Price wise, CP value is high.  Breakfast is great with different varieties for buffet; it is also very good for the Okinawa style.  You could choose either one.  Rooms are quite big, good view at higher levels.  Facilities wise, it is satisfactory with all you needs.  The only comment is on the room lighting, it is a bit dark at the TV area, the rest are very good.  Location, it is not near to the beach but hotel has shuttle bus provided.  I am highly recommend this hotel and would return next time.

The hotel location is very convenience, just a 10-minute drive from American Village. Free parking is available for guests. The hotel has a beautiful environment, very clean facilities and rooms, and friendly and polite staff. It is very suitable for business and family travel.

2 year old hotel and one of the best I stayed in Japan. Service was top-notch and tons of things to do. 3 mega pools, one children's pool, one indoor poor and 2 slides. Plenty of restaurants to eat in the hotel. Breakfast spread was superb. Direct access to the beach and the number of life guards they have will put any parent at ease. Premium feel to the hotel as well and room size is decent. All have direct sea view. Feel pampered andz totally enjoyed my 3 days in this hotel. Costs about 3500 yen to go airport by cab. Hotel offers bus transfer but subject to specific timings. Will come back again.

It’s rare to find such well-maintained and generously sized accommodations, especially in such a convenient location. Speaking of location, it was absolutely perfect for shopping, dining out, and sightseeing. Being right in the heart of Naha, we had easy access to Kokusai Street, local restaurants, and cultural landmarks. Everything we needed was just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa. Hotel Collective sets the bar high for comfort, service, and convenience!

We also joined snorkeling and banana boat at the hotel marine center. Strongly recommend staying for at least 3 days or else you won’t have enough time to use all hotel facilities.

Their infinity pool even is filled with sea water! Breakfast is also awesome. I like the great amount of vegetables options. I hope they can offer more variety of protein such as chicken dish. There is no freshly made juice which is also a letdown. The room is perfect in all areas. Bedding super comfortable and the air con is quiet. I think the ventilation of the bathroom is the only issue.

Booked the hotel last minute, the room in person looks way nicer than the pictures online, there’s a infinity pool with warm water at the rooftop as well, there’s staff were helpful and friendly even though they spoke limited English.

Lifeguard at the hotel pool was very rude to us when we were a few minutes late leaving the pool when the time was up, because we were handing a 6-year-old kid. This is totally unacceptable and have ruined our hotel experience completely!

The room is big and clean. All the rooms are facing Emerald Beach. It has a nice view of the beach and sea. There are a lot of varieties for foods and drinks for breakfast. Foods are nice. The location of hotel is very near to Churaumi Aquarium. You can purchase discounted tickets from the hotel lobby (near the check in counter). Parking is free if you stay in the hotel. Staffs are able to understand English well. There are washers in every rooms level. There is Lawson just beside the hotel. Restaurants are just 10 mins away by car. Overall it was a very satisfying stay for me and husband.

The terrace faces the sea and the corridor outside the door faces the golf course, which makes it feel like a vacation. For breakfast, we chose the buffet breakfast. The food was average, but I really liked the Taco rice that I could mix with myself 😂. In terms of location, it is about a 10-15 minute walk from the main street with the food market. The street is dark at night, so be careful when walking out for dinner.

Overall a good experience for my nights stay. Just that I am comparing it to Hilton Chatan. Hence, some improvement can be made. 1. TV is still old TV, without streaming app. 2. Outdoor pool is closed, maybe due to strong wind or other weather reason. 3. Landscaping can be better maintain.

Halekulani Okinawa has definitely exceeded our expectations, mainly by the following reasons: Service: The hotel offered great first impressions to us, as mango smoothies were offered to us during check in, which was a nice touch to the experience of having a tropical feel even before exploring the whole resort. Also, we were given a free upgrade by the hotel workers, which definitely leveled up our experience. Design: The hotel has used the same design as the resort in Hawaii, including the signature orchid flower pool. This really made our family feel like we have been instantly transported into a tropical paradise. The hotel has also been designed to mix in with the spectacular view of the sea and sunset. Size of the hotel: Halekulani has a total of 5 pools, 2 blocks of buildings, which gives us a good time to actually explore the hotel instead of knowing what’s where in one single glance.

The facility was clean and stylish everywhere. It was helpful that they provided a baby bed, diaper trash can, step stool, and even children's body soap. Also, since we were traveling with a child, the in-room washing machine was very useful. Since we had a baby, it was comfortable to stay in a clean room where he could crawl. The breakfast buffet was really great, and the seafood bowl that you can make yourself was popular. There were also Okinawan dishes, Ryukyu porridge, and Okinawa soba. The salad corner had thick, beautiful salmon! It was very delicious. There was also a wide variety of bread, including churros. Because I chartered a car and booked a trip, I didn't make any reservations for the hotel's activities. The waiters in the whole hotel didn't speak English very well. I encountered a little trouble when checking in, and communication was difficult. The children's swimming pool is good, the water temperature is suitable, and there are slides. The buffet in the restaurant is also OK.

The hotel just opened last year and is very new. The skyline swimming pool on the top floor is not too big, but it is great. You can overlook the surrounding street view. The room is clean and tidy, and the location is very good. It is only a 1-minute walk to the busiest and busiest Kokusai Street. shopping street, The breakfast is not rich in variety, but it is exquisite and tastes very good. Rebooted fornour last night in Okinawa. The hotel is awesome in every aspect! Modern decor, clean room, next to Asahibashi Monorail Station. The staff are so helpful and attentive...they remembered my hard pillow when I requested it on our 1st check in when we arrived in Okinawa! Definitely to book again if we visit Okinawa!

The room was nice and spacious with a great toilet and amenities. The only downside is that they do “eco cleaning” which I understand, but they won’t even make your bed, I don’t mean replacing the bedsheets but just making your which all regular hotels do. They won’t clean your cups or replace them but they won’t also give you soap to clean your cups so I personally don’t think it’s eco cleaning it’s eco disgusting. Wiping the surfaces or making beds does not increase the use of water or resources. Besides that, the staff are lovely and the breakfast is a good highlight for sure. I would like them to improve their “eco cleaning” as it just looks they are “under staffed” for cleaning services and had to come up with a new term to greenwash their intentions. I would rather them not having disposable amenities, made of plastic.

This is the hotel I am most satisfied with in recent years. I never write reviews, but I decided to write a few. The hotel's mega zip is amazing! The private beach is also very suitable for children. You can see a lot of fish when snorkeling near the reef. The scenery of the hotel is very good👍. And the hotel has many activities, such as blue hole diving and tennis. Even though I have booked so many five-star hotels by the sea on Ctrip, this one is still remarkable!

Breakfast is very rich, be sure to try croissants. There is a parking lot, and the welcoming brother also picks up the car for parking.
