Located just outside the center. But the apartments are very spacious and were clean. We wanted to check out an hour later and that was no problem for the staff. Definitely recommended

An eco-friendly resort hotel located in the National Kirirom Park. The shower room, toilet, and sink are located inside but are open to the outside, which was nice, but the shower water got cold quickly and was cold. The breakfast served in the morning was also good, but although it said it would start at 6:30, in reality, I couldn't eat until almost 7. It was located in a forest of tall pine trees, so it was nice to feel the forest atmosphere, but the road was still mostly unpaved, and there were 2 or 3 places where they had to take a detour because they were doing bridge construction on the narrow two-lane road, which was a little inconvenient, but it was a great place to welcome the New Year. I definitely want to visit again after the road is completed.

Everything was great. The staff was smiling and fun. Friends, if you pass by here again, I would definitely like to stay here, especially the plankton on the beach was an extra pleasure.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in a bungalow here. It was cool, clean, and dark - so let us sleep in comfortably. It was a little bit loud still at night, but that's kind of unavoidable on this part of the island with lots of bars and music, but the location is actually relatively quieter than most as far as I can tell. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the food and drinks were excellent. The front desk area is steps away from the ocean and a wonderful spot for some iced coffee and lounging. I would definitely recommend.

The beach is very good. There are also small fish on the beach. The hotel's food and cocktails are good. The only thing is that it is far away from the downtown area, but it is also very quiet. It has a beach. The English of the hotel staff needs to be improved.

I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. It's beautiful & the location is marvelous, easy walking distance to the beach. The bungalows are clean & beds are nice. Dora (forgive me if I've butchered the name spelling), the lovely Russian woman who runs the place, was exceedingly kind & gracious to us throughout our stay. My girlfriend & I can't go home yet because of Covid-19, but Dora made us feel right at home the whole time we stayed here. If you're going to Koh Rong, do yourself a favor & stay at Tree House Bungalow. You won't regret it!

The pool is really amazing!!!! There are nine sun loungers, but no parasol. Otherwise, the accommodation is unfortunately not really centrally located. But you can get anywhere for 2-3 dollars. The building itself is an apartment building and is unfortunately still under construction. The room is simple but adequate. The bed is relatively small and the mattress very hard. But the bathroom is of course new and nice. There was no washing machine or refrigerator. As, like almost everywhere, the windows are not really insulated, you can always hear a little traffic. Communication for checking in, as it is an apartment, is done via email or WhatsApp (internet required). Fast, effective and friendly.

Preis- Leistung sind akzeptabel. Nichts Spektakuläres, eignet sich als Unterkunft zur Übernachtung als Ausgangspunkt zum erkunden der Inseln oder Strände. Sauberkeit ist immer Sache der Betrachtung. Bad & Bett sind sauber, ich schaue eben manchmal auch unters Bett, auf Ventilator und die Zimmerdecken, da könnte man gelegentlich auch mal durch wedeln oder wischen. Die Unterkunft liegt 500 m vom Pier Pier/ Stadtstrand entfernt, in ruhiger Seiten- Lage mit angenehmer Nachbarschaft. Klimaanlage 👍🏼 WLAN 👎 Kühlschrank 👎 Relex - Zone 👎 Das gegenüberliegende Khmer- Restaurant ist echt toll und empfehlenswert. Der Franzose in der gegenüberliegenden Straße - Restaurant „Flambee“ ist etwas teurer, aber für Pizza Liebhaber etwas Besonderes. Laura ist nett und hilfsbereit, sie managt die Unterkünfte gerade in Vertretung der Eigentümer.

Staying in a room with sea view is great. There is a 24/7 mart downstair . They have everything.

The hotel is in the red light district in the alley, and the parking space is only two or three cars. At present, this is the only cheaper in the city center. The environment in the room is average!

We were unfortunate to travel during low season, which in Koh Rong means 99% rain everyday, by conversations with locals they are fully aware of this yet all bookings and activities are business as usual but cannot be enjoyed, such as snorkling, BBQ boat etc. because of the weather we were stuck in the hotel 90% of the time, there is NO TV (it does say in room amenities, I read too late) so just be aware, specially if travelling with little ones. The pool is not an option because of thunder and lighting. It costs 15USD to get to the hotel from the pier. There is no ATM on the island only one stall that lets you use your card to pay the local then they give you the money, this is charged at 8% 😡 This is important because for lack of internet connection you cant always use card to pay at restaurant for your lunches and dinner, also when you can, there is a 3% fee to do so. All activities must also be paid in USD but old rugged bills are not accepted even if they have been given to you by other traders ib the island or if the bills got a bit wet in the rain, which was a frequent problem.So come with plenty of new dollars or you'll find yourself stuck with little options. the night before check out, we asked the staff to please let the ferry company know we would be taking the 9:30am ferry to Sihakouville (as instructed by the ferry company). We booked a 9:00am return trip to the pier as recommended. However as we arrived the ferry was leaving, at 9:15. We were not the only ones left behind. Some people had a flight to catch later that day and were made to pay another 17USD per person as according to them it was ”impossible” to fit them into one of the almost-empty-boats of one of the other many ferry companies, because they dont work together, some families payed up to 70USD to not miss their flight despite it not being their fault. The hotel was standard, for a beach hotel, nice huts, the beds were clean and comfortable and the highlight was definitely the food at the restaurant, over the 4 days, we tried many dishes all of them delicious. I can imagine during sunny season it must be a beautiful location and a beautiful hotel. saying this, I already thought it was overpriced for low season compared to similar hotels in Thailand and Bali, so for me the price you would pay in high season I would not consider it, specially given the whole experience with the ferry and USDs. ☹️
