staff was nice, but thats about where the nice comments end. rooms are mouldy, linens are stained, pillows were smelly and yellowing. looks like they are cheaping out on laundry by outsourcing it to another laundry company, leading to 0 control in quality or cleanliness. staff were very welcoming and kind, helped us with changing room(although that didnt improve anything) and arranging activities. managment needs to be changed and stop cheaping out on everything, embarassing to call it a marriott hotel.
the receptionist service is friendly and fast...the barber room is big and clean...the breakfast menu is very varied and very tasty...there is a swimming pool, children can swim...it just so happens that when you arrive there is a gala dinner...extraordinarily lively and the food what is served is also very delicious...

Got a Nice room, the view of the pool and a little good at Tanjung Pendam, Kama is comfortable, the service is good, friendly .. Just, the room is not clean, there are residual snacks (pickles) left on the sofa. I almost thought that the cockroach egg was taken with my wife, when I checked it, it looked like a lentil nut
