The place is located in the center of Brasilia. It is opposite the shopping mall. It is relatively convenient. The hotel is clean and the service attitude is good. It is very welcoming. If you look very much in bed, during the night, as is my case, you will wake up without a bed linen, which was what happened to me. - You have only 1 tray in each bed and you have no other in the closet. - Full of mosquito in the room. - The remote control of air conditioning is GENÉRIC, i.e. you don't know if what has tightened to happen in the air conditioning device will work. You need to stay waiting for the air to react to your command. - Wi-fi super weak. Even when you are connected, the pages do not load. - If someone passs through the corridor speaking something, you listen to everything inside the room. - No room service at night and in the morning. The pool is nice and it is next to a small gym that can help if you don't want to loose track of your training while away from home. There is also a sauna. I was there for business and the meetings included the hotel lunch which was a buffet, it had food for every taste and was as good as breakfast. Rooms are very confortable and location is great, just walking distance from a mall and food court, also near fogo do chao if you want to eat nice meat.

Luckily Thayssa from the front desk made that happen and I had just to pay a breakfast fee. Plus she was so nice to get me a room upgrade so I got a room with a nice and cozy bathtub. Breakfast is really good and Antonio, restaurant manager, is always available to make sure you get everything you need (I recommend the omelette and the nespresso which is free in the breakfast). The room is really good, nice bed, and strong shower. AC is built in so sometimes I had a hard time to control the temperature during the night (too cold from time to time). Hotel amenities are also really good. Nice swimming pool, gym fits the purpose for an aerobic exercise (life fitness treadmills) and a roomy lobby. Employees are always nice and really try to do the needful to help you. Hotel location is central in Brasilia. Just 15 minutes from the international airport and 2 minutes walking from a Shopping Center where you can have lunch for example at Outback Steakhouse. In a nutshell, Windsor Brasilia has the best benefit-cost ratio in town.

But, the guy who carries the bags is super careless, he dropped mine on the floor and in the elevator corridor and then he put everything running in the elevator for me to go up and on the floor again. Hotel bem localizado no setor hoteleiro de Taguatinga/DF. Os arredores do hotel parecem ser um local perigoso para se andar a pé. A cerca de 10 minutos de carro você chega em um excelente Shopping Center do DF, com excelente praça de alimentação e tudo mais que você possa precisar. No hotel os quartos são amplos, com camas que deixam a desejar por serem muito macias. Possui frigobar, internet, smart tv. Chuveiro bom do tipo ducha. Estacionamento na frente do hotel e garagem grátis no sub-solo. A garagem é bastante apertada, sempre cheia, e com um único acesso que serve ao mesmo tempo de entrada/saída. Café da manhã bastante simples - uma das maiores reclamações do hotel.

Fui a trabalho e é a segunda vez que fico nesse hotel, quarto aconchegante, tudo cheiroso e sem contar o atendimento e cuidado dos colaboradores, faço menção do GERSON, pensa em uma pessoa maravilhosa, atendimento que te faz se sentir em casa. Vale a pena se hospedar neste hotel, muito bom.
