Overwhelming service standards, absolutely value for money in terms of the luxurious experience you’ll receive. Enjoyed the bathtub, and absolutely loved the bath robe that they provided - so cute and comfortable! The staff also gave great advice on the nearby amenities (supermarket). Only complain that we have was that the aircon felt a little warm during our visit.

Hotel booked is a taxi and confirmed we could pay by card . In return the taxi said we can’t pay by card . The hotel didn’t replenish drinks in the mini bar and then tried to charge us for them . The pool is not in the hotel but in the hotel next door . No sun beds and when we found two there were no cushions so very hard. The staff were friendly though .

The environment in the hotel is very good, the greenery and waterscape are scattered, there are several swimming pools, the greenery of the villa area is beautiful, and there are Philippine bands performing at night. The service staffs encountered in the hotel are very service conscious, smile actively or ask if they need help. The room is facing the pool and the sea, the hotel is large, the beach is very good, the sea is clear, if you have the chance, you will stay. It is strange that such a cost-effective hotel has not met our compatriots.
