Over all was a good stay! Areas where family and friends can visit and meet up, with various restaurants and cafes on its doorstep— specially just before flying out. It’s about a 15 minute drive from T1 international terminal. Although the pool water was quite cold, albeit being indoors, and separate sauna for males and females. Unfortunately when we attempted to visit the saunas- one afternoon, they were not so inviting (ie not the cleanest). Nice to have a poolside bar and access to massage services there tho!

My sister and I booked a 1-night stay from December 31 to January 1, but we didn't receive the room we reserved. Although we had a room with a window, it lacked a city view. Additionally, the pool area was not as spacious as expected, and there was no rooftop or overlooking area for the fireworks display. The hotel offers a generous breakfast selection, though there can be long queues, especially during holidays or peak seasons. Its proximity to the airport makes it highly recommended for travelers with early flights. Overall, we found the experience satisfactory and might consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

We had a delightful stay at the Grand Westside Hotel, perfect for our relaxing weekend escape. Despite the hotel being newly opened and still undergoing some construction, the facilities and room were both adequate and comfortable. A special highlight was the breakfast, featuring an extensive and satisfying menu. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Kim, for helping us book our room. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I really don’t get why some people complain about this hotel. First off, the welcome was awesome – super friendly staff. The room was exactly like the pictures, no surprises there. Sure, it's a bit smaller than I expected – I mean, a 4x4 meter room isn’t huge, but it was fine for a 2-night stay. It’s pricy for that size of room though. The Wi-Fi was solid too, fast enough for me to jump on work calls without any issues. I also ordered congee and it was pretty good. As for location, it’s about a 30-minute walk to MOA or 20 minutes by car, so not bad at all. My only gripe was the noise – the walls aren’t soundproof, so when the neighbors had a birthday party, it got a little wild. Luckily, it didn’t go past midnight, so I guess it could’ve been worse. But overall, I’d say it’s a decent spot to stay.

This hotel is under management of a grander Manila Hotel. Rooms are large and modern, the servgice ipeccable, and breakfast is great. It also has a very good Chinese retsuaryrant. Curiously, it does not have the bar. I stayed two months until it closed due to covid. It is only about ten minutes walk form large SM shopping centre . Highly recommended

I can barely remember how many times I've stayed in this place. OUR FAMILY LOVES VALERO SUITES! We celebrated Easter here, my Birthday, and this year -- Christmas Eve! The Twin room 1 bedroom suite is really HUGE! 4 of us can sleep in the beds. Then all our relatives who visited have enough place to roam around and to sit in. KITCHEN - not usable. there's a fridge but you can't cook in here. There's a free water heater too, coffee and utensils. BEDROOM - 2 beds. BATHROOM - shower only. no bath tub but complete with comb, brush, etc all toiletries you need + BIDET! YES! DINING AREA - has a 4 seater table . LOCATION - A lot of commercial areas and restaurants nearby. There are 3 convenience stores that are just 2-3 minutes walk away from the building. Every holiday they have freebies too. Last easter we got a pack full of candies for my kid and a photo with the easter bunny. Then this time, we had super yummy home-made Christmas cookies! VALERO SUITES NEVER FAIL TO AMAZE ME!

Our room had a stunning sea view, which made waking up each morning even more special. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was absolutely breathtaking and a highlight of our trip. We are very satisfied.. we felt home. This is our 3rd time already.. Junior Suite and Executive King suite are phenomenal. We are USA military family, and we lived and traveled around the world . When we say it feels home, it means a lot to us.. We felt home every time we visited this hotel. Home is where the heart is... Thank you again...Job well done.. Excellent customer service. Everyone was very nice! Everyone always said hello whenever they saw you. We had mangos that we wanted to peel so we asked for a knife and they actually peeled the mangos for us and even boxed it up at no cost. The gym is pretty nice too and security was amazing at helping out my cousin who got a little too tipsy from a night out in town. I would definitely recommend this hotel and also a good location!

My husband and I stayed in this hotel since it is only 700 meters away from the SMX convention center (we can get there in 10 minutes by foot). We loved our stay for the following reasons: 1. Perfect location since it is close to SMX convention center as well as to SM Mall of Asia. It is also connected to a small mall with a grocery store and a pharmacy. 2. Awesome service. When we left the do not disturb sign for the whole day, they left a card that says we may call them up to 6 pm if we want to have our room cleaned, but since we did not mind a little clutter we decided not to ask for housekeeping services. Then at around 5:45 om they called us to make sure if we do not need anything else. 3. Love the toiletries, they use paraben and silicone free products so I no longer need to bring my own (which I usually do since sometimes hotel toiletries are too harsh and too heavily scented). 4. We booked the lowest tier room (studio deluxe) which has a water dispenser and a microwave aside from the usual hotel room amenities. We particularly loved the microwave because the nearby Golden Bay Seafood restaurant has large servings hence we just brought our leftovers to the hotel to be reheated on our next meal. 5. Food is good, we loved their seafood Aglio Olio which was savory with a slight kick. Breakfast buffet also has a nice variety with generally good food. 6. Reasonable room rates at around 4,000 PHP a night.

When you drive from the airport to the hotel (20-30 minutes by taxi) you won't expect to find a hotel like this. Once through the entrance you end up in a quiet, lush garden with beautiful classic building. We stayed in the owner's suite, a nice room with a living area and a separate bedroom. This room comes with an amazing and spacious balcony overlooking the garden. The hotel and the room was very nice and the staff was friendly. The food in the restaurant is good, however, the included breakfast was not what I expect from a hotel like this. They only offered us three choices: savory, light or a sweet breakfast and you were only allowed to choose one drink... I understand you don't want to waste food by offering a breakfast buffet (it's also not the type of hotel for a breakfast buffet) but to let me make my own selection, without paying extra, would have made this a nicer experience.

If you're looking for a room that has a little bit of everything, then this is it! The condo is situated close to Mall of Asia, a 5-10 minute walk. The condo itself has a hot water shower, washing machine, microwave and electric stove, fridge and freezer and a smart TV. There is a double bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room, I would say this unit is good for a maximum of 3 people. The property also has 5 swimming pools that can be used at a rate of 150 pesos per person per day, just contact the host for the day pass. The unit was clean and tidy and clean towels were provided along with shampoo and soap. The building also has various stores and restaurants located on the ground floor. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to check in one hour earlier than the scheduled check in time. She was very responsive to messages via WhatsApp, and even messaged a few times to see how we were enjoying our stay. The hot water kettle did not work upon arrival, and this was replaced within 10 minutes of me messaging the host. Last but not least, I found the cost to be fair considering the location. I highly recommend this little gem!

This is superlatively beautiful and new hotel ,from the accessibility and proximity to the airport to Mall of Asia . Every penny is worth spending for . They have accommodating ,fast front desk personnel .Room food service from the cafe are great .Kudos to them from cleaning the room everyday .My husband also cleaned the inside but the personnel and utility folks are awesome . We will stay here next month .

Seda Manila Bay really exceeded my expectations. As a former hotelier from a Forbes 5 star hotel in PH, I must say they have the best staff. Last nov 4, my son celebrated his bday at Seda Manila Bay and they even gave us a complimentary cake.(Kudos to In-room dining team!) Bellman Ivan assisted us I commend him for being so nice and proactive. Last dec 25-26 we also stayed at Seda ManilaBay and Bellman Ivan recognized me and he helped us with our luggages. Pagbaba ko palang ng car he greeted me ”ma'am welcome back!” with a huge smile on his face. l also commend FO Jerlyn for being so nice and helpful. She offered late check-out for one of our room since the key was given to us medyo late na like around 4pm already. She's so nice to the point na parang we're already friends for a long time.I also commend the bellman who assisted us upon check-in and check-out (i forgot his name) we had a small talk about hotelier life and for using his phone(viber) for work instead of radio and about tips haha! I commend the FO/Bellman team for giving us the best hotel experience and giving us a five star service!

The hotel faces the sea and is cost-effective. It is very quiet and hygienic. It has Chinese and English services. There is a coffee restaurant, swimming pool and gym on the eighth floor. Next to it is 0kada Resort and Asia's largest shopping mall SM.

We recently stayed at Azure Urban Resort - Santorini Unit 424, and it truly provided the best accommodation. The heightened security measures made us feel safe throughout our stay. I was looking for a place near SMDC Festival Grounds and this is the closest place that I have found with free parking. The place is very accessible both for commuters and private vehicles. A lot of restaurants are nearby, the place itself has a convenience store on the ground. The entrance for residents and guests are separate which gives the residents their privacy. For the guests, there is a designated lobby. There is only one elevator so we made sure to come down early so that we won't be late for the concert. Solemare is just walking distance from SMDC Festival Grounds so after attending a concert, you won't have to think about how are you gonna get home. The room is very cozy with a beautiful view on the balcony. Toiletries are also provided, wifi is also good, there is a small study table, mini-ref, electric stove and kettle. More of the basic things that you will need as you stay. Their pool is open as early as 6AM however the water is really cold during this time. Really had a good time staying here and will definitely go back here!

This condominium style accommodation is excellent. The apartment has all the necessary amenities for a short or extended stay, and addionally, it has fast and free wifi, a kitchen that is stocked with all the utensils to feel like a home . The entertainment centre in the room has an XBox to see your favourite movie or play your favourite games. The bathroom is larger than normal with a clothes washing machine included, and the bedroom is the most comfortable i have had. I recommend this accommodation with a view to use it on my next visit to Manila.

Very helpful had a late check out and I only had to pay 100 pesos an hour and they were very understanding. All cool.

I recently stayed at the Ramada Encore Makati, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. The hotel is very accommodating and the staff are kind Amenities are superb and the room is spacious and clean. Appreciate the effort of one of the guest services named Jena who assisted us to access the pool since it was closed due to bad weather. The overall experience is fantastic and awesome. However, given its 5-star rating, the amenities offered were not particularly impressive for the price point and felt rather basic. On a positive note, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. One area for improvement would be the corridor lighting on the floor I stayed on, which was dim and could benefit from replacements to enhance the ambiance.

Except for the hotel transfer which was a catastrophe, we can recommend this hotel. We were staying in a room with a separate bed and living room. We almost did not go outside for lunch and dinner. Mistro on the 35th floor offered superb views and nice dishes except few we did not really like (maybe different taste). The staff, starting from cleaning ladies to the waitresses and managers are friendly and really caring about their services. We can recommend this hotel compared to Hilton where we had bad experiences and Seda Residence is offering more value than Hilton.

Sitting in the lobby of this hotel felt like watching a movie, as I observed people coming and going from the elevator. The location is fantastic—close to a variety of restaurants and shopping malls. Excellent hotel in a great location near many restaurants, malls, bars, etc.. Walking distance to all. Very clean room and ice cold Aircon. Wi-Fi was fast and bed was comfy with plenty of pillows. Front staff and door staff was super nice always welcoming. Ritz and Aubrey were real gems and made me feel welcomed. All the door guys were also very friendly. Pool was nice upstairs on rooftop and the food looked good but I didn't try. Shower in room was good however, since there is no door some of the water tends to seep out onto the bathroom floor which will soak your floor towel. Wish they could fix that issue with something as the design on that although modern just doesn't work to well in this case. Aside from that I had an excellent stay and will be happy to go back on my next visit! Book without hesitation!!

I booked Super Deluxe Queen Room or something, it’s a standard sized Queen bedroom with ensuite. Clean and new looking. No complaints. Pretty good view as well. The minibar was super cheap, which is a first for this traveller. Big enough for some extras too. The pool area was a nice place to hang out, with pool loungers and seperate smoking area. The poolside service for drinks etc was super slow so we didn’t order much. Swimming was but more challenging, the water was basically all chlorine and your eyes started burning the first time you stuck your head under the water. Wifi was good most of the time, but it and the TV went out on our last night when I was trying to rest up for my long flight the nest day. The hotel staff were in no rush to fix it. Either an effective way of ensuring your guests don’t hang out in their room prior to check in, or just too hard. The breakfast buffet was pleasant, I mostly had eggs, bacon, fruit, juice, and coffee. The omlette chef knew his stuff and the staff was discrete and polite. Nice place to be. Lots of variety for the hungrier among you, I had less and less each day after over eating the first time. The hotel restaurant was a saviour after a couple of heavy tourist days, but not really a restaurant, more a small bar with a long list of options. Service was slow and they seemed to have a vague idea of restaurant etiquette. Everything arrived at once, except the salad, which was large for one person, but small for more. They appeared to want to silver service it between us, and a bit offended when I ate it myself from the bowl. Once again, it wasn’t that big. Various attractive booths had the head rests dropped to make sitting there unappealing, I had fun not lifting them up but sliding in with them still down. The food, when it came was very nice for me, but my girlfriend did not like any of her dishes and I stuck to the things that worked for me the first time. The streets outside had a lot of eating options within walking distance and Grab delivers. The front counter staff helped me out of a couple of tricky situations, and were very polite to a confused, tired, first time in the Phillipines traveller. I am in pain all the time and partially disabled, the hotel was very easy to get around once you are inside. As is your access to taxis etc outside. Like everywhere in Manila the streets can be somewhat more treacherous. All in all a pleasant stay, not great, but you could do a lot worse.
