New Zealand's self-driving transit station Christchurch, found this old building in 1917, very special, the interior decoration is also very eye-catching, surrounded by the art center, opposite the botanical garden, the window is not soundproof, outside tourists talking, vehicle loading and unloading sound is very loud, especially in the morning

GGuest UserAbsolutely, a wonderful place during the trip in Tekapo, which has spacious room and built-in kitchen that is easy to cook for yourself because the nearest fourth-quarter market is just 10 minutes walk. It’s a self-service hotel and very easy to check in after you get your password from your e-mail to access in your ordered separate house. You can just walk away and enjoy the stunning view and food just alongside the small street.
GGuest UserWe were delighted to visit the alpacas, even though we had missed the regular visiting hours. Hamina kindly met us early in the morning, giving us the opportunity to meet and feed these adorable animals.
The accommodation offered a cozy, homely feel with warm colors like yellow and orange. Equipped with kitchenette, dish washer, fridge and utensils. Our room faced the garden and alpaca farm, providing a pleasant and tranquil view.
We had a restful stay, which prepared us well for the next leg of our journey.
Thank you, Silverstream Alpaca Farm Stay, and a special thanks to Hamina (apologies if I’ve misspelled your name) for making our experience so memorable!
XXiexiechengThe main purpose of staying in Tekapo is stargazing. The room is quite large and clean. It looks like a hotel-style B&B contracted by a group. Therefore, the interior decoration is not as distinctive as a real B&B. However, they are still very enthusiastic towards Chinese people (the enthusiasm in the email), and the overall experience is good. Check-in and parking are very convenient.
I stayed here and visited Tekapo Pukaki and Mount Cook. I was very happy
GGuest UserGood location, lucky to see the Antarctic light
The room is very hygienic, the kitchen is complete
Breakfast sun shines in the living room, too comfortable
GGuest UserGood view for lake tekapo and quiet place away from crowds but a bit far from the town. A connection with nature when you enjoying your food outdoor and surrounding by ducks and seagulls. Got all kitchenware at your room and you need to bring them through when you need cooking. Nice interactions with other travellers
GGuest UserThe hotel was booked in advance, but something happened in the middle. The customer service was very nice and responsible, and it was properly resolved. I live relatively close to the lake. It's clean and sanitary. I can cook. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.
JjhoannaWe booked late, arrived even later but check in was so simple with a code for the digital door lock. A newly built residence, well appointed for families with 4 bedrooms, parking for 2 vehicles, very warm and cosy. Another plus, Two living areas so kids can settle and watch tv or play games in one whilst adults socialise in the main living area. Plenty of heating, plenty of blankets, no-one was cold. Highly recommend!
FFangxiangxingzheThe more romantic old Victorian house has been converted into a B&B, with blooming flowers. Breakfast is included. I have always been more accustomed to Western breakfast, so it was no problem at all. During the afternoon tea break, the B&B also prepares white wine, red wine and small nuts for guests. You can also drink milk at night, which is very nice. The hotel has free parking spaces. The hotel is not far from the riverside market, botanical gardens, and art galleries, all within walking distance. I highly recommend everyone to choose this place when visiting Christchurch.
FFanieThis is perfectly good accommodation for the price charged. We stayed in a budget cabin, with shared bathroom facilities - it’s a campsite, after all. Although basic, the cabin was clean and the beds comfortable. There was a shared kitchen where you could prepare meals and chat to other travellers. The bathroom facilities were clean and suitable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. To access the site from Twizel you would need a car.
