The positives Service: front desk, door men etc were very friendly and polite Location: convenient location near the airport (15 mins away), near a shopping mall, lots of food / cafes / bars / restaurants and shops nearby at the nimman area within very short walking distance Rooms: large, spacious, free beverage per person per night, welcome rice crackers Negatives 1. Didn’t like the dark corridors in the hotel 2. Deluxe room was VERY dim 3. Bed was too soft and flat. Bedsheets and pillows weren’t great 4. Cleanliness was an issue. The floor and carpet didn’t feel clean but the hotel provided slippers. The worst part was the shower area 😩😩🤮🤮 mould on the floor and walls, overall grimy and slimy esp at the corners. The rest of the negatives can be overlooked but not the shower area. I literally cringed and shuddered every time I had to shower. I don’t understand how it can be so dirty?! 😩 5. The light switches were a nightmare. There were many switches at the door area and bedside (like 3 switches per side) but no instructions and they didn’t follow a pattern so you would always need to try switching on and off etc all the time just to get the room totally dark but with the bedside lamp on 6. Sounds from outside the door, next room, upstairs could be heard and it was very disturbing as the noise sounded like it was next to me all the time. There were endless footstep noises from upstairs during the night and all these noises woke me up throughout my stay. I usually sleep through the night in hotels 7. My first room, the shower area had ZERO lights and I had to bathe in literal darkness. Thankfully the front desk were very quick and efficient and got me another room to move to which was thankfully very bright with working shower lights. 8. Hotel breakfast was full of carbs and the food didn’t taste fresh or great at all :( I had spent the last 3 days at another hotel in Chiang Mai so the differences in room and bfast were really stark. Overall, for a clean freak, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. But if you can overlook the cleanliness; the location, friendliness of staff, etc are positives you can focus on. Top notch room for comfort and cleanliness! We stayed in the Deluxe King room with balcony. The interior design is beautiful and amenities are easy to use (TV with Netflix, aircon control touchpad). The room, bedsheets, towels etc were all very clean which we appreciated. There is parking for guests in front of the hotel. We came here after a long bike ride around Chiangmai and it was perfect for us. Please keep it up!!

Location wise is close to One Niaman, about 5 minutes walk. Free carpark. One welcome drink to be served for eack check in. Didn't try their breakfast as plenty of restaurant near by but most restaurants will open at 8am.

Good location on the main motorway and able to find multiple restaurants and bars around. Hotel provides karaoke, pools, and bars so you can stay in to enjoy without leaving the hotel.

It is a very valuable 5 level hotel! The swimming pool and the rooms were super clean. The swimming pool was so fun to play as there are slides and a big bucket to pour water on your body!!! What a lovely stay!:)

We chose this hotel for our anniversary, stayed in the King Suites for 2 nights. Room is huge and comfortable, bedding, sofa and the big bathtub are perfect for our stay. The food selection for breakfast on G/F and in the Lounge are more than enough for us. We did not have a chance to feel hungry or thirsty in our stay. I would like to thanks Front desk manager Ice who is very helpful and tried her best to accommodate my request to check in a bit earlier and look for two suites close to each other. All the rest of staff are very helpful and smileys, you feel they are welcome you always, very well trained even at the busiest time during breakfast, they keep their professional. Well done to all and we are planning to come again in ‘winter’.

Stunning hotel, feels like you are in your own little sanctuary.  Friendly and helpful staff, make you so relaxed. Stayed previous two nights in another hotel which doesn’t come close to Chala Number 6

We stayed 3 nights here. Everything was perfect except for the mattress and pillows that were uncomfortable to sleep in, we couldn’t get full rested nights of sleep for all 3 nights and had neck aches the next morning. Besides that, the location can be pretty far so it would be ideal to get a local driver’s contact who can pick and drop you but at a higher price than Grab. The staff are extremely polite and friendly, the pool was beautiful and everything else was perfect.

Hotel located in very good tourist area for shopping, sightseeing and dining. All reception staffs are nice and helpful who let us have one nice room and early check in on Oct 24, 2024. Much appreciated and especially thanks for one foreign boy who is very nice, kind and always smile. My husband and me have surprised who gave us one cake and card for our Wedding anniversary during breakfast time. Strongly recommend this hotel for my friends. And will visit next.

There is some distance between the hotel and busy area, a quite place for relaxation. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would be nice if the air con could be turned on in lobby area and corridor. Last but not least, i am afraid there are bed bug in room, my travel mate and myself were bitten all over the body...:(

The location of the hotel is right in the center of Chiang Mai, which is very convenient. I was upgraded to a Horizon Club room, giving us access to the Horizon Club on the 11th floor for drinks, breakfast, and supper before dinner. The service overall was great, but there were some issues. We were placed in a conjoined room, and on our last night, we were woken up by noisy guests who checked in late next door. I called the front desk to request that they move the guest to another room, but the staff member seemed unable to provide a solution. I had to take NyQuil to get back to sleep, only to be woken up again at 6 a.m. when the same guest slammed their door loudly. Additionally, we encountered another issue when a staff member entered the elevator with us, pressed the button to the basement, and laughed, forcing us to ride down unnecessarily. These incidents are unacceptable for a high-end hotel and significantly detracted from an otherwise good experience.

The hotel is not far from the Chiang Mai city center. Just 30 mins or less by a car. The atmosphere in there is so refreshing, full of flowers and trees. There was a carnival buffet event on the date we stayed and it was so fun! The room itself is so cute and comfortable. We did a request of some rose petals on the bed and they did it perfectly (see pictures).

Advantages: The hotel is attached to a golf course, with a good view and a comfortable environment. The rooms and bathrooms are large. Bell, the waiter in the restaurant, is attentive and has a great attitude. The hotel provides free Shuttle buses to the city, Wood Carving Street and Hangzhou during several periods. East Temple. Disadvantages: When I first checked into the room, the noise from maintenance work next door was so loud that I couldn't rest. After reacting, I moved 3.4 rooms away and the sound was a little quieter. The smell of formaldehyde in the room was a bit strong. I left the air conditioner on for a long time and didn't pay much attention. I don't know. Are you paralyzed? The sink in the bathroom looks modern but is extremely difficult to use. The water will splash all over the countertop and get wet. I want to go swimming the next night and I have to put on my bathrobe only to find a big hole in it. It’s ridiculous. Unable to use; the lady in the lobby answered the travel questions very perfunctorily and did not feel sincere; I originally planned to stay in Hangdong for 2 nights, focusing on Ban Taiwan Wood Carving Street and cycling around this town. Unfortunately, it backfired. There is no motorcycle rental anywhere, and the hotel's shuttle bus has limited time slots, so you can't fully enjoy your time due to limited time.

Good atmosphere, able to check in easily, not waiting for a long time polite smiling staff good hospitality The breakfast room is on the 4th floor by the pool. The view on the building next to the mountain is considered beautiful. The hotel serves a welcome drink, which is lychee juice, good taste, refreshing, delicious breakfast, not Wow, but it's worth it. There is a fresh coffee machine to press by yourself. Grilled pork with sticky rice is also available. The room booked this time was chosen as Comfy, a studio room. which is a residential building in the front area There is a kitchen part but no kitchen equipment. There is also a microwave in the room. There are also full amenities. Good atmosphere. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel.

What I like If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy a peaceful moment, this place is considered to be one of them. With full facilities served in the middle of the mountain, you can pretty much enjoy nature and feel comfortable at the same time. The breakfast was awesome for those who would like to try Asian food. Staff were friendly and helpful. More info about the location The hotel was not easy to access for the fortravelers who don't have cars because the place is on the mountain. However, you could try to ask the hotel for the service, if they have. What I think could be improved When I entered the room, there was no tissue in the toilet and no tea bag at the minibar. But maybe they have many customers to serve on that day.

I came here once in April and stayed for 2 days and fell in love with this hotel. This time it was my birthday and I wanted to stay for three nights, but ended up staying for five nights so everyone can know how much I like this place. Hello in the morning I took a walk in the afternoon and enjoyed the hot springs in the evening. My mind was really calm and my life was very relaxing. I don’t know when I will come back next time, but every service staff who saw me during my stay these days knew me. I felt very happy. Warm and friendly,

overall we had a fantastic stay at the Rin Suite. Beautifully designed. although one thing I wish could be better is the breakfast. Coffee is very important for me in the morning and when I asked for an americano it tasted like water, so I asked for double shots and it didn't come until almost half way through my breakfast. croissant wasn't that great, we ordered 2 and one was not baked properly (mushy inside and cold)..... other than that the service was great which makes up for it. I will stay here again and make sure you order double shots if you are a regular coffee drinker.

The rooms are clean, quiet. The breakfast was delicious. The atmosphere is very good, the weather is not too cold or cold. If there is a chance to come back again Coming with a couple is very romantic ☀️☀️

I like the Four Seasons Hotel Chiang Mai so much that I took my children to travel to Chiang Mai. I chose the Four Seasons Hotel for three days and two nights. Whether it is the room, swimming pool, restaurant, kid club, hotel service and all staff services, they are very considerate, kind and courteous, especially The buffalo is so cute. The kids love it and have a lot of fun. Four Seasons Hotel will definitely be my first choice when traveling in the future!

The boss is Chinese and communication is very convenient. I will come again next time.
