We requested no cleaning during our stay, only towels and refills of mineral water, but the front desk staff told us to buy them at the supermarket, stating that they only provided one free bottle of mineral water regardless of the number of nights we stayed. They promised to change the towels, but they didn't. The front desk staff were very reserved; I couldn't tell if it was because we were Chinese, or if they were simply suffering from the aftereffects of the war, but they were often silent and distant.
