Great value for money! Keep in mind that it is a Dormitory setup, so you may share a room with different kinds of people each day. Clean room with toilet and shower (no heater). Can't complain much due to its price.

It is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for , check on is easy , Rooms like many RD Hotels are spacious but have no kettle fridge , and some no windows, this had a window 6 inces from another wall. It's about 15 minutes in a Taxi from the airport traffic dependant. Surrounding area is very Philipino which is nice , many friendly people.. The hotel though is good and cheap and close a bit to Ninoy airport. I would go back.

I was in StayMalate, but I was in the hotel's room, and I was in the hotel's room. The rooftop is super nice, you can eat a curry chicken with rice for 3 or 4 euros or other dishes. You can also make yourself eat, but given the price of the prepared meals, it's a pity to eat too much cooked meal pasta as the French I've seen recently. The toilets are very clean everywhere and the bathroom is also clean every day. The hotel is a very good hotel and is very comfortable and very comfortable. The Jeepney's stops are down the street and will bring you all over Manila, and 7/Eleven everywhere. For noise sensitives, provide Quies balls because there is noise at night in the street, but it's all the same or take a bed that doesn't give on the street. Another positive point is a very large Robinson shopping centre at 500 metres where there is as much food as stores like H&M, Samsung, restaurants ... Hotel is very affordable, location is also very nice in the center between Pasay City and Makati City.

This budget hotel is really great. It’s situated near NAIA terminal 3 and 2. I would definitely recommend this to travelers who have an early flight via Manila. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and polite. Thank you very much for a great stay!

I extended for another night. The staff are very helpful. The AC was quite, i slept well (i’m sensitive with the noise). Thank you again.

The property is clean but lacks a lot of things which we found during our visit as under: 1. The lady all-in-one staff at the property lacks hospitality skills, she speaks to the guests as if they are doing a favor by giving a room to the guest for the tariff they are charging. 2. The property pictures look beautiful but the reality of the surroundings outside the property is sad. The property is good. The property is far from the city centre and transportation is a bit of a challenge. 3. We booked for a single standard but due to oversight we booked the room with a shared toilet upon reaching the property when we realized our mistake we were told that if we needed an attached toilet then we had to upgrade the room by paying additional Php.300 which we agreed but later we realized that the lower end room had TV but this upgraded room is without TV. 3. The property shows a ”Kitchenette: in all rooms and the pictures on the property listing also show cooking utensils, a kettle, and a microwave but we did not find the cooking utensils and we were told that cooking is not allowed in the rooms and we should not use the microwave oven also too much. refer picture. 4. There is no wardrobe in the room. A small clothes rack is provided which can accommodate only two towels weight and anything more than that will damage the rack itself. There is no luggage storage space as mentioned in the listing. 5. No towel hangers or any kind of racks or hooks in the bathroom for clothes and towels. Refer picture. 6. We were provided a pair of slippers of two different colors and different sizes, refer picture. 7. Listing says 24-hour check-in/out but we were told at the property that check-in/out is at 2 p.m. and left before 12 noon. 8. Last point is that the property is very far from the main city center and there is no proper food & beverage facility around the property at least for 5-6 km radius. I wish to inform the property management to take the above comments in a constructive manner and work on them and make changes to the listing and also look at improving upon the points and not take them otherwise and reply as they have done to many comments here in a very unprofessional manner. I have been a hotelier myself for the past 34 years and our first rule always was ” The guest is always right”. Too bad that I can't upload a video here but I love the place! ✨ It's spacious and has peaceful environment because it's situated inside of residential place. I stayed for three nights here for my hotel quarantine and I did not experience anxiety since I also worked during my stay, they have stable WiFi connection, and the personnels were also hospitable to deliver my food. The interiors are old-fashioned but I personally like it because it's affordable and spacious, they also have warmth shower, fridge, water heater, TV, fan, dining area, and AC. I chose queen bedroom, the mattress are big and comfy. 👏

No hot water. No toothbrush. No toothpaste. No tissue. The room ordinary only but good smell and clean. The aircon not really cold even though you put in high level of cold. Over all, its fine because cheap.

It was difficult to charge my phone because the location information was different, it was not easy to check in, and there was only one place where electricity was available.

The hotel is a five-minute walk from the airport. The surrounding facilities are perfect. The hotel is clean and economical.

This is an excellent place to stay at Venice Grand Mall. From the balcony one looks down on the canal with the gondolas floating along guiding by the colourfully dressed gondaliers. Ali, the host, was prompt and so helpful - the apartment being set up so well. Additional facilities (pool etc) were easy to use and so clean. I would also recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to explore BGC.

Good place to stay the night if you are on a budget.

Here I have been once again. Actually, I have come to Pension Natividad at least once a year since 1993 (25 years !). And every time I am back here, I still remain surprised and amazed. Surrounded more and more by the arrogant modernity around and resisting to any unnecessary technological frills, this is an oasis of old-time atmospheric Manila as well as a form of respect to the once existing greenery around: even centenary trees are still kept sprouting among new buildings. Really, thanks for keeping Pension Natividad as it is.

The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and breakfast (omelet + grilled sausage + rice + instant coffee and bottled water). The indoor power supply is 220V. Two-pin plugs can be used directly, and three-pin electrical appliances require an adapter. Disposable toiletries and paper slippers are provided. The room facing the street is noisy, and there is loud noise from motorcycles from time to time at night, but everything else is fine.
