The resort was very modern and clean. It's location is a bit further from the hustle and bustle of Da Nang downtown but not far enough that it's an inconvenience. The distance meant that the beaches are less crowded, ideal for a more relaxing and private beach retreat. The staff was very attentive, going so far to even ensure our stay was pleasant especially when we had some minor complaints for some issues in our room. They were very quick to resolve it too. The spa was also very relaxing with unique ginseng oils from Sulwhasoo. The mango Bingsu and unique Vietnamese cocktails are a must try! Breakfast was delicious and abundant too. The room was very clean and comfortable with good soundproofing. Overall a very very pleasant stay and a highly recommended stay.

We spent 4 nights here in July 2024 as a family of 4. The bathroom was a bit worn out, given the hotel was only opened last year. The facilities are very nice, loved the pool and kids club, especially enjoyed our time at the Quang Nam House. Service can be much improved at Cove, but overall the staff tried their best.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grandvrio Ocean Resort and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the incredibly polite and welcoming staff who went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with a range of delicious options to suit every palate. Whether you prefer a hearty breakfast or a light, healthy start to your day, the Grandvrio Ocean Resort has you covered. Overall, my stay at the Grandvrio Ocean Resort was nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. The combination of wonderful staff, excellent amenities, and delicious breakfast makes it a top choice for travelers. I can't wait to return!

This hotel is in the absolute best position. We were a little disappointed in our room location, as we booked about 8 months ago and asked for a ground floor room with a river view. We also paid top $$ in full 8 months ago. So, when we were put in basically the furtherest room from the pool on the second floor we were disappointed. The rooms are very nice, and the free mini bar replenished daily was a lovely surprise. The restaurant breakfast was amazing, you could not ask for anything more. The pool area is stunning, but unfortunately, due to the dark grey tiling, it was extremely hot and uncomfortable (also the pool water was very warm, which I know can not be helped). We did try and book a couple of trips through the hotel, but they did not seem overly interested in this service. I also tried to contact them several times before arriving to arrange airport transfers, but never got a reply. However, all staff encountered were polite. In summary, I would definitely return to this hotel if offered at a reasonable rate. Mainly due to the location.

It was great from the moment they opened the car door for us to the time they put us in the car with our driver. The welcome lemon drink was delicious and the customer service was great, Especially from Hien. Hien was really kind to us on our stay, great example of excellent service. The staff are friendly but speak very limited English. I asked them to help booking golf for me, they said yes yes yes … I arrive to the golf club the next day and no booking. Love Vietnam and the central area but, will choose another hotel next time.

Everything at grand sunrise is impeccable and I can't wait to return again! Kathy, our designated guest relation officer was really awesome and helpful since the moment we arrived! She was bubbly and always made a point to check in on us everyday and where we are going and gave her advice on weather conditions since we came during the rainy seasons. She was also very sweet and kind to offer to help me get the welcome cookies after i asked her where I could get it. We stayed here for 5 nights amd everything was commendable from breakfast, room service, laundry service, staff service and down to the massage. I was reallt surprise by the beef fried rice that we ordered from room service and literally the best fried rice ever i tasted and we had to order 2 nights in a row. The hotel also provided shuttle service to the old town which makes it really convenient. Throughout my stay, I felt safe, clean, comfortable and relax and I will definitely chose to stay here all over again. If the gym facility was bigger and have more equipments that will be a bonus! Not a biggie as there's other gym options available around the area.

AMAAAZING My 12 year old wanted to write the review 😊: La siesta is an amazing mini resort that has four swimming pools. I loved how I had a choice in what kind of pool to swim in, for example an infinity pool or a shallower one. The juices and drinks are all very refreshing. There was two restaurants, one with western food and another with Vietnamese food. All was delicious. The staff are all super polite and friendly and you receive some refreshing welcome drinks as you are checking in. The hotel looked stunning and is stunning. And even though it is close to a main road all sound is unheard. Me and my family rode some bikes into town which is not that far away. La siesta is so good that we have decided to return after 2 days! I would highly recommend La siesta if you would like a relaxing holiday by the pool side or sitting having a beer. Vi our welcome advisor was amazing as were all the staff in the restaurant and the gentleman who helped us with our luggage.

I wish the bar and convenience store took card, but the fact that there was even a 7/11 there was great. Was about 15 mins away from old town which was around 35000+ dong by grab bike. Pool and beach were beautiful. Rooms were clean and looked like pictures. Friends also had a great time, would visit again!

Excellent hotel. The room was clean, the towels were snow-white, and the pillows were simply amazing, sleeping on them was just bliss. There were no problems with hot water, which is typical for Asia. The territory is well-kept. The staff is nice and courteous. Breakfasts are very varied. In general, we liked everything. We stayed for 2 nights.

Great location. Breakfast was diverse choices. Love the fresh seasonal fruits and sweet corners, and organic nut milk. Latte and Vietnamese coffee were delicious also. All staff were friendly, attentive and polite. The best part is noise cancellation, hardly hear anything from corridor and nearby street. Pool was clean with great tropical setting. Definitely come back.

Quaint little hotel that’s beautifully appointed. Huge room and bathroom with vintage claw bathtub. Walkable to the main street and the old town. Friendly attentive service as well. Small pool but we didn’t spend time there. Perfect place to start and end your Hoi An adventure!

Definitely recommend Mulberry, it is close to old town yet not too close, very convenient to get Grab and there are also shuttle buses to old town or beach. The entire ambience of the place is top notch, love the beautiful timeless decoration and design. It is well kept and clean, the staff are polite. The room is big and bed very comfortable. I have a lil balcony overlooking the pool, which is very comfortable and relaxing. There is also an adequate gym, 2 swimming pools, and good variety of breakfast buffet. If you are looking for a place in Hoi An, honestly, look no further. Mulberry resort is a good one.

It's not a 5 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination, more like a high 3. But, that doesn't mean that it's bad. It's actually very nice, clean, and with a great staff that is truly the saving grace of the redone property. The location is one of the best near the old town as it's at the end of the block but quiet enough. The pool is quite nice and the breakfast was pretty good too, but it's an aging property underneath the fresh paint and the engineering issues show it's age.

All the staff are friendly and the facilities are clean. If you request a buggy, it comes quickly, and towels and bottled water are provided every day. The breakfast was okay, and the dishes were cleaned promptly. I was in a 3-bedroom pool villa beachfront room, and it was nice to walk to the beach pool and the sea. However, the shower room in the ocean-side room on the 2nd floor requires a squage. There was some water from the shower on the floor, so I had to wipe it away. This is a place I want to visit again next time. Please continue to keep it clean like now.

The service is good. The staff are very patient and smiling. There are welcome drinks after check-in. The five-bedroom villa is large, newly decorated and clean. We are very satisfied. There is a room on the first floor near the swimming pool, three rooms on the second floor, and one room on the third floor. Each room is equipped with a bathroom and the area is about the same. This is great. When allocating rooms, some families will not have a psychological gap. A little further ahead is the beach, with hammocks, swings and other facilities. The waves here are quite big. All in all, highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. We had mixed feelings about the visit. It seems to be new, the main building has been recently renovated, the rooms are great, there are very few people there, a wonderful children's room with a full range of entertainment for children, toys are intact, a wonderful gym, an excellent pool. The breakfast was very much at the level expected for this chain. But the territory itself is not very well maintained, the grass is burnt out in places, the villas are not finished, but already all in mold, it looks abandoned. The beach is not looked after at all, we got our shoes and feet dirty in fuel oil, and there are no sun loungers. On the website we booked a room with one bed, but initially we were given a room with two beds, a decent amount of time was spent on resolving this issue, they persistently, albeit politely, proved to us that their system reflects that we booked two beds. Situated between Da Nang and Haiyan, there is nowhere to walk nearby, only taxis, but we understood this from the beginning, it was not a problem for us. The hotel is more suitable for those who want to stay for a few days in the hotel itself in isolation.

Compared with the Four Seasons Hotel where I have stayed before and nearby luxury hotels such as the InterContinental Da Nang, the basic room rate of the Four Seasons Hotel in Hoi An is as high as about US$800, but it does not provide corresponding value and experience. In this price range, expect a luxurious experience, however, Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An seems to have fallen short of those expectations. Firstly, the interior design and decoration of the rooms and public areas at Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An are decidedly less refined and impressive compared to nearby luxury hotels. While other luxury hotels often stand out for their unique architecture, exquisite artwork and sophisticated interior design, Four Seasons' design seems relatively bland and lacks personality. It even felt a bit mediocre, too hard, and not like the style of the Four Seasons at all. This prevents guests from experiencing true luxury and taste within the hotel. In addition, the quality and variety of breakfast at the Four Seasons Hotel are clearly inferior to those of surrounding luxury hotels. Other hotels in similar price brackets often offer more breakfast options and higher-quality cuisine as well as tranquil spaces. Guests often expect to experience unique cuisine at breakfast, but Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An failed to deliver this experience. All things considered, the Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An may not be the smartest choice for guests willing to pay a premium for a luxury experience. While nearby luxury hotels (Aman Nha Trang, InterContinental Da Nang, Regent Phu Quoc, etc.) offer a more refined and unique experience in a similar price range, Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An fails to live up to that standard. Therefore, I feel that the price of Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An is not worth paying. Of course, the hotel swimming pool and beach are very beautiful, but I personally think these two points are the only ones worth experiencing. It is better to just eat a coconut.

Villa has a beautiful environment and is far away from the hustle and bustle; the overall facilities of the hotel are new and clean. The breakfast is very diversified and tastes good, especially the Pho soup base. Only it is far from the city center, so you have to take a taxi whether from Da Nang or Hoi An city center. But that's what makes the hotel such a beautiful setting. What needs to be improved is the service attitude of the staff. On the first night, there was no power in the room, and I called the front desk three times to successfully arrange for staff to come to the room for repairs. On the morning of the day we left the hotel, we asked for a late check-out, and the front desk said they would get back to us as soon as possible to see if we could delay the check-out; however, they did not get a reply until we left the hotel room. Moreover, before we checked out, we called the front desk and asked the shuttle bus to wait in front of the Villa and take us to the front desk. When we saw the bus from the second floor of the Villa, we went downstairs immediately, but when we got underground, the shuttle bus had already left. In the end, we had to push our luggage to the front desk...

It was nice that it was next to a golf course, so I could rest and play without having to travel, and the reception was friendly, so I had a satisfying time. Next time I go to Da Nang or Hoi An in Vietnam, it will definitely be Hoiana.

Stayed for 5 nights and was very satisfied. The room type is one bedroom and one living room. The living room has a dining area and kitchen utensils are complete, including pots and pans, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. Advantages: The hardware and software are all five-star, quiet, and soundproof (this is very important for a person who sleeps very lightly. There are too many motorcycles in the busy area, which is a nightmare for me). The stay is very comfortable and the service is also very good. The beautiful front desk lady who checked us in when we checked in was named Hyeri ( Truong Thi Que Anh). We added her Watchsapp when we checked in. We contacted her during our stay and she responded very quickly. Special thanks to Hyeri ( Truong Thi Que Anh). The breakfast is very good, and there is actually ice drip coffee. One cup every day to start a beautiful day. There is a swimming pool and a gym. The disadvantages are also prominent. It is located in a remote area, and there is nothing around. There are several food stalls 1KM away, but we did not try them. However, the hotel has a free shuttle bus that can be sent to Hoi An Ancient Town, Da Nang City, and Da Nang Airport, which makes up for this shortcoming and is not inconvenient for us.
