Location is wonderful. But little dirty and too much noisy. I can hear clearly the outside store music sound until late time and traffic sound also. For the more, The room was not soundproofed at all, so I could hear sounds from the room next door and the hallway very clearly.

I would especially like to appreciate Mbak Teta and Mas Bregas, who were very helpful during our stay. They were not only friendly, but also responsive in meeting our every need with a smile and the best service. The hotel facilities are very complete, the rooms are comfortable with a modern design, and the food at the hotel restaurant is also delicious. The location is strategic, walking distance to the state palace. Thank you Swissôtel Nusantara for a pleasant stay. I will definitely come back again!
