Check in was smooth and quick. I was escorted to my room. The room was well appointed, clean and house keeping did a good job. The hotel took care of an issue with slightly faulty bathroom faucets as well. Overall, a nice stay.

The food was delicious, with a variety of flavorful options to suit every palate. Above all, the staff were exceptional – attentive, warm, and incredibly helpful. That's a great service from hotel staff especially at the breakfast restaurant staff. They always take care what you want and offer food choices to me and colleague. Surely, the food for breakfast is great, variety of choices. I love coffee and cake so much. When they know that we are the last day at hotel, they prepared simple cake but full of hospitality of restaurant team. Thanks so much and we will come back again.

The stay at itc sonar was wonderful. The ambience ad grandeur of this property is beyond words. The cuisines served here are excellent. Credit goes to Chef Shubonkar for taking individualistic care. I would like to mention Mr. Sujoy from front office for his help ad arranging the best for me. I would love to visit again.
