4-Star Hotels in Burgenland, Austria

The Pannonia tower hotel is near (walking distance) the Outlet designer Center (very close to Vienna International Airport). We arrived late (21:00) to the hotel and received a super fast check in. The room was big and comfortable and spotless. The shower was spacious and clean. There was no amenities in the bathroom. The hotel has varied nice breakfast and the service was excellent. It’s very good location for the Vienna airport or visiting the Outlet Designer. Free parking for the hotel visitors. Highly recommended.

My family (me, my wife and our lovely 11 months old baby daughter) visited the hotel restaurant for the first and the last time on Sunday 30.10.2022 to enjoy a lunch and time together. We knew that the hotel was totaly new and we expected there at least a good and tasty food. Unfortunately the new hotel's restaurant on the ground floor next to the lobby needed only one thing. Hospitality! Nobody noticed us after entering the restaurant and we had to ask waiters for their attention. When we sat down at the table we heard the complain from one woman sitting behind us with her friend (they were the only other guests in the restaurant apart from us) that her pasta sauce was extremely salty and with hair in it! The waiter appologized her and she changed her order to Caesar salad. Based on her experience and very limited Sunday menu we ordered two Caesar salads. We waited 45 minutes and that was really weird because only 3 eating guests were in that time in the restaurant (the older lady behind us, me and my wife). The artifical lemon taste in our ordered water was terrible but that was nit the highlight. When the waiter came after long waiting he brought only the one salad for me and my wife! I still do not understand how this sutuation could happen in 4* hotel because immediately after our order I asked the waiter one more time to make BOTH salads with chicken and not vegetarian. During the time we waited for salads the other three couples came to the restaurant but nobody from waiters paid attention to them so they left. One other pair eas special becouse they asked waiters about possibility to sit down next to the window and the waiters left them wait 5 minutes for ”Sorry it is no possible” answer. The problem I currently see in this hotel restaurant is missing hospitality hand in hand with open eyes and ears. If the restaurant cannot handle 3 ”eating” (the older lady behind us, me and my wife) guests and a few questions it will be even bigger dissaster with higher number of guests. Me and my wife left the restaurant without paying (we drank half of the water only) and eating - we didn't touch the salad. We complained to the waiter that we wouldn't wait for other portion other 45 minutes. During leaving we were hungry and we heard the waiters discussiun wheter they shiuld have forced us to pay us for water or not.

I really wanted to give more stars because I really like the concept and the hotel overall but there is a major aspect that I have never experienced in a hotel all over the world before and I think its necessary to be aware of before booking this hotel. I took my son for 1 night for his 3rd birthday. The hotel itself is new, gorgeously designed and well decorated. It makes you feel like you are on an island. All the staff is young and motivated. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly. The breakfast which is included was delicious. The pool is lovely although too cold( even in july) since the location is very windy. As I mentioned before the detail everyone should be aware of and which is very odd is that you can only use the hotel pool only until check out time on the departure day which is 11am. They told me we can use it until 4pm for an extra charge. I have never ever experienced that in any hotel ever before.

The hotel was very friendly and very friendly. We would then enjoy a very great four-gang menu at night and here too we were surprised and very satisfied by the over from friendly service. Very good kitchen, great breakfast buffet, beautiful view of the winter garden The wellness area is small but fine with great clean saunas. Only the water in the pool could be a little warmer for me! I would recommend the hotel management to think about a outdoor whirlpool, then after people like me would be happy if there was really hot water there ... space would be enough on the terrace or further left in the green Even that the hotel A very good dog hotel is very happy, my Lilly will be very happy about a new visit to the hotel that I will make sure.

Been there with my family and grand children. We had a family room and junior suite; rooms were spacious, amenities in bathroom were ample. Restaurant had ala cart for dinner and choices were sufficient and fresh. There were children menu. Walk through the town was so nice. Highly recommended for families with children. There are bikes for rentals and whole town is cosy and friendly.
