Hôtel simple, à l'entrée de la vieille ville de Mostar. Petite structure de moins de 10 chambres. Pas de salle de petit déjeuner, mais vous trouverez facilement de quoi vous restaurer dans la vieille ville de Mostar, dont l'entrée est en face de l'hôtel. L'hôtel Deny dispose de quelques places de parking privées. Les chambres sont de standing simples propres, bien entretenues. La salle de bains est dotée d'une douche et WC. Les chambres sont climatisées et la literie est confortable. En plus de sa situation idéale, le gros atout de cet hôtel sont simplement les gérants Ines et Elvir, deux personnes extraordinaires! Très sympathiques, souriantes, à l'écoute elles feront absolument tout ce qu'il leur est possible pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Merci beaucoup à eux qui ont rendu notre séjour exceptionnel, grâce à leur hospitalité, leurs bons conseils pour les restaurants (et même la réservation du dîner suite à notre arrivée tardive) Je conseille vivement cet hôtel.

We stayed at Pansion Nur for one night in Mostar during a recent trip to the Balkans. It could not have been more charming. The location is perfect (steps from the ”Crooked Bridge”), house is lovely, room comfortable and well-appointed, and the balcony had a gorgeous view of the river. The host couple are the most lovely people. The husband parked our car for us (free onsite parking is a huge bonus!!), and spoke excellent English, and the wife makes home-made ice cream for the guests! They also gave us great advice on where to eat. Two tips: 1. Follow your GPS exactly. It will tell you to turn on a road that may not appear to be a road, but this is where you need to turn. 2. When you get to the Pansion, ring the buzzer and the hosts will come out to greet you.

Bastante céntrico, amplio, limpio, cómodo y muy nuevo… ninguna queja. La chica que lonlleva es muy simpática y nos dio algunas recomendsciones. También nos dejaron un detallito para desayunar, lo cual se agradece. La habitación tenía aire acondicionado y nevera… bastante útil en verano. Indican que tienen aparcamiento pero, a priori, parece que solo hay una plaza…, asi que si lo necesitais, habladlo por adelantado. Nos gustó mucho nuestra estancia ahí.

I couldn't find it on the navigation system, and it was difficult to park on the hilly road. I came down to find someone and walked around for a long time before I found the house number. The iron door was tightly closed. After ringing the doorbell for a long time, a father and son came out and confirmed the order with us in a daze. , and at the same time kept telling us ”no problem, no problem”, and then picked up our car and parked it in the garage in his yard. In fact, the navigation guide is at the back door of his house. It is very convenient to go out to the old city from the back door. The smiles and enthusiasm of the father and son calmed our anxiety. We settled down with peace of mind and used the kitchen they provided to cook Chinese food. We were quite satisfied.

Quaint owner run B&B lodge. Rooms are spacious and super clean. Location is fantastic, a short stroll to Old Town. Also nearby is a well stocked supermarket and a bakery selling all sorts of delicious treats. Room amenities are all in line with what you'd expect, bathroom is spacious and wifi works well. Breakfast is a bit limited and repetitive but wholesome with hardboiled eggs, several bosnian pastries, cereals, yogurt etc, Keep mind this is a 3 star accommodation, so manage your expectations and you'll have a great stay. Also arranged for our trip to Kravitc Waterfalls and the dervish house.

The location is very good, 10 minutes from the old bridge in the city centre and 15 minutes from the coach station. This is the best homestay I have ever stayed in. The rooms are large and clean. It's just not easy to find in a small alley.

Came to Bosnia and with little notice booked this place. Pleasantly surprised by how warm, well presented and inviting the rooms were. Moreover, the staff were a 10/10 for service and making you feel at home. To exemplify, my baggage and that of my wife’s (along with my passport) was lost at the prior flight and didn’t make it into sarajevo. The hotel did all the liaising with the airport and treated us like friends noting “all will be okay”. Next day, the bags and passport were delivered to the hotel. Legends. Also, the staff dropped my wife and I to the train station free of charge on our way out. I highly recommend them and the hotel.

5 stars may seem generous given the amenities and facilities on offer. Yes, it's a bit dated but it's not the condition that warrants 5 stars. It is the staff on reception. I wish I got their names but they were incredibly friendly and helpful. The young man in particular (he's getting married soon) was wonderful and drove us to the station one morning. Plus the location is great; 5 minutes from the old town. I would recommend it highly.

The room is fine in all aspects, very clean, air conditioning is also powerful, that is, when you check out, you have to add tax. I said that the display is included when booking, and the landlord seems very uncomfortable and has not got extra money.
