We stayed as a family of three (adults), and the room was spacious and comfortable. Above all, I think the location is great. Mall Road and the lift (elevator) are close, and access to the ropeway station is also decent. Therefore, it wasn't too much of a hassle to go out again after returning to the hotel. It was unfortunate that the shower temperature was unstable at times, and the breakfast venue was a bit small and crowded. It's inevitable that the facilities will be compact since it's built on a narrow piece of land on a slope...

We found this property on a recommendation by a Friend, and boy we were lucky to find this B-E-A-UTIFUL property. This Hotels is well placed on the main road, a 10 min drive from the Mall Road. The hotel has ample of parking space. All the staff is quite courteous and very friendly, right from The front office to the Food and Beverage staff. The interns were also equally hardworking and warm. All the staff will always welcome you with a pleasant, friendly warm smile. The Food menu is also delicious and covers quite a lot of cuisines and proteins. Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy with quiet good amenities and excellent view of the Mountains.

The property is well maintained. The staff is extremely helpful and service levels are of top grade. The food is excellent. The pool side view of the mountains is breathtaking. Overall it was a great experience.

Suddenly on short notice I planned my trip to Manali and while doing my bookings I got in touch with Mr. Vijay who is manager over there, he has done everything so smoothly that I was already very excited, he ensured me that he will take care of everything personally (I was in doubt but still trusted). When we reached there everything was so well organised that I was amazed - smiling faces, superb cleanliness, easy check in and perfectly settled room. Mr. Vijay was personally taking care of everything which was unbelievable. We stayed there for 4 days and his hospitality is 10/10. We highly recommend sterling to make your Manali trip memorable. This is a good hotel at Shimla Mall. Location: Right beside Mall elevator, just 30 mtr there is huge multilevel govt. parking space. It is on mall road and car can also get into the premises at entrace (ground floor). top floor connect mall road and they have own elevator. Amenities: central heating, playroom, even a Disco Food: Good food (room is with CP), restaurant is good, they also have bar with great view of town and you can also see the shimla church at a distance. Bakery is also in house. Room Tip: Basic room are on lower floor, luxury rooms are on upper floor and top floors are suite / family room. Comberemere luxury room are just fine for small family as they have king bed with road and city view.

Our stay at indraprastha was mesmerising with beautiful view from the balcony and serenity around us. Loved the hospitality of the staff. Only the breakfast was average, they can work on their breakfast buffet. Overall it was a memorable stay

Although the rooms are great and clean, the mountain view rooms doesn’t have mountain view anymore. You will have to step out into balcony to see the mountains. Breakfast/restaurant - service is very slow, we had our dinner one day and it took them more than one hour to serve our food and our food items were also very less. However taste was good. Breakfast has limited items only

1. Location - good. Near mall road with good view. 2. Food - below average. We didnt book buffet option and thankfully so. Buffet's quality and quantity, both are below average. Post that we didnt eat anything there. 3. Staff - excellent and very helpful. 4. Hygiene - lacks some hygiene. There were hair on our new bed sheet overall - decent stay

1. It’s 11kms from manali main market and would cost 1500rs one side for pickup & drop. The road is bad as well. Better if you are in your own vehicle. 2. There is nothing for one to do except for your room. 3. There could be a few non functional parts to your room, for us there was no hot water in the shower! 4. Hosekeeping staff is helpful. 6. Food was good. 7. View is good but you will find similar view from any property at height. Might be a different case during snowfall. 8. Try not to reach before your checkin time. 9. The top of the dome is closed and you don’t have the view to the sky / stars as advertised, reason cited was for privacy from drones. 10. Seems overpriced and overhyped.

Let me give you few points as why staying at Snowflakes Resort and Spa is a great option. 1. Away from Mall Road Hustle Bustle. Location is great as most of the high profile hotels of Manali are in the same vicinity as Snowflake Resort. 2. Hotel staffs are courteous and are highly professional.3. Entire Hotel is clean and Hygienic. 4. Food quality and taste is great and let me tell you they have got a really fast service. 5.Breakfast is amazing and you can enjoy the beautiful Valley view from breakfast area. 6 Indoor games are an added advantage of staying in SNOW FLAKES RESORT & SPA and they have a got a garden which is also great. 7. You'll get so many view points to click pictures. and the list goes on... Have a great stay at Snowflakes Resort & Spa. Thank You

Jain food service and taste is very good. Mahi gave very good service at room. Ambience in the resturant and rooms service was very good. Staff was very nice.Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay

We spent three nights in victory resorts and we really enjoyed the stay here thoroughly. The resort is at good location, you can have ample space for parking. The garden area is very nice and specially when you are with little kids and elderly, you will enjoy the garden area more. Kids were happy to see huge garden space to run all around the property. it is beautifully covered with flowers, swings, nice furniture to sit for hours, and just look at the heavenly and serene mountains just infront of the eyes. Our package included breakfast and dinner and food quality and taste was very nice. They offered lot of good varieties for all three days. On one weekend, the resort also arranged folk dance and music done by their local people and such a good experience to relish that. They are soon planning kids area and a swimming pool which is under construction and hopefully will be completed for our next visit. I strongly recommend this property for all these good things. Could not get a chance to say thanks to GM that time , so thanks to all staff and Paramjeet ji.

This choice of this hotel will be the worst choice one can make as it not better than any oyo in any sense, staff have no sensible knowledge of guest service. I dont know how goibino and other websites gave good ratings to this may be due tonpaid reviews. Don’t fall for positive reviews may be these are paid or given bu management itself. The reasons i will say you no for this hotel is as below 1. Wont be given basic toiletries unless asked for. 2. You will be sent to room while the room is being done up 3. No power back up and upon complaint there manager Mr Sunny will argue about no fault of his in short he or the management is doing a favour by letting you stay. 4. Hotel staff will turn up at odd hours for signing petty papers like heater charges or food bill or whatever they want to. 5. Call you at 10:00 pm or post for clearing room charges and other bills. 6. You room service food will be delivered in instalments and not at once 7. The heater is of no use as it wont heat up the room but just a place or just say half of the bed, in a place like manali where nights are sub zero to zero (visited in 24/12/23 to 26/12/23) the heater will just heat up 25% of the bed part when kept in close proximity to bed 8. Will be attaching images of poor ploght of rooms. Paint peeling off, damped walls no upkeep is there. 9. The only good point is view from valley view room but that can be a part of many hotels not the cost of the experience. 10. The woods leak a rubbery substance when exposed to sunlight.. The hotel is a nightmare and the staff are all from mars who do the know basic etiquette
