ZZhizuchangleup.chao網上訂的特惠單人間，顯示帶電腦的，去到酒店前台告知特惠單人間實際並不帶電腦！然後同價換帶電腦的正常標間，拿到房卡去到房間，電腦沒見到，衹有兩個鍵盤，我當時就驚呆了！隨後又回到前台，被告知正在更換設備，許多房間都沒有，並允許我退房，當時前台服務態度我是認可的。後來也沒計較，反正衹住一晚。當天喝多了，回去直接睡了，第二天起來想洗個澡發現沒有洗髮露沐浴露，水也不熱！剛好那幾天整個箇舊大屯都降温！我真是有事不想去找前台囉嗦了，隨便收拾下就走了！總結，環境一般，作為電競酒店，居然大部分房間沒有電腦，無論什麼原因，你都應該app上更新！然後即便你作為電競酒店，也不應該不配套基本的洗漱用品吧？建議各位想去的，提前打電話確定！
