Clean room with comfy bed! Decent breakfast spread! Many cafes and restaurants nearby plus Mataram mall! Friendly and hospitable staff!

Even though it is located in the west side of island, I could stay peacefully. Breakfast is 150K per person. I recommend to include it when you book. No need to move and find sunset place since just in front of resort was fantastic spot for sunset. Strong recommend.

We were looking for a nice stay for 3 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The beach is black sand with a lot of rock at the low tide line so that is a consideration if you want to go in the water. I waded a bit at high tide, and there is a fair bit surf action, but most of my time was spent at poolside. It is in the middle of nowhere so if you want to go to town, it will require a taxi or some form of transport as Mataram is 30 minutes by car. I was not interested in renting a motorbike so taxi it was. The food and staff were excellent and most staff were very good in English. Overall, 5 star rating from me

Above all, I hope the others don't know how fantastic it is to sit on the beach in front of the hotel and drink beer while watching the sunset. I hope that when I travel here again, people will notice what this place is good and it won't be so full that I won't be able to stay here. I was planning to stay on the Gili for two days, but stayed for two more. Although I had to give up southern Bali tour, I was able to have a happier time thanks to it. I don't want to go home. I don't want to go to work.

Perfect location, 1 minute walk from the harbour. Everything you need is on your doorstep. The room was perfect for one person and the staff are incredibly friendly and will attend to anything without any delay. I’m glad I chose to stay here.

The swimming pool in the villa we stayed in was clean and slightly salty. The outdoor space had a shed, an open air, a parasol, a deck chair, and a coffee set. However, the transportation was very inconvenient. It was a long-distance place. For boats and planes, you needed to contact the hotel in advance for pick-up and drop-off. You had to contact the hotel yourself.

A wonderful place to stay near senggigi for our honeymoon. A good place for a quiet sleep and a checkpoint to reach the beach and foods. At first we stayed in a king deluxe room, but there was a centipede in the shower, after staff sprayed pesticide in the sewage roaches came crawling in the bathroom. Thanks to the wonderful staff service we're able to upgrade our room to a suite. You guys deserve all the stars for helping us. Thanks for top notch service and wonderful room.

Just an amazing hotel! From the super helpful and friendly staff at reception, the little upgrade to the sunset bungalow, the huge swimming pool, pool bar and the beach just in front. It’s THE perfect spot to watch the sunset. I wish I had stayed longer! You can rent bicycles from the hotel to go into town which is the busier side or they can call the horse carriage to take you to and from. Oh and the outside bathroom was incredible, looking at the moon at stars when in the shower 🤩 I would definitely choose it again if I were to come back !

I found out why it was said to be the best accommodation in Gili. First of all, I really liked it from the moment I first entered the accommodation because it felt like an eco-friendly accommodation with a distinct Balinese feel. The staff were also very friendly. I took off my clothes, threw them away, went out for a while, and came back around evening. They drew curtains on all four sides of the bed to create a nice atmosphere, and neatly folded the clothes I threw away. I was impressed by the delicate details. The road from the entrance to the reception was not close, so it was difficult to carry my luggage, but the staff carried it for me. They even brought me a cool wet towel and a welcome drink! In other places, the welcome drink is usually sugar cane..? ginger..? They gave me a drink that felt like it, Is this the dragon and banana smoothie? He gave me a! I think it was the most delicious drink I had when I came to Bali! In addition to drinks, we also prepared two types of healthy snacks. There are two swimming pools in the resort. It was great that you could rent bicycles for free :) I travel abroad very often. The Pondok Santi accommodation was so amazing. First of all, the bathroom, including the shower, was outside! I was surprised because it felt like I was really in nature. If you call the reception to reserve a massage, you can receive it at the outdoor pavilion or in your own room during that time. If you say you want to have it in your room, they bring a massage bed and other things and give you a massage! The best part of all was breakfast! Unlike other places, you select the breakfast menu when checking in and decide where to eat by choosing one of three places: bar/ocean/room. The menu was generally delicious. It's different from other ocean view breakfasts because it's not just a simple ocean view, it's just eating on the beach. Attach photos If you visit Gili, I highly recommend you go!

This hotel has so much potential. The staff and service were amazing and super friendly. The location is isolated compared to other hotels but I loved the quiet and the sound of the waves from the balcony of my room. Half the hotel is still under renovation but my room in the other half was beautifully decorated and very clean. The restaurant menu is very limited however with a lot of things being out of stock even for simple things like beer or spirits so no cocktails are available despite having 2 bars which was disappointing. The food I did order was good though. Both the pool on the ground floor and the one on the top are beautiful and perfect to catch the sunset 🌅 Maybe next season will be better because like I said it has the potential to be excellent.

Заселение было в 14:00 но мы были раньше, нам выдали пляжные полотенца и показали где можно оставить вещи до заселения. Территория конечно не очень, но она и не нужна здесь, вид из номера тоже желает лучшего, но сам номер приятный, комфортная большая кровать и хороший душ. Кондиционер работает хорошо, в номере есть питьевая вода. При отеле есть спа. Сходила на массаж с алое вера, осталась довольна. Девушки приятные, внутри все чистенько. Если вам нужна красивая территория, там вам не сюда. В целом нормальный отель.

Apart from cleanliness and location, what needs to be badly upgraded is the service here. The communication between the staff is bad. There’s no proper passover when my room needs an attention. I have to repeat myself 3 times again and again. I believe there should be a proper way of handling certain matters. Staff at restaurant, they need a proper training I believe. Even when we speak in Bahasa or English, they seem clueless. I do not want to mention names here but they really need a proper guidelines and training. At both days during our breakfast, the order came completely wrong. We prayed twice and thrice but it does not made any difference. Good place but sadly the attitude of the staff pulled down experience stayed there.

It would be good if hotel can provide free bicycle rental service instead of charging because there is a distance to walk in from the main pavement to the villa. Kuno Villa is relatively old, and the environment is very good. It is a traditional Indonesian-style villa. I stayed in a two-bedroom pool villa with my parents. There were frogs visiting the door at night. Breakfast was a la carte. Order it in advance in the evening and communicate the delivery time. You can choose floating breakfast, which is not the best value for money on the island, but fortunately it has local characteristics. It rained for two days on T Island. When it rains, there is a power outage. When there is a power outage, there is no Internet. It is quite wild to soak in the swimming pool and read a book. of.
