Because we arrived late and got up early the next day, we asked the hotel to pack breakfast and take it away in the morning. The front desk agreed, but when we came to pick it up the next morning, there was nothing. Fortunately, after communication, several people made it for us to take away, and there were omelettes, etc., which was quite satisfactory. The resort is large and the environment is good, but unfortunately I only slept there. The room and bedding are quite comfortable and I slept soundly.

Room was huge the tv was all in Indonesian and had an a.i voice assistant that we couldn't turn off otherwise it was good choosing what we like the bathroom was amazing and the personal art work message to my good wife welcome ☺ breakfast was ok situated in a American looking cafe staff are super professional there was an iron and ironing board microwave fridge plates etc i didn't see one bug insect in the entire room but was dust in some places ac was ok too my elderly mother inlaw was actually loving it a shower ware she could sit the place has elevator family friendly space could do with a steam room or gym they have the space

When i planned to go to Banyuwangi…:i am eyeing this hotel so much….it is always full booked….till I got chance to have stayxation here . I love this hotel…..the surrounding is very nice and has lots of facility….the staff is kind and friendly….all we need are provided fast and the information is very clear…. . Thank dialoog….will come back here again….

Good location halfway between the port/train station and the centre of Banyuwangi, however, if you arrive on the ferry like us Grab taxi drivers won't pick up from this area, we had to walk 200-300 metres from the port to meet our driver. Hotel is new, well-designed, very clean, with nice pool, gym, top floor lounge & bar. Room and bed were huge, very comfortable, with views towards Bali, and we enjoyed our two-night stay very much. Staff were charming and professional, we particularly appreciated Moza (I think that was her name, apologies if not correct) who checked us in & out, and also arranged the Ijen Crater tour for us including the medical check with a local doctor. Another young lady at reception also helped us book train tickets for our onward journey to Probolinggo using the tiket app. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of freshly cooked western and asian options, however, food at other times was average such as the salad & pizza in the photographs, and drinks in the lounge bar very expensive. We recommend taking a short taxi ride to the small restaurants on the coast near the fish market where you can get excellent fresh fish grilled for the same price as the hotel pizza, with a better atmosphere and local colour. We would definitely stay here again, an excellent hotel, great value for money including the breakfast, and we also appreciated the filtered water dispensers on every floor that removed the need for plastic bottles in the room - why don't more hotels offer such a simple way of reducing plastic? Highly recommend.

Everything went well. The hotel staff is friendly, even though the hotel is old but still well maintained, the location is very strategic. Breakfast is quite varied and tastes good. Very value for money.

Upon booking I was not aware the hotel was not in the city centre, and therefore was about 30-40 minutes away from the malls. However, what it lacks in proximity it makes up for in service and cleanliness. Room service food was very yummy, and I loved the 2000s emo songs played by the bar. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet which even had a popcorn and cotton candy machine, as well as chocolate fountain for children on Sunday. Their waffles and latte from their coffee machine were amazing! Oh, but the sink in the bathroom did leak (see picture) :/

It was very impressive when we arrived at the hotel, the staffs was very helpful. The room I had was ok and the aircon not very cold even to the lowest temperature. I complained to the front desk but still the same. I did not had a chance to stay at the suite but managed to view with the help of your staff who was kind enough to let me see it. Its really beautiful, my friend and her husband stayed in 1 of the suites. The breakfast was nice, everyday change menus & have really enjoyed it especially with the local food. The staff offered jamu of turmeric and assam that I had every breakfast. I was introduced to coffee honey and I bought 3 bottles to take home. The Afternoon Tea was nice served with local tea and local desserts. My only complain was there are many mosquitoes and I could not enjoyed it, I did mentioned to the staff there. Also the massage room was nice unfortunately its very dark and I had to have it in my room instead. I would introduce to my families and friends.
