There was a slight issue during check-in regarding my booking. I had booked a room with breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child, but the front counter mentioned that their system only showed breakfast for 2 adults. After I showed them the details from my Trip.com booking, they still needed some time to recheck before finally confirming it. It was a bit troublesome, but thankfully the matter was resolved. On the positive side, the room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. TV channel options were rather limited, though. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hotel’s flexibility in allowing us a late check-out after afternoon prayer without any hassle or unnecessary questions, which we truly appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly come again in the future.

The location was great. If you’ve already enjoyed plenty of time on the beach, this hotel is a nice next choice. It’s close to the beautiful Dataran Lang, less than 3 km away. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast, and just around the corner you’ll find a laundry service and a traditional Nasi Lemak restaurant, which is very convenient.

The bed was very cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was the infinity pool, which overlooked the ocean and created a breathtaking atmosphere, especially during sunset. I spent hours there just relaxing and enjoying the scenic beauty. The resort also had a variety of dining options, and the food was delicious, offering both local Malaysian flavors and international cuisine. Every meal felt special, with fresh ingredients and great presentation. Another thing I appreciated was the peaceful environment of the resort. It was not overly crowded, which allowed me to enjoy quiet moments and truly unwind. The location was also convenient for visiting nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the island while still having a calm place to return to. Overall, my stay at Resorts World Langkawi was an unforgettable experience filled with comfort, relaxation, and beautiful memories. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and enjoyable getaway.

Had a pleasant stay at Swiss Avenue Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and strategically located with easy access to shops around Sungai Petani. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were helpful and provided smooth check-in and check-out service. The overall atmosphere was calm and suitable for both business trips and short family getaways. Great value for money and definitely a recommended place to stay in Sungai Petani.

I claimed trip point and just pay only rm100 for standard room. It comes with breakfast for 2 pax. Cheap. Near to everything including Mixue. valet park only rm32. Recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stayed here with my family and overall we had a pleasant stay. The resort grounds are beautiful, spacious and full of greenery, giving a relaxing kampung-style tropical vibe. The beach is just a short walk away and the sunset view was amazing. The swimming pool was one of our kids' favourite spots. Staff were generally friendly and check-in was smooth. The room was comfortable and suitable for families. However, we experienced an issue during our stay where several family members developed itchy rashes/insect bites. We are not completely certain of the source, but it affected our overall experience and caused some concern, especially with young children. Despite that, the resort itself is beautiful, family-friendly and located in a great area near Pantai Cenang. Hopefully the resort can look into this matter to ensure future guests have a more comfortable stay.

This new hotel is in the technical opening phase. Taxi drivers and Grab don't know about it, so make sure you get dropped off at this location. The staff is very responsive and ready to help with any questions. The hotel has a gym and laundry facilities, which is very convenient. Laundry detergent is available at reception. Cleaning service is available upon request. Awesome infinity pool on the roof. The hotel is located in the city, and getting anywhere without transportation will be difficult. Rent a car, then you can easily get to any attraction.

You can also order food to be delivered poolside. The changing rooms are very large. 10. **Shuttle Service:** Free scheduled shuttle bus service to the night market and Eagle Square. 11. **Luggage Storage:** Luggage storage is available. 12. **Nearby Dining:** There's a restaurant with a pool next door, which has a nice ambiance. Across the road, there's a Thai restaurant run by Chinese owners, offering good value for money. Areas for Improvement: 1. **Condition:** The corridors and rooms are a bit dated. 2. **Air Conditioning:** Some rooms have central AC, others have wall-mounted units. In some cases, the wall-mounted units didn't blow air, and we had to clean the filters ourselves, which were very dirty. 3. **Bathroom:** The bathroom lacks a modern feel. 4. **Breakfast Quality:** The breakfast quality isn't very high and also feels dated.

My wife and I recently stayed here and overall, we had an enjoyable experience. The room was reasonably priced and offered good value for money. We especially liked the cozy atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking right in front of the room made our stay even more comfortable. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The air conditioning was directed straight towards the bed, which made it quite cold during the night. Basic amenities like a toothbrush were not provided, so it’s better to bring your own. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was a bit slow. Despite these minor issues, we still had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back again.

The location was great and the staff were Friendly. However, service was quite slow for food and drinks. The beach wasn't ranked or cleaned regularly and there were often cups and stuff like empty coconuts left from the previous night when we would go to the beach in the morning (like 10am so not insanely early). The room was nice but dated and the regular cleaning staff did well, but it needed a deep clean.
