They give us welcome drink when we arrive to check in.
Great location, in front of the hotel there is night market, and walking only around 3 minutes you can find many restaurants, shops, clinics, etc.
Behind the hotel is the limestone mountain.
Big room with king size bed, they have swimming pool, spacious breakfast area and also delicious breakfast (no pork).
They provide swimming towel and beach towel which can be rented for free.
We order room service for dinner and really tasty : tom yum koong, chicken green curry, spicy fried chicken with cashew, 2 rice,1 fruit for 650baht.

I like this hotel very much! Especially bed very comfort! 7 eleven just near by, laundry service also near by. Walk out is ao nang beach already. WiFi in room faster, always prepare 4bottol mineral water for us.
Location - convenient and you can go around city center and shopping malls nearby in minutes
Room - clean, good maintenance and has basic amenities, but beware - water is not consistent, sometimes very high pressure, hot water was missing sometimes. Air conditioner is hot sometimes
Front Staff - a bit confused, kinda new staff? Working in confused manner and not in systematic ways, leave way too many customers waiting in line at the same time, not telling in advance that they want deposit cash money so it was a bit hassle to find cash at the moment.
Great place on beach, plunge pool villa was big large fridge and private, less than 100m from beach. Great breakfast, egg station, bacon. Beach bars had good prices and good food. Walk to road about 10mins, minimart on main road for beers, ice, snacks. Staff were great. We got an awesome off season price

A truly satisfying stay! The hotel is in a very strategic location – close to shops, halal eateries, and popular tourist attractions. It made getting around during our holiday super convenient.
Our original room was a pool access room, and it was amazing! Having direct access to the pool from our room gave us such a fun and unique experience. However, due to a minor technical issue, the hotel staff responded quickly and efficiently.
The maintenance team was very professional, and we really appreciated their prompt action. Without any extra charges, the reception team upgraded us to a penthouse suite – and it turned out to be the best room ever! Spacious, cozy, and with a breathtaking view.
Overall, the service was outstanding – from the maintenance crew, front desk, to the cleanliness of the room. We were truly impressed and will definitely return for our next vacation. Highly recommended!

The Hotel is very nice and clearly modern.
It should not say 4* because the service is not great and the breakfast is very small and not very good
The staff where not very helpful and did not change the bedding once when we stayed there for 7 days
The shuttle service to the beach was good when he decided to show up.
Altogether would say it’s not bad value but definitely not close to a 4 star hotel

Pros: We booked this hotel for my birthday and in general it was great. There’s a pool outside our room, big toilet/bathroom, a TV, a sofa & a comfortable bed with nice lighting as well as a working fridge & very good AC.
We also appreciated the personalised touch for the set-up as there’s a tote bag already with towels ready to be used if you want to go to the beach/pool, a safe, two robes & comfortable slippers, and the cute Bangka pillows. we also like the aesthetic design of the hotel. Contemporary with a sense of nature element. There’s also a gym, a restaurant, an area to rent motorbike & get tours. There’s a free shuttle to Ao Nang beach on scheduled times & driver was nice & always smiling. We love the rooftop pool! =)
Cons: A bit far from town centre, need to book a grab or take the shuttle just to get food. Hotel restaurant does not have a lot of options and closes early. No restaurants or attractions within 5-minute walking distance from hotel. The aesthetic hallway mini-pool on the ground floor was nice but smelly. Most staff don’t speak English & not everyone is accommodating or smiling. Also, you have to open the doors for you to get-inside, not automatic. Also, our room door needed fixing as it was difficult to close or open, only one room key card. Otherwise, all good! =)

A nice boutique hotel here along Ao Nang Beach, Krabi. The hotel is facing the Ao Nang Beach, and of course the view is awesome. Very close to nearby restaurants, and youre muslim travellers, there are restaurants just outside the hotel to feast on.
The hotel is great and we book a room facing the garden side. Basic amenities is given, but it is recommended for you to bring your own shower gels and shampoo.
There’s no iron provided in rooms, but they have a laudry room with ironing facilities on the ground floor. The breakfast is charged 250baht per person, but for us the spread is too basic, and you can opt to find other choices in the town.
The hotel is also very near to Ao Nang Landmark Night Market only 4 minutes of walking.
For us its a good deal to stay at this hotel and surely will come again (with bringing my own hairdryer, as i dont know whether its the hairdryer or the water quality, as my hair is fried and so coarse during the stay😅).

Nice hotel, Beautiful beach, delicious food, the staff does their job very well, everyone is very friendly. The area is beautiful, the environment and fauna are impressive. This place is worth visiting. Clean rooms, good cleaning. 3 great swimming pools and a large area. Also the restaurant has a beautiful view of the sea.
I would like to mention the work of Bell Man Chotipun R. He was always very helpful, smiling, a friendly guy. And guy Wichet, he kindly helped me after the boat, a lot of thanks for this. All the staff deserve respect and are very professional do there job
For new people, who don’t know the location of the hotel. I can advise to get to the hotel, especially if you have heavy luggages, it is better to join the shuttle boat which provide hotel. Or if you get there in the evening after 18:30, order a private boat from the hotel if you want to save time.
When I arrived, late in the evening, I was given a room with a not very good view, on the villas which are fenced off with black tape, and there were processing renovation. I request for a change of room, the staff at the reception kindly changed my room, and gave me a room with a really great view. Gratefull thanks.
Definitely I recommend visiting this hotel
A peaceful, quiet, and relaxing resort by Khlong Dao Beach. We liked that it is an adult only place, and the location was perfect for excursions to neighoring islands as it is very close to two piers. A day trip to Four Islands and Phi Phi is highly recommended, and the resort offers various activity options at reasonable prices. Although the breakfast menu was mainly Western (we hardly saw any Asians staying at this resort), the food was nice and we particularly liked that they had a cold room to keep dairy items, veges, and fruits fresh! If you wanted to spend more time in actual Krabi, this resort may not work for you as it is on Koh Lanta island which is about 150mins away from Krabi International Airport.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel is not brand new but it was good for us as a family. We had family room which is two connecting rooms offering significant space.
We spent most of the day on the beaches so used hotel to take shower and sleep.
We did not use the pool and aqua park so can’t say anything about that. We only had one breakfast in the hotel which I found quite expensive to the family.
GGuest UserGreat location where takes only few minutes to the beach.
Lots of service such as laundry and currency exchange, convenient stores are within 1 minute walk from the entrance.
Every room and every Villa is surrounded by green and bird's Singing.
The staff are nice and professional.
Also We like to have breakfast at the nearby waterfall and enjoy the sunshine through green.
I would like to recommend people to stay with pakasai resort if they plan a vacation in Krabi.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at what was advertised as a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was far from impressive. The lobby area looked pristine, and the hotel certainly took pride in its public spaces, but the room left much to be desired.
When we walked in, it was immediately apparent that the room was not cleaned thoroughly. It seemed like they cleaned around the room rather than doing a deep clean. There were dead bugs on the wall, which was pretty off-putting, and the hand-held bidet was in an unacceptable state. It wasn’t cleaned before we arrived, nor was it attended to during our stay. For a hotel that supposedly offers a high standard, these oversights were shocking.
Given the hefty price we paid—more than what I’ve spent at 5-star hotels—I expected far better. The room itself was disappointing and clearly not maintained to the standard one would expect from a hotel of this supposed calibre. For the money, this hotel did not deliver the quality it promised.
Adding to the disappointment, the breakfast experience was just as underwhelming as the room. The hotel proudly claims that their bakery items are baked in-house, even displaying this in the restaurant—but this couldn’t be further from the truth. There wasn’t a single trace of fresh bakery aroma, and the items served looked and tasted like they came straight out of a supermarket package.
The overall breakfast selection was poor, lacking variety and freshness. Despite having paid for it as part of our stay, we ended up choosing not to eat there after the first attempt. The tea was weak and flavorless, and the machine-made hot drinks were almost undrinkable.

It’s incredibly frustrating to pay premium prices, expecting 4-star quality, only to receive service and amenities that wouldn’t pass for a 3-star. This stay was a major letdown from start to finish.

AAJWent for anniversary, hotel was in prime location. Have been staying at Bluesotel everytime I visit krabi, the service seems to be going down slope and not feeling welcomed. Appreciate the staffs efforts for decoration and welcome gift and drinks. But could be more welcoming. Housekeeping is until 11pm, staff was only able to top up the liquid soap the following morning. Aircon was slightly slow and took a very long time to cool the entire room. Overall, the experience was good, just some key improvement points would be to work on the breakfast variety and staff being more welcoming.
EElvis.007Very cool. We got welcome drinks which was good and refreshing. But didn’t check in before 2 pm because of so rush season. Have good breakfast but night service over phone not up to the mark. But I left my phone charger in the room but from hotel management send it to Bangkok which was really appreciable. I should mention the location was totally perfect spot because no need to walk from ferry place. Recommended.
GGuest UserStayed 3 nights at Dusit. Had a pleasent experience overall. Breakfast selection was decent enough. Rooms were clean and spacious. The staff working there were all amazing! Very friendly and helpful.
Hotel amenities were awesome though. Hotel comes with complimentary workout classes and water sports for those interested. The pools were huge with more than enough sunbeds spread throughout the pools and beach. The private beach at the resort is amazing as well. Its never busy and had awesome views of sunsets. But be prepared to walk alot in this resort as it is such a huge compund. You can request a buggy but it may take a while.
Not the most convenient in terms of location but it is to be expected for a private resort. There are decent restaurants nearby if you want other places to eat other than at the resort.
This is the place for anyone looking to relax and zen out. Would choose to stay there again just for the vibes and serenity.
NNatalie BelinscaiaIt was a beautiful hotel in a nature setting. Nice surprise was - free shuttle to Railay beach and eco-friendliness of the hotel.
Also, good breakfast and lots of activities throughout the day. In the morning, we got luck to get a 1 hr yoga session from trainer Tah. Loved it!
GGuest UserAlready asked my husband when we can visit again! This was my favorite beach resort we have stayed at. Staff is so incredibly helpful and organized. Resort is beautiful. Pools were amazing and location was great!
Two things for others booking this resort:
- learning how to get here without using the resort’s pricy transfer service was tricky! We ended up booking a ferry to the island’s northern port and found they would drop us off directly at our resort. Round trip first class cost us less than half of the resort’s charter. We also hiked the trail to the main port. Be aware: this is not a trail you can take luggage on. It’s narrow, constantly changes elevation and super uneven.
- the food and drinks in the village right behind the resort is better and much cheaper.
