The environment is elegant and the service is in place. The bed sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers are all replaced during daily room cleaning. I stayed at the Marriott in Fez and asked the hotel to help wash all the dirty clothes accumulated during the trip. The clothes will be washed in different ways according to the material, which is great!

The hotel room and service was excellent!! They accommodated our every request we had asked for Especially the sales executive Mr Siham Afkir was very prompt and helpful always The location is off but overall the experience and quality of the hotel is very nice Only negative would be the lack of choices for vegetarian food, which if added would really help the Indians to choose the hotel as their first choice.

If you’re staying in Fes, I recommend you stay here. Staff are super friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself as a great traditional Moroccan feel. Mohammed et al. made us feel very welcome. The location is great, walking distance from medina mazes. Brilliant stay and enjoyed Fes very much.

Walking distance to the Medina (old town), the royal suite room are big enough with huge living room as common area, only issue is the drains were clogged on our first night of stay but they fixed it the next day. Be prepared to walk a lot of stairs, is kind of like a maze in the hotel.

Очень красивый отреставрированный риад. В нтерьере все сделано мастерами из Феса: резная отделка потолков, стен, резная мебель. Красиво как в музее и вместе с тем все комфортно . Отличный завтрак на террасе. Замечательный персонал. Единственное, в Медине не так просто ориентироваться. Лучше заранее предупредить отель о прибытии, чтоб вас встретили за стенами Медины.
