Located right at the center in tamcoc, a few minutes walk away from where all the limousine drop off. It's a place where the owner also plants all her plantation.
Before checked in, she sprayed insect repellent to shoo away all the mosquito. Room is big, toilet is huge, bed is comfortable. Shower pressure is amazing too. Charging outlet everywhere and close to the bed too
Breakfast every morning but I decided to sleep in except for the first day.
This was by far the best hotel I've stayed in during my 1 month in Vietnam. The location was amazing and close to all attractions. The breakfast was delicious and had the egg sandwich both days of my stay. Beds were comfortable and room was very spacious. I definitely recommend this hotel!
The most beautiful hotel we have stayed in so far in Vietnam.
Service and staff were spot on and very attentive. Feels more like a home stay I can’t imagine how the staff could be any better.
Two things to mention.
If you’re looking for a good sleep I wouldn’t recommend due to chickens, dogs and other animals constantly making loud noise. I slept with headphones on so in the end didn’t matter. But what to expect when you’re sleeping in the middle of the mountains!
Two -the breakfast is cook to order with limited options so it took a long time to get our food and coffee. Plus the options were unhealthy. Would have been nice for porridge and fruit.
The experience was incredible, felt like a true paradise in the jungle.
We loved our stay.
We would stay again if we visited!
Green Bay Hotel was the perfect location to stay on our trip to Ninh Binh. It's right at the doorstep of Hoa Lu Street which comes alive during the nighttime and just a short walk from great breakfast/lunch time restaurants just across the water during the day.
The room we booked was spacious with wall to ceiling windows offering a panoramic view of Ninh Binh, with a comfortable King sized bed and well adorned bathroom.
The only issue was noise insulation, as chatter and vehicle noise does permeate into the room, but it's not a deal breaker.
My stay at Lily Homestay was amazing. The hotel is well located in Tam Coc, the room and the hotel was very clean, the bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was perfect. I want to say thank you again to Lily and Kam, who were simply amazing with me. Always with a smile and helping me in everything.
P.D.: the dog (Candy) is super cute😊.
A decent hotel with pleasant green grounds. Breakfast was a ”3.” The steamed vegetables were a delight, but the large number of fried dishes was disappointing, but that's a local specialty.
If I could give it a 10. I would. Alex/Long and his wife are so helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the pool a great way to end the day. Their suggestions of what to do was very helpful and they happily arranged transport to and from the homestay. The push bikes well maintained and perfect for getting around this piece of heaven. I loved it so much I came back after going to Cat Ba.
Stopped for one night in house 104. Hotel on the shore of the lake, from where the boat walks begin. Bed is comfortable, towels are except legs, which is strange with the plum device in the opposite corner of the soul, because the water flows through the whole sauna. No hoods. rubber shafts. Wi-Fi works. Condey works quietly. Water is free of charge for two bottles, as well as anywhere in Vietnam. Breakfast on order from the menu of pancakes or omlet plus drinks. Men are small, girls around. Nearby is full of cafes in step-by-step availability. Selling boat tickets 10 minutes walk along the lake.

Amazing
EELENA3 MA very nice, cozy hotel, decorated in an ethnic style, hidden in the greenery. We stayed there for several nights and got complete relaxation. A wonderful, always smiling hostess and the rest of the few staff were happy to fulfill any request. Every time we asked what to cook for breakfast the next day, which began with a full plate of delicious fruits. Everything was home-made and delicious.
Once we took a motorbike to go to the mountains, we really enjoyed the trip.
Shortly before departure, we were offered a transfer to Hanoi. Everything was strictly on time and from hotel to hotel, without any problems.
It's a pity that there was no refrigerator in the room, but for us it was not critical. We will remember this place and its friendly hosts with gratitude.

GGuest UserIt's a simple place that feels like a home stay with daily breakfast. It's quiet and comfortable. The service is 5 stars. Tommy and his wife are kind, warm and helpful. There are hosts who provide good service because it's their job, and there are hosts who genuinely care for their guests. Tommy and wife belong to the latter.
There are some good restaurants nearby. Must try the roast duck on grill and goat meat. Avoid the massage places - not great. Pizza was just so so and expensive.
Will be perfect if the room has a full length mirror for dressing up and make up, and a floor rug inside the bathroom to dry our wet feet.
MMixPlorerI didn’t expect much about the place in terms of amenities and cleanliness but the kindness, friendliness and care I received from the staff were superb. I was there for pure nature, serenity and magnificent views, and boy I wasn’t disappointed. It’s a property perched in the middle of the iconic rocky mountains of Ninh Binh, surrounded by lush greenery and a small river that even had a little canoe next to my cabin. You can just stay at this property the whole day without doing anything special yet your mind and heart still end up fulfilled. Sit at their small cafe while having some coffee or a plate of authentic local Vietnamese food. Just stare at the rice fields or admire the beauty of the lotus on their pond. Have a bonfire at night while listening to their good-vibe music or ask the staff to play your own.
GGuest UserAccomodation was great. One of the best accomodations I have in my trip to Vietnam. It is very cozy and clean. It is very modern looking making the stay more comfortable. It is tucked in a quiet alleyway but not a far walk/motor ride from the main street. The staffs were polite and were always ready to help eventhough they were not fluent in english, so I can really commend their dedication as staffs. The amenities in our room were in great condition and all were there for our needs. It is a family operated accomodation instead of a traditional hotel. There’s a cute and kind black dog guarding the property which gives customers a better sense of security. Overall, this accomodation gave us a great stay in ninh binh and highly recommend this place to other travellers visiting the place.

CCalvinnI had a great stay here. Bed was okay. You just gotta find the comfortable spots. Some spots are slightly uncomfortable. Its very clean all around. The food is good, but slightly limited. They provide free bikes, but 80% of the them are dangerous and fall apart midway your trip. This has caused me multiple inconveniences. Upon such situation they apologized sincerely and requested to come pick me up. They should replace the bikes for a better and safer experiences. The bathroom has an interesting mountain view from it’s back. The area is beautiful.
The weekdays are great value. On weekends their prices almost double and for that price I would recommend anyone to stay somewhere else to save up to 50% of your money
MMadieAbsolutely stunning area and hotel, staff were amazing and helpful, hire scooters for 140.000 baht for the day and enjoy the stunning area. Was my sister in laws birthday and we asked one of the staff if she knew somewhere we Could get a cake she said hold on one minute and called somebody and they delivered a cake for 250,000 baht for that night and kept the secret for us. It was a huge cake. We are expecting something small and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff also organised a taxi for us so we could get to our next accommodation. 100% recommend. And Thank you so much to all the amazing staff!! We had a blast!
VVeniaminThe hotel is right in the middle between local natural sights. The room is clean. There is also a swimming pool in the yard, but during our visit it was cool, we didn't use it.
On the eve of our arrival, my wife was poisoned. Because of this, we asked the hosts for different services: a graduation, warm water, special dishes, etc. The hosts, being smiley and open people, never refused us. In addition, they helped us with renting a scooter.
I recommend this place.
