A very good business hotel. Comfortable rooms with all of the basics. Very friendly staff. The location is convenient for travellers and the main attractions are not too far away. The breakfast was great.

Hotel room is tidy, clean and cosy. Location is very convenient, just need to walk 5 minutes to JR station. Staff there are nice and friendly. On the day of arrival, it rains heavily, staff are very thoughtfully to lend us an umbrella when we left the hotel for lunch.

Hotel close to Toyoma Station makes it very convenient for travelers who arrives late. The hotel provides good amenities and is clean and beds are comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Hotel is very near to Toyama station, just opposite the station. Hotel is rather old but seems renovated recently. Central air-con is very old with dated controls and not working well, so room gets very stuffy at night. Free drinks offered when we didn’t opt for daily room cleaning. QR code given to choose our drinks at a vending machine at the lobby. Don’t come to Toyama during Dec-Mar, as most attractions are closed for winter. Overall, a disappointment due to the faulty air-con and boring itinerary.

We were at Toyama to visit Tetayama Kurobe Alpine Road. Doubletree by Hilton is just located diagonally opposite Toyama-Dandetsu train station. Next to the hotel is a new shopping mall, Maroot. Beside the hotel there is a convenient shop, Lawson, the hotel is very convenient and close to many aminities. What I like the most about the hotel, on top of room cleanliness, they provide water from the Alps, Mt. Tateyama which the hotel call it “Taste the difference”. Although Lawson is just next to the hotel which I can get all sorts of drinking water but I drink only the “mountain water”. It is absolutely amazing to have such fresh drinking Alps Water provided free to the hotel guests! Kudos to the management for such considerate arrangement.

This hotel location not Far to JR Toyama Station, walking Distance taken 8 Minutes. Over all This Hotel is Old Style Hotel as we can say is a Classic One. Room Cleanness and well maintained. Great Stay over Few Night. Breakfast Included mix type Western and Japanese style Breakfast.

The employees at Mantian Hotel should all be students working under a construction-teaching cooperation program. The internship at the counter shows a lack of proficiency and experience, but the service attitude is very good and they will actively help solve problems. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the nearest station. There are quite a lot of people along the way. You can go shopping at any supermarket

The hotel is very old, but well maintained. Except that the furniture looks old-fashioned and there are not many plugs, they have added more sockets, which are enough. We booked a selected twin room. Because we chose to stay with 3 people, we found a 1.2-meter folding bed when we entered the room, which was quite comfortable to sleep on. The ruins park is right outside the window, and the scenery is nice. It is 1 kilometer away from Toyama Station. It is okay to walk under the sun when it is not summer, but it feels a bit far in summer. It is only 2 stops by bus, and the fare of 210 yen is not worth it.

The front desk receptionist, Ms. Anxiang, has been working hard to answer our questions and help us translate. She is definitely the best receptionist I have visited Japan dozens of times. The hotel's hot spring is very good, and the open-air environment is beautiful. The 4 meals on both days were different, which was good.

I was on a business trip for two nights. The location is convenient. It's a five-minute walk from the station. It's quiet. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby. The room is clean and tidy, and the breakfast includes Japanese and Western food. Free ramen at night🍜 Free drinks in the lobby🥤

The hot spring is the best! It made me feel refreshed with my swollen legs. It was good to feel that it was working slowly on my body. The large communal bath with the day trip hot spring was dynamic with a lot of big rocks. The room was comfortable and I could sleep well in bed.

Honestly, I don't know where to start. I'm completely touched by my experience at this hotel. First, the rooms are clean, big, surrounded by nature, greenery, and a beautiful lake that you can observe for a perfect morning scenery. Secondly, the facilities are top notch! Everything is clean! All facilities are provided to you with great quality; clean floors, perfect white clean towels, the hot spring water is clean, the pools are clean, the shampoo and body wash liquids smell amazing! (Like the baby colon your mother would give you as a child with the blue rounded top!) AMAZING! However, I had a very special interaction with one of the staff who deserves a medal for being so responsible and ensuring that her guest was in good hands. Unfortunately, I got sick one morning while I was checking out. I was having an anxiety / panic attack that made me really disoriented. I didn't feel safe driving afterwards and I requested for the ambulance to be called. The kind and beautiful lady at the front desk handled all my paperwork, and ensured clear communication between doctors and nurses. After getting a physical check at the hospital for 2 hours, the results came back fine. There was no problem at all, however, the lady from the hotel staff was still there to see me out and ensure that I was safe and ok to drive. She was amazing! Thank you a million times for providing a fantastic place to stay, but also for taking great care of me! ( I don't have any pictures of the hotel because pictures aren't allowed to be taken within the hot springs, but trust me when I say, everything looks just as it is in the pictures. ) I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

The hotel provides free coffee, hot and hot tea, which is very good. Breakfast and dinner are much better than the same type of hotel. It is to remember that if you want to be the hotel's most famous hot spring mud SP, you must make an appointment when you book a room, otherwise you can't do it at the store.
