We had an amazing stay at this hotel ! Highly recommend, the location is incredible with a direct access to the beach. The staff is very helpful and provides a lot of amenities.
An incredible stay at Mira Montra from start to finish. We were so impressed by the service, including pick up from the boat (which we didn't even explain when we were due to arrive), the free kayaks/paddle boards, the complimentary afternoon tea, quality of the rooms and the caring nature of the staff. They helped to arrange and drop us off at our next boat, which made it much less stressful.
We really enjoyed the breakfast. The view was to die for, and the resort itself was a close bike ride to the other bars/restaurants. We can not comment about the lunch or dinner in the hotel as we ate elsewhere and also rented a bike from down the road.
I'm so glad we made this trip and chose to stay here. I would definitely recommend!

Clean room with reliable wifi. Staff is very friendly. There was a fire show on the night we stayed (not everyday, suggest to check the schedule with the staff). Good location. There are lots of restaurant and mart near by.

Great hotel price wise. Big swimming pool with nice slides. Nice private beach feeling. The breakfast is normal. The room is big with a very big balcony including seating. The only minus is the small bathroom. But the shower area is good with hot and good pressure water. Friendly staff, food and drinks are fair and no ++. We will come back.

Very good , good big room , lots of things to do , great price at time of booking considering what has to offer compared to other places in the area , good breakfast not the best I save that for star convention in rayong ..
Overall considering we on am island at the mercy of controlled prices was as a fair deal , stay again in a couple of days ..
Great hotel, beautiful beaches, amazing and friendly staff… rooms are very comfortable, and quite large…
It’s a very secluded location, not much else to do but relax.
Went there for two nights, short trip from Koh Chang to Koh Mak. Hotel staff is extra friendly. Very clean! Breakfast is limited choice and need to order (no buffet), but enough for a short stay. Pool is great and especially because it’s view! Beach is a few minutes walk away, but you can borrow a scooter from the hotel. Thumbs up, I’d come again for short stays...
Starting with the positives, Tolani resort has really friendly staff who bent over backwards to make your stay pleasant. It also has beautiful rooms our bungalow was clean and comfortable with good aircon and a very comfortable bed. It gave a feeling of luxury though the water pressure in the shower was really bad. It’s outside of the rooms that this resort falls flat.
Tolani is positioning itself as a luxury resort and with a high price point to match but for the money it doesn’t deliver. The resort is supposedly on the beach but in reality the beach is not easily accessible from the resort. You can climb over rocks and swim over to the beach but it’s not easy. This means you will not have any sun loungers on the beach which can be an issue as the pool area is very small with only a handful of beds there. It’s also what you want from a beach front resort.
The food at the resort including breakfast is very poor but very expensive. Thankfully there are great restaurants nearby but we didn’t have a single good meal here. Drinks and food are massively overpriced for the island too.
We also had a poor experience at checkout. We had given our scooter back to the hire place but needed to head to the shops and so my wife asked if it was possible to get a taxi. A kind member of staff offered to run her up the road quickly in their car which we assumed was just a kind gesture. On checkout they charged us 15 euros for this trip. That’s an outrageous price for a 5 minute ride down the road but it also wasn’t communicated to us that we would be charged at the time as we wouldn’t have agreed. When we challenged this they told us we had to pay. It left a really bad taste in the mouth and it showcased this place is mainly looking to make money off its guests and not about creating a good experience.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here because there are better resorts for the price point and the food and facilities are both sorely lacking. The lovely staff are not enough to save the price gouging happening here.

We stayed with my husband in this beautiful hotel for a week in December 2023. To be honest, a week was not enough for us. We liked everything: the hotel staff, the excellent beach, the cleanliness of the hotel, the location of the hotel (there are cafes and shops nearby), the breakfasts are varied and very tasty. At breakfast, if desired, you can eat soup. Many thanks to the chef and all the staff of the hotel for making your stay at the hotel unforgettable!

MMinaThe hotel might be a bit old and the location might not be a plus point but the services and facilities that have been provided are excellent. At the hotel has swimming pool, pool bar, basketball machine, table tennis, kayak and paddle board. There is buggy service which really makes our stay are super convenient. To go outside, they also have the accommodated shuttle bus but since we drove there so we haven't had chance to use their transportation much. Our family was having such a great time there. The owner and his staff are very caring and look after the guests very well. We surely stay in this hotel again if we have chance to visit Koh Chang again.
WWayneLAn enjoyable stay, young lady on reception changed rooms for me as bed was a bit hard, they have rooms with toppers on beds when requested. Room service was good and reasonably priced and a good selection of motorbikes for rent.
GGuest UserThe wCham’s house is a wonderful place , very well located on great beach …
But … the staff doesn’t speak very well English ( apart from the responsable persons in every service) .
But gettinginformation at the reception is very difficult and getting g the right info at the restaurant ( apart from the menu) is also not possible.
The management should really invest in English courses for their staff , as well as invest in the maintenance ( very , very poor) .
It looks like that after the pandemic, the owners of Cham’s house want to earn a maximum of money , without investing..
it’s a pity that this wonderful place is loosing it’s glamour ..
RRodgersHotel was lovely, right on the beach and could to the local shops.
We had a terrible issue with flies, and even though we ensured all the doors and windows remained closed, these tiny flies still appeared from the drains. We had to ask the staff to come every evening to help (which they did) but it wasn’t the best welcome back after a day out to have flies on all our personal belongings, especially when the main area was in the bathroom.
皮皮蛋_001The resort is nice and I got a great deal in the off-season, but there are a couple things to point out.
The room was quite clean, but the bathtub had quite a few long black hairs in it, which were very visible so I'm not sure how they were missed.
The resort sits on white sands beach, and the beach is great, but all bars near the resort are ”girl bars” as some people euphemistically say. Other beaches on the island have fewer of these, they all seem to be concentrated on one strip by white sands beach.
I would stay here again as it was a great value, but I thought some potential guests might like to know these details.
RRonnie WayneMy friends stayed at the Shanta’s which is really nice. I spent the days at their hotel because the landscape and layout was far superior. Also the Shanta rooms overlook the water whereas paradise is like a travel lodge motel. I understand the Shantaa is more expensive but the paradise was designed not to look very nice. There is much landscaping and a very sterile environment. The rooms and facility need updating. The breakfast is very low quality even the bread and juices. The main courses were maybe a 2 to 3 out of 5.
The service was fine in the lobby and housekeeping was ample. They did not replace my coffee and the shower gel was broken and I left it by the sink thinking they would repair it but they did not.
If you want to be near the beach and do not mind staying in average rooms with no view, this is the place. I was unable to find another reasonable priced hotel with good ratings on trip. The trip rating system is flawed since my service was fine and they do have amenities.
