4-Star Hotels in Rabat-Sale-Kenitra, Morocco

We stayed here as part of a group tour to Morocco, and unfortunately, this hotel was the worst hotel that we stayed at on our trip. It seems that in Morocco there is no standardization as to what a star-rating is in hotels. Knowing that this was a 4-star hotel and having stayed at a lovely 4-star hotel in Casablanca on the previous day, we were looking forward to our stay at Belere and expecting the standards to be consistent. To our dismay, this was not the case. Our room at least was clean enough, although it was small. But our bathroom was filled with mold and didn't feel clean, and we had a weird mold-riddled tub that was difficult to get into and out of. There was no safe in our room at all. The meals there, frankly, were disappointing. Compared to the spread at the previous hotel in Casablanca, there was not a good selection of food, and the food that was served was not tasty at all. Staff in the restaurant appeared indifferent, and at times surly. The common areas adjacent to the restaurant, including the common bathroom areas were horribly dirty. The hygeine was definitely not up to any standard, and it left one wondering whether we would get sick eating the food at this hotel. And in fact, shortly after our stay here, my husband and I did come down with a case of traveller's diarrhea which only recently cleared up. The few good aspects to this hotel: The location is immediately adjacent to the Royal Palace, so is convenient from a touring perspective. The front desk staff were polite, sweet and helpful. The last positive is that when our tour arrived to the hotel after a long day of travel, we were greeted in the lobby with mint tea and yummy cookies. Unfortunately, all in all, everyone on our tour was thankful that we only had to stay one night in this hotel. We certainly would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Very new apartment, the whole space is very large, one bedroom, two living rooms, one kitchen, two bathrooms, plus a balcony, complete facilities. There is a supermarket nearby, you can buy some food to cook yourself, kitchenware and tableware are all available, there is also a washing machine, suitable for long-term residence.

This hotel is in a great location, close to attractions and shopping centers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities and friendly and attentive service staff. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. The only drawback is that the room price is slightly higher. Overall, it is a great value for money hotel and worth recommending to others.

Rabat stayed for one night, because it was late at night, the hotel kitchen and sandwiches can be ordered, directly sent to the room, convenient, the waiter at the door is also very enthusiastic to help with luggage, help guide parking, reflect the standard of the capital, praise 👍

Let’s have a honest review. Check-in : Delayed to a great extent. No welcome, greetings. Only the keys were handed out. Nothing explained, not even the direction to the elevators. Neither the breakfast timings nor the floor. Room : Extremely small, hardly any room to move, not what you see in the pictures (photo attached). Completely non functional AC. In fact, the room was hotter than outside. We had to open the narrow slit-like window to-let the outside cold come in. However low you put it, it’s not going below 25 deg C, that’s because the compressor isn’t on (saving electricity for the hotel) only the fan is spinning. Pillows as high as the Himalayas. Bed uncomfortable. Wifi very very slow. The refrigerator doesn’t cool (not replaced inspite of complaints). No amenities like a swimming pool, gym, designated parking (which are compulsory for a 4-star). Bathroom: The hand shower for the commode doesn’t work. No light above the mirror, difficult to shave or put on makeup (by my spouse). Warm water alternating with cold water bursts from the shower. Breakfast : Plenty of types of bread, but there aren’t any fruits, no hot items, no vegetables, only Beef sausages. Oh and a bland tasteless rice soup. Possibly they don’t know what items are to be kept on the breakfast table for a 4-star. If it had been designated as a 2-star, I wouldn’t have had any complaints, but charging the rates of a 4-star, is simply what you call is ‘cheating your customers.’ Overall : Absolutely not recommended. The facilities that were offered suites a roadside motel.

Facilities: The exterior of the hotel is old, but the interior is very new. The downside is that the room has been repainted recently, the taste is still a bit heavy, and the hot water supply is unstable. Hygienic: The sanitation is very quiet and tidy, making people comfortable. Environment: The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are big shopping malls and Chinese restaurants next to it, about 10 minutes drive from the old city, 15 minutes by tram. Service: The service staff is very enthusiastic, and there is a 24-hour security guard to help see the car, very professional and friendly.

Very pleasant stay, perfectly located in the Medina, next to the main street. No outside noise and a very comfortable room with an en-suite bathroom. Staff was very welcoming. A very good moroccan style breakfast. Would definitely recommend for visiting Rabat and Salé.

Absolutely horrified by this Riad. They gave us a room that shouldn’t even be used by people—it’s more suited for rats. The food was awful, and the room was filthy. The quality is far below acceptable standards, and here’s why: 1. The shower leaks water all over the bathroom floor. I had to use every bath towel to soak it up. Clearly, this has been an ongoing problem since some tiles are even missing next to the shower. 2. There are actual holes in the walls, making the room feel like it’s falling apart. 3. The hardware on the walls is cheap plastic and looks low quality, adding to the room’s tackiness. 4. The wooden door has aluminum lining at the bottom, possibly hiding rotted wood beneath it. 5. The fringes on the rug are filthy and completely unkempt, making the whole room feel dirty. 6. The armoire handle is broken, further adding to the rundown, neglected feel of the place. Overall, this room feels like a two-star disaster at best, and it’s a total disappointment compared to what we expected. Avoid this Riad if you’re looking for any kind of quality or cleanliness.

Das WLAN war sehr gut und stabil, umso erstaunlicher, dass die Zimmer nicht mal einen kleinen Schreibtisch haben. Das hat mich bei der Arbeit etwas gebremst. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hat die Nachbarn permanent gehört. Im Bad gab es keinerlei Ablageflächen. An sich sind die Zimmer gut und sauber, aber die Einrichtung ist etwas ungeschickt ausgewählt.

Hotel in the heart of the city centre, the hotel is very well located. Excellent welcome. Functional, clean and comfortable room. Various and good breakfast. The restaurant of the hotel Le Piano is excellent too. The manager, the server and the server very welcome, laughing. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.
