size in London. The bedding is very comfortable, and the screen of the smart control device in the room has Chinese options. It is very friendly to Chinese people. A brother at the concierge at the door will greet in Chinese. It is really a great hotel. This is the best one I have ever stayed in in the Peninsula.

The room facilities are indeed high-end and exquisite, and the bed is very comfortable
The location is also very good. It is the most satisfactory one among the three hotels we stayed in (The Shard, Bulgari, and Mandarin).
However, the service feels not as warm and sincere as Wenhua
This hotel was much nicer than expected. It is easy to get to and is less than 10 minutes walk from North Grenwich underground station.
The hotel staff are very welcoming. Check in was quick although at first they told me the room wasn't paid. After checking again they confirmed that it was.
The hotel has a mix of bars and restaurants. I used th Market Brasserie and had the set menu for dinner which was amazing. This is also where they offer an extensive breakfast.
The room was very comfortable and modern with nice lighting controls such as night lights, lamp mode etc. The room has nice a nice choice of hot drinks and bottled water.
The bathroom had a shower and a bath with complimentary bath robes. The shower was amazing!
The beds are comfortable although the pillows were slightly too soft for me.
There is a samsung tv in the room which has some apps. You can also cast to the tv from your mobile.
The room has modern and easy to use air con/heating controls. The bonus for me is that the air-conditioning actually works as we stayed in the summer.
The bonus for us was that you can walk directly from the hotel to the O2 using a corridor. This was great for getting to the arena before and after a show.
A must stay for anyone in the area.
We are 100% satisfied with our 5 nights stay with Cheval, the best service apartments hotel in London overlooking tower of bridge and tower of london. WE FEEL LIKE HOME. The best location in London. 2 mins walk to Tower of London 5 mins walk to tower bridge. A pier infornt of the hotel which takes us toany attractions by uber boat. The restaurant downstair is fabulous and we celebrated our son's 17th birthday. They serve best pasta. We booked 2 bedrooms apartments and were assigned 7 G very spacious room with fabulous river view. The rooms are equipped with highest facilities great amenities [ top quality shower gel lotion slipper, bath ropes 3pin plug and super super comfortable bed and pillow. ] Their kitchen is very modern equipped with dish washer, fridge and all utensils. They have very big laundry room. We booked Cheval Grand Edinburgh as well for 2 nights stay. Worth the price.
From its location and the comfort of the building's exterior to the staff's service attitude, everything scores top marks! Although the hotel's buffet breakfast doesn't offer a wide variety, the quality is excellent, and it was a very comfortable dining experience, with the waitstaff being very attentive! Additionally, the service received at the hotel's main entrance and the exceptional care taken by the staff in handling our heavy luggage during checkout, ensuring it was transported downstairs to the taxi, was commendable. These experiences definitely make us want to return!

InterContinental London Park Lane was a great stay! Not only is the hotel in a great location to explore London's attractions, but the service level is first-class. When you arrive at the hotel, the enthusiastic staff will take your luggage and deliver it directly to your room, which is very considerate.
The room facilities are fully equipped, not only with toothbrushes and slippers, but choosing a room on the Mayfair floor is the icing on the cake. The room is equipped with Highland Spring, and the details show taste. Although the room area is less than 30 square meters, the exquisite layout makes people feel extremely comfortable. The turndown service is even more heartwarming.
What's more worth mentioning is that this hotel is very cost-effective among the many choices in London. Every detail is carefully considered, whether it is the brand new room or the thoughtful service, it is memorable. Highly recommend this hotel to any traveler to London!

The bed sheets were stained, the reception staff was unfriendly, the room was very small, and we booked for two nights, which was a very bad experience. The most satisfying thing was the breakfast.
We arrived to be greeted by service and manners from the start to the time we left.
Fantastic location, beautiful lobby and eating areas.A lovely reading room where you could read newspapers and have a drink in a quiet place.
The whole place was a quiet place really. The swimming pool is good plus the steam room and sauna.
The food was excellent too.
We went to see Back to the future musical and it was only over the road, that’s how good the location it is as well as Covent Garden being more or less over the road too.
You really do feel like a film star staying there.Amazing place.

Very Good
GGuest UserBe careful of being unknowingly charged with a ‘discussionary charge of tips’ (supposed to be A Conpulsory charge of tips, don’t be fool by the name, it is non-discussionary) AFTER CHECKING OUT of the hotel. I was being charged with a discussionary charge of the tips on the credit card automatically without being informed upfront after I checked out and left the hotel.
When I checked out, i was informed at the counter that they were closing their account for previous day and they would help me check out my room and email me the invoice of my stay after they finished closing account. As a result, I innocently left the hotel since I thought a 5-star hotel would not have anything gone wrong. However, I was totally wrong until I saw extra charges on my credit card while not receiving any so called invoice from the hotel at all. I then reached out to Trip.com to request for the invoice that they have promised to send to me and it was then I was informed that the extra charges were from a discussionary charge of tips. I wasn’t happy about the way this was done hence I requested for a refund for this since it clearly stated this is a DISCUSSIONARY fee, not a compulsory fee. However, I was informed that this is a Non-refundable fee and my request was denied.
Out of so many hotels I have stayed, it is unbelievable that in a 5-Star hotel, I was forced to pay something that wasn’t even being informed upfront. In addition, with the fee name suggested, it is a discussionary charge of tips NOT a compulsory charge of tips, the hotel has forced the customers to pay it as COMPULSORY CHARGE OF TIPS.
In addition, the hotel services were very inefficient and lot of rooms for improve. We ordered for an in-room meal and we were told that it would take about half an hour to deliver. Hence we waited, and until an hour later, there was no update on our meal and we had to make a call again to check for the progress of our meal. It was then we knew there was a delay in the meal. By the time we done with our meal, we made the call again to request for someone to collect the plates, we literally waited for more than an hour and had to call twice before someone came to pick up the plates.
This shouldn’t have been the service received in a 5-star hotel and the worst of all, the hotel should have more transparency in their charges and should have informed the customers on the charges upfront before the actual charging. When we signed for the amount paid for the meal, there were no statement on the discussionary charge of tips at all, and we didn’t expect there would be as we were not even informed.
It is not that we are unwilling to give the tips and we did give the tips during the stay. However, it made us very uncomfortable that we weren’t informed anything upfront and it was charged to my credit card AFTER we CHECKED OUT of THE HOTEL. It made us feeling very unsafe to provide the credit card to the hotel as they can charge whatever charges they want after checking out the hotel. In addition, it is a discussionary charge, isn’t it should be discussed before I was being charged? If not it should be called a a compulsory charge of tips.
NNH1Hilton Park Lane London:
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Park Lane in London, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This luxurious hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made the check-in process a breeze. They were knowledgeable, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met. The level of professionalism displayed by the staff was truly commendable.
The rooms at the Hilton Park Lane were nothing short of magnificent. Spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep every night of my stay. The room also offered stunning views of Hyde Park, which was an added bonus.
The hotel's dining options were superb. I had the pleasure of dining at one of the on-site restaurants, and the food was absolutely delicious. The menu featured a wide range of culinary delights, and the service was impeccable. Whether you're in the mood for a casual meal or a fine dining experience, the Hilton Park Lane has something to suit every palate.
The hotel's location is another major advantage. Situated right on Park Lane, it offers easy access to some of London's most iconic attractions. Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, and Oxford Street are all within walking distance, making it an ideal choice for tourists. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near several public transportation options, making it easy to explore the city.
The Hilton Park Lane also boasts excellent leisure facilities. The fitness center is well-equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, allowing guests to maintain their fitness routines while traveling. Additionally, the hotel features a luxurious spa where guests can indulge in a range of treatments and therapies, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Overall, my experience at the Hilton Park Lane London was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, convenient location, and outstanding amenities make it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the heart of London.
RRichardDThe Ned is an excellent hotel in central London. A big eating area in the same building as the hotel. Very nice spa and gym. Rooms a bit small but nice and quiet.
CCamille OliverThe location is great but my experience was somewhat marred by the service.
Our room was well-decorated, featuring a comfortable bed. The amenities were satisfactory, including a mini-fridge and complimentary Wi-Fi. Housekeeping was efficient, keeping the room clean and tidy.
Unfortunately, this was where my experience fell short. The reception and concierge staff were not as attentive as I had hoped. We found it difficult to get assistance with local recommendations. This lack of attentiveness detracted from what could have been a perfect stay.
LLouisThe Lalit hotel was perfectly located for my visit to the Bridge Theatre-just a 3 minute level walk away. There is a walkway leading on to Tower Bridge with many restaurants and bars right next to the hotel.
It is a beautiful period building , a former grammar school, which has been thoughtfully renovated keeping both its old school features and incorporating some stunning Indian architectural details. The dining room is particularly stunning, as is the Indian hot breakfast option that I enjoyed there.
I stayed in a cosy classroom double room.It is one of the smallest rooms but perfectly sufficient for my needs as a solo traveller. There were nice additional touches in the room such as a bathrobe, complimentary soft drinks and crisps and biscuits plus a nespresso coffee machine. There was also a Japanese style bidet toilet and lots of complimentary toiletries. All of these items contributed to a really luxury stay and a feeling of being pampered as a guest of the Lalit. The staff were polite, helpful and efficient.
My bed and bedding were very comfortable and of a high quality with luxurious pillows offering a choice of firmness-a nice touch. Considering the hotels location, right near Tower Bridge in a busy area, the hotel was quiet and peaceful with no noise from outside and I slept really well.
I would definitely recommend the Lalit hotel. It was luxurious while being good value and perfectly located. I look forward to returning!
SSaeeddThe two room I booked for 9 nights (23/10-1/11) stated that its size is 29 square meters, but the one i got was 23 tops and i need extra seating area for my friends there because i stayed before in the hotel and the room had a couch !!! Referring that issue to reception member (Vishua) she said that the room category i booked comes with that size and no more rooms from that category with larger size available unless I upgrade for £120 per night per room to be paid. After few days, another reception member (Tom) confirmed for me that at least one bigger room will be allocated for me by Thursday. On that day afternoon, I came to the reception and the same reception member (Vishua) repeated the same reply from day one saying there was no message from her colleague (Tom) in the system and sent a written message for me if i want an upgrade with £120 per night. I wrote a review in Google and they replied that we allocated a room for you but since my luggage was unpacked we assumed that you are happy with your room. Well I am not happy because you are contradicting yourselves and it was not a miscommunication rather trying to get extra charges on your guests. Bottom line i did not get the space i paid for nor a solution to the issue. To be fair, Special thanks to Fatima the house keeping member she was so dedicated and a happiness in this horrible situation.

KKiwiwiWithin a 10-min walk to Paddington Station, Inhabit Queen’s Gardens is a classy yet cozy hotel to stay. In the first night our room was arranged in the basement that it was bit smelly from the drainage. We requested to change room to other floors and was accommodated on the first floor for stay of the following two nights. Room was spacious and very clean. Shower was hot and bed was comfortable. Unlimited supply of water, tea and coffee at the water station in each floor which was a big plus for me. Very pleasant stay with friendly and helpful front desk staff.
LLiamSimmonsStaff at The Waldorf are incredibly attentive to any / all needs.
I asked for a later checkout and plates for food early in the morning after a night out and they accommodated that for us.
The hotel is placed in a prime location, just a stones throw from Covent Garden and about 28-30 minutes walk from Regent Street. The hotel is only accessible by key card after hours; to ensure guest safety.
Amenities in the room included an iron and board, kettle, drinking glasses and coffee / tea cups. The shower had fixed shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers.
The mini bar was fairly priced for central London, but hadn't been cleaned (hence the slightly lower score on cleanliness).
The air conditioning dried my throat out throughout the night, but turns off automatically if the window is open, so had to deal with that / just had water next to the bed throughout the night.
The downstairs bar had a great a**osphere and boasts a large menu. Great for a late nightcap.
Overall the experience was great. Our Queen room cost £179.00 for the night (excluding breakfast). I was offered two forms of upgrades. A larger Queen Room with breakfast included was only an extra £40.00, and a Kings Suite with access to the executive lounge and breakfast was £80.00 extra.
