I booked the female dorm and overall had a decent stay. The room is located inside an apartment that's shared with male guests, but the female dorm itself is private and secure. The dorm has two bathrooms, which was clean and convenient. The location is perfect, right in Tsim Sha Tsui, just steps from the MTR and lots of food and shopping. The room was tidy and the bed was comfortable for a budget stay. It’s a good option for female travelers who don’t mind sharing the apartment space but still want a private room and bathroom. Clearer information in the listing about the apartment layout would be helpful, but I’d still recommend it for short stays.

Joyce House has the perfect location, excellent service, and great amenities. The host is kind, and the Filipina ate who guided us to all the nearby shops and restaurants—offering affordable yet delicious meals—was incredibly helpful (thank you, ate!). We would definitely come back here.

recently stayed at your hotel and overall, my experience was satisfactory. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, which I really appreciated. The room was generally clean, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. For instance, the water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low, and the air conditioning was somewhat noisy at times, which affected my rest. I hope these aspects can be enhanced in the future. Thank you for your hospitality, and I will consider staying again.

Perfect room for solo travellers! Stayed here for 5 nights and the location was convenient and surrounded by a variety of eateries and transport options. Well equipped with amenities - air condition is strong and works great, functioning TV, hot/cold water is strong and bed is comfy. As a female solo traveller, I found it spacious and never felt stuffy or cramped. Owner is very kind and helpful too!

Location is good and convenient with lots of food nearby. There is water for refilling, basic amenities and housekeeping. However, cleanliness was not the best as there were food crumbs from the previous guest left on the floor when i first entered. The walls are extremely thin, I can even hear my neighbours fart and cough, because of that my sleep was disrupted every few hours — and I am a heavy sleeper.

Amazing hostel!! The six-person backpacker room is clean and spacious with AC, toilet and shower all in working order. Water dispenser on site too. In a convenient location literally steps away from Tsim Sha Tsui metro station. Incredible value for Hong Kong. Highly recommend!

The owner of the hotel is very accommodating and helpful. I appreciate Kevin for helping us during our stay. It above and beyond service. They make us feel that we are family. This hotel is a new . Furniture is new , bed sheets , towels all are clean and a good quality . The staff is polite and very helpful. Location is perfect , it located just backside of Main Street , so there is no noise from outside . Can sleep properly , that’s so important . I will come back again ,definitely 👍🏻

Pros - Convenience & great location in Mirador Mansion on Nathan road, few steps to MTR : East Tsim Sha Tsui - A friendly staff with English speaking - A big balcony to relax and hanging clothes - A microwave and electric themos provided - Bright dormitory rooms with A/C and fan - Free coffee - Enjoy watching Kungfu lessons Cons - Very old building but the elevators are working normally - Guests' locker are full - No curtain on dorm beds - Shower & toilets should be a little cleaner

Overall, I am quite satisfied. In an area like Tsim Sha Tsui, it is considered a guesthouse. It is sufficient for personal business trips. The room is cleaned every day and is very tidy. It is just a little small. Other comprehensive issues are ok.
