This is not a hotel , Like a apartment type . if you bokked over 2 Days hou clean yourself room , No anyone to serve . Also the elevator entry need card , They give only one card . The view and the pool is reall nice. when you booked a hotel , Building A swimming pool is sky pool and building B poll is middle pool

Cleanliness: 5/5. The room and linen was clean to a high standard. The only negative remark is that the fridge smelled of the previous guests food. Location: 4/5. The location was practical for what I was looking for but it is a fair walk from both beaches. You can catch the pickup bus to both from the street outside the hotel. Service: 4/5. The staff were friendly when we interacted with them. Amenities: 4/5. They provided basic amenities like shampoo, shower gel and cotton buds but not extra things like toothbrushes and toothpaste. Note: The room was not particularly soundproof and we could hear guests talking and walking past outside our room.

The hostess (Gina Lee) of The Base Central Pattaya was very responsive in text and voice communication. She was kind, very helpful and provided me with a lot of travel and check-in information. The check-in process was seamless and she made effort to let me check-in earlier than usual. The unit was clean and convenient for everything. There were enough amenities included in the unit. The roof-top swimming pool was very nice. We had a pleasant four-days stay. I will definitely book this place again and recommend to others.

A wonderful room, which was made with soul and attention to detail, with very friendly and good staff. Excellent view of night Pattaya and sunrise. We really enjoyed sleeping with the windows open to the sound of the sea and the sea breeze. When there is no wind, beware of mosquitoes. On the second night of stay, I was badly bitten. Recommendation for the owner: add mosquito repellent to the room and make several breakfast options to choose from (possibly a breakfast option with salad and fruit). Thank you very much for the wonderful days spent in this hotel! If there is an opportunity, we will definitely come back to you!

The room size is not too big but not too small for two. The decolation & the location is the best. There are beautiful swimming pool on the top floor 59th, fl. 40th, fl. 30th and the ground fl. of the condominium. You can enjoy the ocean view from the room at the 11th fl. There is a night market just right next to the condomenium. One thing you need to know if you drive a car and need parking. There is no car entrance from the beach front road (Jomtien first Rd.), you have to use the main condo entrance from Jomtiem Second Road. I called the owner when arrived the condo sale office. One of his friend showed us the room and give a key card. The room is new and just clean but I found an opened water cap and a fruit bit left under the table which was unexpected for us. The bed is comfy, the bathroom and the aircon is great It is easy to find variety of street food at the night market just next to the condo and the beach is just a few walk from the beach front entrance, very convience. This room in the condo is worth for money.

About a week before the trip, I called the hotel to ask about an extra bed and was told that I could request and pay for it at reception upon check-in. However, when I checked in, the staff informed me that no additional beds were available due to a wedding event at the hotel. All they said was that I should have called again a day before my stay. This made no sense, and they offered no solution—not even an apology. I didn’t even hear a simple ‘sorry’ from them.

We had a wonderful time staying here! The hotel has a fantastic water park, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. It’s very family-friendly, and the staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. The location is great, just a short distance from Terminal 21 Mall, which is one of my favorite places to visit. The hotel is also very clean. Highly recommend!

Beston is one cosy 3-4 stars hotel. It is conveniently located in South Pattaya where you can just easily walk to many well-known attractions like Walking Street, Ripley's, beach road and etc. It's a newly renovated hotel with proper & basic amenities such as swimming pool, pool bar, restaurant and so on. Rooms are not too small with good bathrooms and comfy bedding. Highly recommended if you like the accommodation like the Ibis type. Prices may be slightly high on the weekend, but overall, it's affordable and worthwhile in comparison to the same category of hotels.

Take some rest here for a night, I can not confident to recommend here for few night just a night is enough. Hotel lobby is really nice. Good staff . The pool provided 2 side big one on front side and behind for a kids pool. My room had some smelly. But not much. 4.5/5 for me.
