It's my 2nd stay here in this hotel, and I love it. Nice room layout, ample space for a solo occupant, comfy bed, and pillows. I like the bit where i can open window slight ajar for ventilation. A little corner to lounge, sip my morning coffee, and watch the street bustle below. Good amenities are provided, and service staffs were polite and helpful.

The hotel of JAL has very good service and is very comfortable! It is next to Sendai Station and is very convenient to go anywhere. I recommend the beef tongue of Rikyu Nishiguchi Main Store, which is not far from it! It is really delicious~

Good location very near Sendai Station  Nice room & hotel decor is modern  Dining & shops around  I chose a queen bed room  I stay on the 15th floor (train platform side)  I think the other side facing the taxi stand may have better view  However one side of the bed is lower so not very comfortable  Air ventilation in toilet need to be improved especially the bath area  Breakfast is good I like the fresh kiwi vegetable juice & cold cut beef  One thing to improve in toilet (no hangers for clothes)

Very spacious room, ours was provided with a massage chair which was great! Closed to restsurants and shopping areas but a bit walk to JR station. Very polite staff. Breakfast ok but not impressive. Lobby quite nice, offering free coffee.

At Breakfast buffet they serve food with all the allergy ingredients but it was not at all clearly mentioned if it has pork or beef or chicken. Example : there was a potato salad where it says they do not have pork in it but found out that they put pork sausage inside them while eating and they will will let you know after you ask them. If they would have mentioned clearly it would be better to reconsider when you have allergy issues. I feel that was poorly organized. Please be careful with the allergy issues before eating during the breakfast and ask them in details about the ingredients if you feel confused.

The hotel is modern and the room is larger by Japanese standard. As practised by most hotels, amenities like toothbrushes and tea bags can be taken from the reception counter. The hotel has thoughtfully provided small plastic bags for customers to bag the amenities though I see this as counter to their green efforts. There is a laundry room, but the wash may not be thorough as my clothes did not come out smelling fresh.

You can see the beach from the hotel, which is about 5 minutes' drive away. It may be a little difficult to walk on the snow, but it's still acceptable. Clothes can be washed and dried in the room, which is very suitable for people who want to do laundry while traveling. There are many people at the check-in time. If you have luggage that you have checked in, it will be picked up at that time, so you need to allow more time. 

The room is a bit small for three persons, though i think it is the normal room size in japan. It is still worth the money. The hotel provides sharing space next to their lobby with all day snack bar and night light meal. The onsen is nice but i think a bit too hot. Overall, love the place

I am very grateful for the courteous service from check-in to check-out. The coin laundry machines for men and women in the large public bath were very convenient, and I was very grateful to be able to use the dryer while taking a bath. There were also many amenities available, making it a wonderful stay.

Perhaps the best hotel throughout my Tokyo - Tohoku trip. Comparatively spacious, staff speaks English well, the onsen spa is very affordable for guests, walking distance from Sendai station, hotel has unique 18th century European design, comfortable beds, good amenities. Only thing is that the onsen spa does not permit guests with tattoo, which can pose a bit of a problem in light of the free and open society nowadays. Perhaps the hotel can limit it to restricting only guests with ”tattoo sleeves” or something. Small cute little tattoos all over the body do not necessarily create a negative perception. I have 3 small tattoos on my body and I still went to the onsen nonetheless during non-peak hours, just to be respectful (I was all alone and would have left if it created discomfort for other guests). But love the hotel overall. Highly recommended.

Nice Sea view and onsen. Great variety of seafood buffe and breakfast but taste was acceptable. There is hotel shuttle bus service but the last bus was before 6 pm. The JR station has no staff and does not have any escalator or elevator so beware that you need to carry luggage up and down the stairs. It's out of GO service area but there was taxi waiting in front of the station.

The heroine is Sayuri Yoshinaga. The scenery is very beautiful and suitable for rest. 2. This hotel is relatively small, and its main features are free drinks, footbath and dinner in the afternoon. I stayed for three nights and was very satisfied with the food. It has very exquisite Japanese food. I feel that the food alone is worth the price of admission. This room type has Songdo right outside the window, a very healing scenery, and it feels wonderful every day. The room faces the east, which is perfect for watching the sunrise. 3. The hotel’s hot spring water is very slippery and feels great. The men's and women's baths are interchangeable. This hotel is geared towards women. The women's bath has an open-air bath from afternoon to evening, but men can only wait until the morning. So the men's bath in the afternoon will be a bit boring, although the scenery outside the large glass window is indeed stunning.

The staff at the hotel were far from friendly or accommodating. Their lackadaisical attitude and indifference towards the guests were disappointing, to say the least. Requests for assistance or information were met with apathy, leaving me feeling ignored and unimportant. It is evident that the staff lacked the proper training in customer service and hospitality. The accommodations themselves were subpar and in dire need of renovation. My room was outdated, with worn-out furnishings and a general sense of neglect. The cleanliness standards were questionable, and I encountered several maintenance issues throughout my stay. The lack of attention to detail and upkeep was simply unacceptable. In terms of dining options, the hotel fell short yet again. The on-site restaurant served mediocre food with limited choices. The quality of the meals was average at best, failing to impress even the most casual of diners. The lack of variety and flavor left me disappointed and longing for better culinary experiences. The two prospect hot springs on the fifth floor are top-notch! Men and women rotate in the morning and afternoon. There is also a hot spring on the first floor with massage services. Massage is not recommended. The sofa area on the third floor overlooks Matsushima and offers a variety of free drinks and snacks. Very relaxing area. 40 minutes of free karaoke can be reserved before 8 pm, and there are Chinese songs to choose from. The hotel is directly connected to the glass pavilion next to it, and you can visit it for free with your room card. Bicycle rental is free. Breakfast and dinner are very rich and delicious. Dinner is a buffet of 11,000 yen per person including tax. There are also many choices of drinks and wines. The oyster rice and chestnut cake are especially recommended for dinner. The sanitation of the hotel is very good, and the attitude of the service staff is also good. The hotel provides free bus transfers between Songdo Station and Songdo Coast Station. You can check the timetable on the hotel website, which usually coincides with the train schedule.
