We had a great three night stay at the Eva Senses. We booked a double room overlooking the marina with wonderful views across the city and the coastal marshes. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Reception staff were friendly and professional and responded very quickly to any queries. Breakfasts were excellent with a great range of hot or cold options and the added bonus of a live pianist. Excellent location close to restaurants and bars and just 100 metres from the bus station with a frequent service to the airport for €2.80. It wasn't quite warm enough in January to use the rooftop pool but it would be lovely up there later in the year. A great place to stay for couples or maybe a group of friends.

I enjoyed a fabulous stay here in Travira. The staff were always smiling, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and even included champagne. Rooms were quiet and very comfortable. The location was excellent in spite of having an uphill walk from the town. I would definitely stay here again

We came to this large hotel on recommendation. We were greeted somewhat cautiously at reception. We just wanted to deposit our suitcases and were immediately offered an early check-in for a fee. The room was large and clean. We were greeted very warmly at breakfast with a wonderful smile. It was very tasty with plenty of choice. The restaurants serve very good food. The spacious building offers plenty of opportunity to linger, read, work, etc. It is definitely recommended.

The hotel is a beautiful one, no doubt about it, but there are a few things that I wasn't happy with. It is like most things you need to pay for. Needed to iron my clothes, I was told that I needed to pay for the service due to safety issues. Will get my stuff in 48 hours. If I wanted it earlier, I had to pay more. To get to the beach, I was i formed that I need to pay for a ferry to get me across... all this should have been said before a persons book. The hotel is a secluded, nice area. In order to navigate a taxi is a must unless one wants to walk for 30 minutes in the scrotching sun to catch the train or bus. Uber service is better than the taxi you would get from the airport as it is costly. The food was good, in terms of variety ilI would say no, but it terms of taste yes great. Kudos to the chef. Staff are very helpful and understanding. Some drinks, however, are watered down. I love pina Colada, but wow, i had no clue what I got there. Apart from that, I had a lovely stay, entertainment, the rooftop, top superb ( was there every evening).

Quiet hotel, 2 minutes from the airport, about 15 minutes from the city center. Spacious room, with a very spacious bathroom too. The only drawbacks regarding the room are the size of the TV (32”, very small) and the fact that the bathroom has a bathtub and not a shower, but in the latter case it is more of a personal taste than anything else.

The sauna door was broken. The engineer/technician went to the location just to take a look and they didn't fix it during my entire stay. The Jacuzzi was ok. The steam room was ok. The pool was very good. I called the reception desk several times to get information about the hotel but no one answered. I went in person and when I got to the entrance the assistant told me that the reception desk was full of customers to serve and that's why the calls weren't being answered.

The only funny thing is that we booked a double bed room, which is normal for two people, but the hotel said we had to pay extra because we booked for one person. In the end, we were cheated of 50 euros. Although breakfast was provided, I still felt uncomfortable. We booked a room, not a bed, so what is the difference between staying for one person and staying for two people? In addition, the breakfast was perfunctory, and there was basically nothing to eat.

I went alone but never bored. I had a late check in and everything was spot on. I communicated with the hotel about my flight change and quick response they booked me a taxi which was there waiting at weeee hours of the morning. The cleanliness was %100 rooms clean I cannot fault. I enjoyed the bus ride, the Uber was ok. The area was quiet if anyone looking for closeness but the taxi price was good. There was so much to do. My last day went to the spa over by the aqua park OMG it was rejuvenating only thing was you have to pay with a discount if you are staying at the hotel., for 2 hours 25 euros I think it can be a little cheaper for hotel guest. But I am not one to complain it is a kids friendly hotel so expect to hear kids running around planning to bring my grandkids next time, I know they will enjoy it. Breakfast was ok, ate outside for dinner there is so much place to choose from. Just a Uber ride away. A big shout out to Bruno very good cocktail and he gave me tips of places to eat out side. Good service and elegant and recent room. Little reproaches: no gross mirror in the bathroom, nor a available bathroom shirt. Correct breakfast. You are 10 minutes walk from the beach. If not, a vehicle is essential to move because the area is very quiet.

Fantastic service and location, we arrive early and the hotel let us check in early, buffet breakfast very nice and all reception staff very friendly and helpful , will come back again.

Staff very friendly and informative, clean and quiet, beautiful view, and was the highlight of the holiday. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody wishing to staying in Faro.

The apartment is easy to find, the environment is quite good, the room is large enough, the facilities are complete, the sanitary conditions are very good, and glass bottles of water and fruits are provided. Overall very satisfied. The only slightly inconvenient thing is that we need to call the store in advance to get the password to enter the apartment and room. Maybe it's because we arrived a little late.

Clean and modern building. This apartment has a great lobby and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The units are also extremely clean and have a lot of closet space. The beach, restaurants and shopping center were all within a 10 minute walk from our apartment. I highly recommend it. Just remember you don’t have the view of the ocean, but as I said the water is just around the corner from the building.

Once called the Alvor Luna Bay when bedrooms seemed larger!!! Renamed and reshaped. Swishly refurbed as new. Now the main problem is the lack of storage in what seem smaller bedrooms despite voluminous balconies. Simply, storage is inadequate for two guests for longer than a week, maximum. Let me describe............ a small [4feet tall?] open metal wardrobe rail with five fixed point clothes hangers. Four or five open shelves beside this rail., one occupied by the rooms safe. In all other respects its fine. The staff good and plentiful and helpful. The location the best in town!

This hotel is very recent. Beautiful, elegant and well-equipped in terms of services. What doesn't strike us as normal, however, is the lack of little touches for a hotel in this category. No shampoo, no q-tips, just the same gel for washing hands and in the shower. No shower cap. An empty fridge bar. We appreciate the coffee machine and the bottle of water, but one normal coffee capsule and 3 decaffeinated coffee capsules... not logical... We asked for a room with a bath when we booked (we were ”upgraded” without any request on our part, on a ”marina” view, but with a shower. As we are not very nice customers, we didn't say anything. The bedding is good. The pillows are quite thick, which can be uncomfortable for people with sensitive necks. 3 cushions are available, but they are all very dense. The road is very noisy, subject to a few car rodeos at night. I've heard that the rooftop is noisy in November, but fortunately this is not the case. The staff are friendly and respond to requests. The breakfast buffet is very comprehensive, but for the evening menu, this type of buffet seems less attractive, but will surely please some people. The spa is very good, at 12.5 euros for one hour (equipped swimming pool, sauna, hammam, etc.). There is a car park at the hotel for 6 euros a night, but free parking is available 200m from the hotel by the beach. All in all, then, this is a fine hotel with a lot of potential, but some details clearly need to be reviewed to make it really nice.

We had a very nice stay. The choice at breakfast was great and it was very delicious. Rooms were very spacious and clean.

A truly great experience!! Room was comfortable and housekeeping excellent. Well placed with a view of the Marina. The highlight of each morning of my 5 night stay was the Breakfast. Fantastic choice and everything well cooked and presented. The staff, particularly the trainees, were always friendly and obliging. I couldn't fault anything about the Breakfast at all. The situation of the Hotel was ideal for me but might not suit everyone as it was sited out of the Town. A beautiful beach was adjacent to the Hotel and even out of season there were a variety of Restaurants nearby. All staff, the Receptionists, Restaurant staff and Housekeeping were outstanding, always greeted me with a smile and very helpful.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean, with spacious rooms. We were on the first floor, so we had a partial sea view, but not a clear horizon. However, the staff is pleasant and the service impeccable. Very good stay!

The swimming pool near the sea is a paradise.

Beautiful property right on Praia da Rocha. Excellent service at check-in, was given a quick tour of the lobby and room by a wonderful gentleman. Beautiful and tidy room, stunning view from balcony, though the small bathroom window opens into the corridor and at times there is an unpleasant odour from a pipe in the toilet. Breakfast was adequate and delicious, staff were helpful and nice. Overall a great place to stay!

Very good hotel. Very secluded, ideal for those seeking some peace. Nice area, great pool and well-kept golf course. Large, modern rooms with balcony / terrace. Worthwhile evening buffet. Enjoyed the time there.

It was a surprise to find Tavira one of the best hotels I've visited in my life. Location my beautiful with a boat that brings you to the beach every hour, the rooms are of good size and clean, the large pool with air-conditioned water or the pool with spa covered. It ends with a good buffet or card restaurant. With this money I didn't think I could find all this, it gives almost 5 stars

A few things let this place down. Room is a good size with fridge, balcony and bath, but also broken fittings and plastic mattress protectors that rustle. You have to book the spa (can usually do that for immediate use tho!) and women have to buy a swim cap for the pool (none of this is written down or explained anywhere, despite reception saying they did when I suggested they put this info in the room). Inside pool, 'jazzui' and 'turkish bath' (steam room) are included for guests. Breakfast had plenty of choice but only the fresh orange juice stood out - very average ingredients all round. Much cheaper to stay in Monte Gordo for the same facilities.
