ONOMO Hotel Rabat Terminus

Dear General Manager of Onomo Terminus, I am writing to convey my profound disappointment with my recent experience at your hotel. Regrettably, the service and conditions fell drastically short of what I had anticipated, casting serious doubt on the standards of hospitality at your establishment. Before our arrival, we called to inquire about the availability of the superior room we previously stayed in and enjoyed. Although we had already reserved through your website, the person on the line responded dismissively, stating, ”You should have called in the morning; why are you calling now?” This tone was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful, especially coming from hotel staff. Upon arrival, already weary from a long journey, they were asking for more money , white the confirmation e-mail mentioned 5000 dhs inclu ding taxes they were as king for 5400 dhs and insisted on getting 400 dhs extra. we checked into the room, only to find that the hot water was not working. I was left with no choice but to shower in lukewarm water, a dismal start to my stay. Furthermore, the air conditioning failed to provide warmth. Despite multiple visits from your technical team, the issue persisted. When I called the reception to explain that the room was unbearable, the receptionist coldly suggested we ”wait until morning.” Can you imagine being told to endure a freezing room overnight after paying a substantial amount for the stay? This response was as disappointing as it was unacceptable. Eventually, we were moved to another room, which involved repacking and relocating with my young child—a needless hassle that further tarnished the experience. This new room was at least clean, and initially, we thought things might improve. Today, however, after requesting the ”Make My Bed” service, we returned to find the windows open, the room teeming with mosquitoes, and reeking of cigarette smoke. To make matters worse, my child suffers from allergies and asthma, making this situation particularly distressing and unacceptable. I am thoroughly appalled by the lack of basic service standards, courtesy, and care exhibited by your hotel. The experience was more reminiscent of a run-down, two-star hostel than a reputable hotel. This is not just a complaint about minor inconveniences; it’s a reflection of how poorly your establishment regards its guests. Now 3 days later each time they give me a key Card its functioning only 1 days, each time and day I have to come back to the reception for a new key. It’s 1 o clock morning and I am standing already 20 minutes with my child at the reception nobody is there and the key is not functioning. Do we have to sleep at the reception sofa ??? It a disaster this hotel such a bad service !!!!! I hope you take this feedback to heart and make immediate improvements. No future guest should be subjected to such a subpar experience. Sincerely, Mis Gharbaoui - room 321

This hotel is in a great location, close to attractions and shopping centers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities and friendly and attentive service staff. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. The only drawback is that the room price is slightly higher. Overall, it is a great value for money hotel and worth recommending to others.

Rabat Medina
Loved our stay at this calming space in Rabat. Unfortunately we were only there for one night, but the room was comfortable, staff was very friendly, and the dar was easy to access. Stayed in the Camel room - perfect for two of us. Bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again!

Rabat Medina
Very easy to find just inside the Medina. The highlight of this riad is the house manager and her staff. They could not do enough to explain everything, from the local area, restaurants and transport. Exceptional and made our stay very pleasant. The riad is very pleasant with all the rooms facing into the courtyard (no outside windows), so you need to leave the door and shutters open for air circulation. There is a/c for use during the night. The rooms are a good size and there was plenty of hot water. Breakfast was adequate. WiFi in the room was not great and kept cutting out, so you had to use the public areas for a signal. It's position is perfect with easy acces to theMedina, Kasbah and the tram system just outside the walls. You can have your laundry washed for a small charge. When leaving they even walked us to get a local taxi to the train station. Once again many thanks to the house manager and her team. Although very traditional and rustic, there are areas that need improvement and renovation such as the bathroom. The roof terrace was not very appealing...

Rabat Medina
Very pleasant stay, perfectly located in the Medina, next to the main street. No outside noise and a very comfortable room with an en-suite bathroom. Staff was very welcoming. A very good moroccan style breakfast. Would definitely recommend for visiting Rabat and Salé.

The hotel is located next to the old railway station in Rabat, which is more convenient. Next to the hotel is the Rabat Court, and it feels safe to be surrounded by armed police everywhere. But the hotel is a bit old, and the attitude of the service staff is average, rather indifferent. The breakfast is terrible, the price is not bad in the capital, suitable for a simple night. Reluctantly
Belere Hotel Rabat

We stayed here as part of a group tour to Morocco, and unfortunately, this hotel was the worst hotel that we stayed at on our trip. It seems that in Morocco there is no standardization as to what a star-rating is in hotels. Knowing that this was a 4-star hotel and having stayed at a lovely 4-star hotel in Casablanca on the previous day, we were looking forward to our stay at Belere and expecting the standards to be consistent. To our dismay, this was not the case. Our room at least was clean enough, although it was small. But our bathroom was filled with mold and didn't feel clean, and we had a weird mold-riddled tub that was difficult to get into and out of. There was no safe in our room at all. The meals there, frankly, were disappointing. Compared to the spread at the previous hotel in Casablanca, there was not a good selection of food, and the food that was served was not tasty at all. Staff in the restaurant appeared indifferent, and at times surly. The common areas adjacent to the restaurant, including the common bathroom areas were horribly dirty. The hygeine was definitely not up to any standard, and it left one wondering whether we would get sick eating the food at this hotel. And in fact, shortly after our stay here, my husband and I did come down with a case of traveller's diarrhea which only recently cleared up. The few good aspects to this hotel: The location is immediately adjacent to the Royal Palace, so is convenient from a touring perspective. The front desk staff were polite, sweet and helpful. The last positive is that when our tour arrived to the hotel after a long day of travel, we were greeted in the lobby with mint tea and yummy cookies. Unfortunately, all in all, everyone on our tour was thankful that we only had to stay one night in this hotel. We certainly would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Rabat stayed for one night, because it was late at night, the hotel kitchen and sandwiches can be ordered, directly sent to the room, convenient, the waiter at the door is also very enthusiastic to help with luggage, help guide parking, reflect the standard of the capital, praise 👍
