5-Star Hotels in Jeju Province, South Korea

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights with our 1.5yo daughter and we had an amazing time! We stayed in the kid's wing on the 2nd floor. My daughter got her own bed and lots of welcome gifts. The room was so clean and had all of the amenities we needed. They had wonderful, thoughtful touches like kid's toiletries, robe and slippers, and a stool to access the sink/toilet. Housekeeping was very responsive and quick. We ordered room service and it was prompt and delicious. Access to the hotel's amenities was all free when we stayed there. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was closed for construction but the garden pool was lovely. Our room included the breakfast buffet. It was mostly Western and Korean/Chinese cuisines, and the variety didn't change much from day to day, but the food was very delicious! Great selection of pastries and the coffee bar was awesome. They also have a convenience store on-site with a seating area for dining. My only recommendation is to have a car while staying here. The trek up the big hill to the hotel takes about 10 minutes and while it isn't terrible, it's tough after a long day. There are no bus stops on the hill, so you'd have to walk down to get to one. Once you're out of the grounds there are lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Overall, we had a wonderful time. The hotel is very kid-friendly and staff and guests alike are very understanding of the challenges of travelling with small children. The staff were very kind and helpful and were a huge part of why we enjoyed our stay so much. If we're ever back in Jeju I'd love to stay here again!

Service: The staff was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the entire experience stress-free. Facilities: The hotel facilities were top-notch—clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a peaceful environment for rest after a day of exploring. I especially appreciated the luxurious amenities provided in the room. Food: The dining options were excellent! Maison Glad Jeju truly exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Jeju. I would gladly return!

big, nice view, go eat all you can at 6th floor, okay and the front desk is abit like frustrated if you questions too much, with no smile on her face, we got another party room under another booking, they somehow call you at early morning 6am just to tell you to pay for minibar expenses, oh comeon i already give you the alipay for authorized, and when we call they just say you wanto pay by wechat or alipay, we wanto complaint cause, you calling at 6am, for nothing, we got deposit you may deduct ok

Very, very, very satisfied. Experienced the most perfect hotel sanitation conditions, the bathroom has no mold spots and no dead corners. The equipment is well maintained, with many charging sockets. The hotel staff is very friendly and can meet any needs immediately. The scenery is also very good. There are many food and convenience stores within walking distance, and life is also very convenient~ Parkview's self-service dinner is also very delicious. The staff will remember the drink preferences 😭 moved to tears The only thing I want to say is that compared to the tempur mattress, I still prefer a traditional harder mattress~ Otherwise, I can't sit on the bed to play with my phone 😭 I will sink. And if there is a higher feather pillow, it will be better.

This hotel is near to the shinhwa theme park. Even if not visiting the theme park, its location is also near other kids attractions such as pororo theme park. Place is very new and clean. Highly recommended

Very clean and lovely room. Amazingly huge balcony with perfect sea view as booked. Super friendly staff for check in, room service and support for finding genuine and delicious restaurants. Great location by the sea with a lovely walk to a nice bar and beach area

Room are clean and modern. Lots of privacy Due to it is Service Apartment style, 1- you need to sort out your trash and bring it to the bin ( Fine will be imposed if is not sorted or clear out ) 2- you need to wash up your dish and put in back in cupboard before you check out. You need to go over to Marriott hotel if you wanna swim.....not within the compound. There are free parking lot, open and spacious, so if you drive in Jeju is great. Shin Hwa Marriot Casino and hotel is a 3-5 min drive away. Shopping and bowling arcade with lots of eatery in the mall area.

I attended a conference here and brought my family. We arrived hours before we could check into the hotel. So we had time to explore the hotel and the surroundings. We love the fact that there are so many shops, restaurants as well as ****** and cinema attached to the Marriott. There are 2 theme parks also attached to the site. Guests could enjoy 3 free rides as a bonus. We got to try out quite a number of eating places including the ramen library and did quite a bit of shopping as well. One evening we ordered room service. We had the beef galbi and the ginseng chicken soup with sticky rice. That was delish! For those who want to sightsee there is Osulloc tea museum next door.

It felt like I was in a European palace! It was decorated with Christmas decorations and was so pretty. The location was a bit out of the way, but I liked the accommodation so I stayed one more night.

A really nice hotel with very large and comfortable rooms. The heated pool was nice even during a slightly chilly February breeze! Two nice restaurants and a nice bar bear by but everything else is a 20-30 minute walk away. We booked this as it was directly adjacent to the olle trail we were walking g during our short break (olle 8 - photos are of the walk) Will certainly be back

Resort location. Not bad. Lots of things to see around. Parking lot is small. Lobby is small (check-in time takes a long time.) Outdoor pool closes at 5 or 6. Even if you check in at 3, you can only enter at 4. If you unpack and do other things, you can only use the outdoor pool for about 30 minutes. On the other hand, Sky Pool had a better view than I thought. Most of the panoramic pools I've been to are built right next to the coast, but the coastline seen from the hillside was very attractive. Sky Pool at sunset was really nice. As with all resorts, there are many programs, so I think it's a place where you can spend 2 nights to your heart's content for those who plan to do most of their things at the resort. (There are many things to see around, so I think it would be okay to stay 2 nights and 3 days or 3 nights and 4 days as the main accommodation.) Aside from the wear and tear from time to time, the cleanliness was pretty clean. There seemed to be a lot of negative comments about the cleanliness, but I wonder if it has improved or if I was lucky. The reason I gave the facility a 4 is because there are many shopping areas, places to eat, etc., but I think there was a mistake in the design phase. The route is too unreasonable. The distance from the lobby to the room is longer than expected. The distance from the room to the parking lot is very far. The distance from the room to the outdoor pool is also far, and the elevator is slow. The room to the sky pool is adequate (since it is in front of the lobby). This probably can't be improved, so...

The hotel is stunning and the rooms were really nice. Special mention to the bathroom which was so clean and so luxurious. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. However, we were quite disappointed to face a price to access the sauna and nothing to eat or drink offered in the room for such a high-standard hotel. The swimming pool was nice but so stinky that we weren't comfortable going in it. The outdoor pool was not heated enough to swim in it during winter. The hotel had so many things included (24-hour convenience store, multiple restaurants) you could basically live there. Beware that there are a lot of families, therefore kids and you can hear them from early morning. If you go there it's good to have a car but the village next to them has many different restaurants and a large nice beach. The big minus: we booked a room for 3 on Trip.com but when we arrived at the hotel they said it was only for two and we had to pay an extra per night quite high. In short: I highly recommend the place.

I booked this hotel after watching a vlog over youtube. The sky stairs and the giant swing are very instagramable. Unblocked coastline view from my room. Walking distance to many eating places. The duplex room is lovely and tastefully designed with a private bathtub at the rooftop.

It is the most high-end star hotel in Hamdeok Beach. Although it is old, the star rating is there after all. The management system is online. There is a beach in front and a supermarket in the back. The location is excellent. You can buy fresh local seafood in the supermarket every day and cook it in the kitchen. The beach is shallow and gentle at low tide, and the sea water is blue and beautiful.

Great stay! Location was the best for all tourist stuff! Id summarize it as 'super convenient' everything was near by, bus 600 Airport limousine was great to have near by to take from and back to the hotel! Its a bit pricy but ive got a very good deal for a few days. Only a small issue, the laundry is not on site! If you want your stuff washed after a long trip they take your clothes off site and if they pick up your clothes on Monday 1pm for example you wont get them back until wednesday evening. That option is kinda misleading when checking hotel ammenities.

I ordered a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, I already paid in full, only because when I booked the room I booked it for 2 people, because it turned out that I was with 2 children aged 4 years and 10 years, I was charged again. It's really annoying, even though there are no additional services, why do I have to pay again. in other hotels it's not like that

This was such a relaxing and romantic stay. The outdoor bath with our room was especially nice. The hotel restaurant’s spread was excellent as well with lots of gluten free options (although it was fairly pricey) - but you could easily get a taxi into town for meals and adventure. Overall, I would gladly go back for some R&R.
