My time there was limited but they stuck me on 2 nd floor, it was a overnight room & not looked after, no maintenance done to this room, so l asked for better accommodation which they then gave me a room on 5th floor which was 10 times better, road traffic was a bit much with loud exhaust or no exhaust on cars & motor bikes

Really impress on cleaness hotel has, eco-friendly, can required amenties on hotel application. Located near Nimman soi6, can walk but quite far. The view is fantastic. ALSO, I had request some special for my partners birthday, hotel give me some surprise with chocolate (yummy) brownie 🥹

Room is very spacious considering it’s a budget hotel. Very close to airport so that’s convenient. Not many eateries around. No stairs so please take note if you have heavy luggage.

Very helpful and polite staff. Great tour packages. Firm beds. Great food. Good location. Lots of bars and restaurants. Currency exchange nearby. Market nearby. Only downside is the lingering sewage smell just outside the hotel but they do their best to mask it so it doesn't affect the experience on the inside. I would recommend.

The accommodation is in a very good location, easy to travel, clean room, comfortable bed, no noise. We arrived almost midnight, the staff provided very good service. We stayed in room 215, near the elevator, on the corner of the building, no noise at all. There is a barbecue restaurant open until morning not far from the accommodation.

Located far out of the actual city centre of Chiang Mai but after some further exploring you will find a whole street with restaurants and coffee shops just behind the hotel. The rooms might need some renovations but the room size is great value for the price paid. A lot better than it seems on first impression. Recommend albeit some shortcomings.

Great services, clean, very comfortable beds. - Hot water did not work well. The temperature outside was 17°C. - the elevator parks in between the floors. We had to carry luggage either upstairs or downstairs. There was no ramp to roll luggage from the elevator to the room.

I personally didn't ask for housekeeping services during my 3-night stay, but they did place water outside the room every day. Great hotel, really enjoyed my stay here, the rooms are nice and the main courtyard hotel is well themed, Pool is nice (could do with more chairs) Beds are comfortable and the refillable water is cool. Clean and well looked after hotel. Only a few things to make the stay nicer - there's no tea or coffee in the room. Water was warm in the shower, not hot enough to have a bath (one of the reasons I booked is for the bath tub)

We had a pleasant and peaceful stay up in the mountains. The images of the room were accurate and the family suite was spacious enough for 4 adults. The owners were helpful and responsive, food is available all day (till 8pm) and they cook the best porridge for breakfast. Do note that even though the Google location of the homestay is correct, the route to reach there is incorrect. We were horribly misled by Google; thankfully, a friendly local eventually guided us to the place. Guests should WhatsApp the owners for guidance on how to get there.

What I like If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy a peaceful moment, this place is considered to be one of them. With full facilities served in the middle of the mountain, you can pretty much enjoy nature and feel comfortable at the same time. The breakfast was awesome for those who would like to try Asian food. Staff were friendly and helpful. More info about the location The hotel was not easy to access for the fortravelers who don't have cars because the place is on the mountain. However, you could try to ask the hotel for the service, if they have. What I think could be improved When I entered the room, there was no tissue in the toilet and no tea bag at the minibar. But maybe they have many customers to serve on that day.

This is a hidden gem, the roadtrip is fun and the place is amazing, the view is great. Staff are super friendly and the food is great!

We like the nature surrounding of the hotel. However, the cleanliness should be improved and some maintenance needs to be done. Overall, we still satisfied :)

Good location, the view from the room is very beautiful, if you come when there is a sea of ​​fog, it must be very romantic. The barbecue pork is good. The breakfast is arranged cutely, the taste is average. But I feel that the house is not very soundproof. The floor in the house feels sticky when walking. I'm not sure if it's from the floor cleaner or the oil from the previous barbecue pork that wasn't clean enough. A little annoying here, but there are slippers in the room, so we didn't call for extra cleaning. But the bed is very comfortable, soft, and comfortable to sleep in. I came here once in April and stayed for 2 days and fell in love with this hotel. This time it was my birthday and I wanted to stay for three nights, but ended up staying for five nights so everyone can know how much I like this place. Hello in the morning I took a walk in the afternoon and enjoyed the hot springs in the evening. My mind was really calm and my life was very relaxing. Love this hotel, new, clean, medium sized hotel. 3 of us stayed in a good size double story room! It’s only 5-10 mins drive from the city and they offer a great spread for hotel breakfast & my favourite is the mini cafe which they open every morning, even if it’s just to serve 2-3 guests with latte or americano coffee options. Must say they really put heart into the work they do. Every single staff there works hand in hand to provide great service. Will be back!

This hotel is very comfortable and quiet. The food in the restaurant is good. It's a little expensive, but it's far away from the city. It's great to eat some. The food in the kitchen is delicious. The price is very high, and its swimming pool is very big. If you like outdoor sports, you can choose this hotel. If you don't have transportation, don't choose this hotel

We absolutely loved our stay at Veranda High Resort Chiang Mai. The hotel is about a 30-min drive from Chiang Mai, nestled into a beautiful countryside with rolling hills. We booked the valley deluxe scenery room on the ground floor, which has a calming view of trees and mountains. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with everything you need; the bed is huge. The infinity pool overlooks a mountain with a white temple (worth a visit!). Food (Western and Thai) is delicious and reasonably priced. But what stood out above everything was how friendly the staff is here. We felt really welcome and well looked after. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel is not far from the Chiang Mai city center. Just 30 mins or less by a car. The atmosphere in there is so refreshing, full of flowers and trees. There was a carnival buffet event on the date we stayed and it was so fun! The room itself is so cute and comfortable. We did a request of some rose petals on the bed and they did it perfectly (see pictures).

Great beach bungalow type of resort in between Hang Dong and the city, perfect if you have your own wheels. Walls seem thin but the street is quiet. No trouble sleeping. Everything is very neat and clean. Breakfast is the only downside. Cold eggs, cold ham and sausages, and only oranges for fruit during the 6 nights I spent there. But the rooms are great and the pool well maintained. Attached coffee shop is pleasant. Recommended but find breakfast elsewhere.

This resort is located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by green mountains and clear waters. You can hear birds singing in the early morning and fall asleep to the chirping of insects at night. As soon as you walk out of the room, you can see trees, flowers, and even a stream flowing by, as if you are in a paradise. When I got up in the morning, I met a little lion out for a walk. It was such a surprise! Facilities and Rooms The room is decorated mainly with logs and natural elements, which is simple yet warm. There are comfortable seats on the balcony where you can leisurely enjoy the natural scenery. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable, making you completely relaxed. Service and Experience The staff are warm and friendly, and the service is considerate. They are willing to help with many issues and make people feel at home. Overall Rating This is a truly relaxing, back-to-nature resort. If you are tired of the busy life in the city, this will be a good place to slow down and enjoy the tranquility. We have booked for 2 nights package- double room with Balcony. Hotel offered one way air port pickup service and driver arrived one time and picked us up from international airport, we were very happy with the service. Hotel also offered fruits and minibar on the first day we checked in, with fresh fruits and snacks, my kid love it. In addition, we also had tea set - 2 dishes of hot snacks and two smoothies, which was great for us who just come here to resort and have some quiet family time. We also booked for massage for two people, 1 time massage was included in the package and we paid for 2nd person. we choose ‘Thai massage’ to get a little strength massage, if you are beginner or 1st time trying massage in Thailand I recommend you to choose ‘Oil Massage’ for more gentle touch. Rooms was quite big/comfortable and swimming pool was good enough for kid to play their afternoon. Breakfast was good as well, especially their stir fried Cabbage, complimentary coffee at breakfast is really just okay, but you can get a handmade coffee from the bar at extra cost. Overall, except for a little older building/facility (typical Lana style), it was a good stay.

First of all, this is indeed a building with a beautiful appearance and well-preserved colonial style, but it really needs to be disenchanted! The location is very remote, 1 hour's drive from the city. There are no facilities nearby, but the hotel's catering is very poor. Among the 5 hotels I have stayed in in Chiang Mai, this one is the worst. The breakfast is hard to describe, the pastry is all limp, the juice has a rancid smell that has been stored for a long time, and the chicken porridge that is praised online is really salty. The only Western restaurant in the hotel is still beautifully decorated, but the food is really terrible! The meal costs 350+ RMB, the quality is worse than airplane food, and the pasta is worse than fast food. Fortunately, I ordered a takeaway kebab from a place near my house. It was cheap and delicious, so I could barely make it through dinner. I booked a basic room type. The interior is a bit basic but acceptable. But the hygienic condition is average, and I don’t want to dwell on the yellow stuff on the back of the pillow. The shower worked fine, but water leaked to the door. The sound insulation is also very poor. You can hear every movement in the old house very clearly. No wonder you have to sign an agreement when you move in.
