Single room with separate bathroom, health is OK, nothing is provided, far from the train station but the bus is very convenient, the breakfast variety is pitiful, there is a problem when checking in, here I want to give Trip.com customer service Xiao Guo full score 💯, solve the problem in time, warm, patient and professional! Now I almost use Trip.com when I go abroad, it is very convenient to contact and the service is great.

Convenient location within 10 minutes walk from the train station and bus terminal. Local bus stops just outside the train station and can get to Lugano Centro and Monte Bre easily. The hotel is located up the slope facing the train station. There's a view of the train station from our room but it's not nosiy once the wooden doors of the balcony are closed.
