The Bedrooms Hostel Pattaya

Pattaya Beach Road
I booked a double room with external toilets/ bathroom via trip for 2 nights. On arrival, I had the weirdest reception however. The room key card to trigger power for room was not working properly to ask for help! An older caretaker/ maintenance male grudgingly waked me to room to show me the card was able to trigger the power on for room. He found however that I had turn aircon remote to 16 degrees as I had in my frustration in not being able to had the power turned on with room card. I then received the Most SHOCKING berating and chiding for having turning A/C to 16 degrees for the moment in my frustration of not being able to trigger the power on in room. He gestured and demonstrated how I should turned the A/C to 22 degrees and have the fan on high instead and stormed out of the room without a word after lecturing me. I had just arrived and went to asked for help with power in room and received a hostile berating as if I was a kid?? I do not know the people, had not dirtied the place or owed the money..but My Gosh…what a hostile, unwelcome and rude berating as if I owed the establishment something? The only reason I could think that I had received such an unwelcome “reception” is possibly booked through Trip and possibly received a low price for room they were not happy with. Anyways, the property is just front of beach along beach road with Tops supermarket below and 8 Eleven steps away. The room is spacious with large mirror and nice big curtains. You get sky light but wondow face another building and not sea view which is still great for price I’ve paid. The toilets and shower area are wonderful and best I’ve seen…the spaciousness and lighting in toilet/shower made it look and feel like an hotel/ SPA. Nonetheless, I will not be returning to this establishment anytime soon with the STRANGE hostile reception I’ve received. I am sure they are mostly decent hardworking people…however I will not be returning anytime soon! I hope Trip can look also into pricing the bookings in such manner that the hostels/motels/ motels do not take it out on customers!! Thank you!

The staff is not welcome, I get more smiles on the street than in this place. When you check in, just sign it, pay a deposit and go look for your bed. Can you tell a few words about the place at least, like here we have a kitchen that you can use, here is a toilet and a shower room, and there is also a terrace on the roof, which is haven’t been cleaned for ages and look like abandoned place btw. I get it if you come for one night and maybe it won't be necessary, but I lived there for a week. The men's toilet on the second floor is just horrible, water is dripping from the ceiling, so the floor is always wet, it smells bad and it’s very tight. The drain is clogged in the shower. I went to the third floor, at least it was dry. I like the interior and location of the hostel. The bed is wide and comfy. Yeah it feels like your own tiny space. Somebody is definitely trying, they even got a piano and played a gig the other night. But i would never go there again, because i don’t feel welcome here P.s. there is no locker at all, all you have is a box under your bed, and of course a reminder on the door, we do not responsible for the lost things. So you can’t leave your valuable stuff, it’s all up to people you happen to live with, maybe they good maybe not

When I first arrived I noticed that the place next door was being renovated. Then I found out the places on either side of it were being renovated. Then shortly after I arrived I heard loud jack hammering sounds. These sounds were periodical though out my 7 day stay. I hated the sounds but they weren't consistent. The woman running the place was excellent. She could speak English and was very friendly. Other than the renovations the room was quite quiet. It was a 4 minute walk to the beach. There was a kitchen you could cook in and free water beside the kitchen. Her 3 children and her mother lived there also. It was a nice atmosphere I'd stay there again when the renovating stops.

This hostel is budget friendly, and it's close to malls, markets, and massage parlors. It's easy to travel because songthews are ubiquitous. Cheer!

I experienced repeated issues with the key card, which caused inconvenience. Although the issue was resolved well, the staff did not respond during our conversations. I even used a translator, but they ignored me. However, the facilities are clean, the mattress is great, and overall, it is a very good place. I checked out early one day before and requested a refund before more than 24hours. but it was refused. Make sure to confirm your stay period before making a reservation!

Sindys in great for travelers who are looking for a safe and economical stay near many of Pattaya’s great attractions, especially the beach and nightlife. Getting here is quite easy from the bus terminal and the staff members are super nice. I recommend Sindys to those visiting this exciting city.

Jomtien Beach
Environment: It can be seen about 90 meters on the left side of an alley on the far east side of Jomtien Beach, very close to the beach! But it should be noted that the maintenance of Jomtien Beach Road has been going on for almost 6 years, and it is not very convenient to travel. The beach road has changed from a two-way lane to a one-way lane. Pay attention to follow the navigation prompts. Hygiene: The hygiene is OK. The toilet and shower are together. It is recommended to rinse the toilet with the hottest water before using it! Facilities: The price of the youth hostel is not very cheap in Thailand, but the facilities here are relatively complete, and the sleeping cabin is more private. The air purifier in the room and the small fan at the head of the bed are more thoughtful. The store needs to replace the purifier filter regularly, otherwise it will be more harmful. Service: It's quite satisfactory. There is nothing to serve in the youth hostel! It's just that the washbasin is so high that people under 185 cm tall can't reach it! Pay special attention to ⚠️The small room on the left side of the door may be a leaf store. This is not allowed by Chinese law. Chinese people should be clean when traveling and don't touch the bottom line of the law!

Coincidentally, this youth hostel was set. It was very late when I arrived, because English was not very good, so I went to the next door to ask for directions, asked where the youth hostel was, and the girl in the leaf shop next door smiled and told me that she was next door. After arriving, the handsome guy Ngel helped me check in. I needed to pay a deposit of 500 baht for my stay. The owner Gyee and a young and lovely lady May gave me a deposit certificate, and then Ngel led me to my room to choose a bed. It was quiet all night, which was a bit surprised to me, because the youth hostel was a bit noisy, but Happiness Community Wake & Bake Hostel was very quiet. Although there is music playing on the first floor, the sound insulation is very good, almost no need to worry. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. I retired the next day before twelve o'clock and got my deposit back (in some hotels it is difficult to get the deposit back without the deposit certificate, but in Gyee hotels it is smooth). Then I stored my bag, went to the beach to meet my friends and told them I would be back by 3pm. I was so tired when I came back, Ngel poured me a glass of water, thank you for the sweet Ngel. Everyone was friendly, whether it was Gyee or May and Ngel. I think I'll be back to live. I booked this youth hostel by coincidence. It was already very late when we arrived, and because my English was not very good, I ended up going next door to ask for directions and where the youth hostel was. The girl from the Yezi shop next door told me it was next door with a smile on her face. After arriving, the handsome guy Ngel helped me check in. A deposit of 500 baht was required to check in. The host Gyee and a lovely young lady May gave me a deposit voucher, and then Ngel took me to my room to choose a bed. It was quiet all night, which surprised me because youth hostels can be a bit noisy, but Happiness Community Wake & Bake Hostel was very quiet. Although there is music playing all the time on the first floor, the sound insulation is very good, so there is almost no need to worry. The bed was also very comfortable and I had a great sleep. I checked out before twelve o'clock the next day and got my deposit back (in some hotels it is difficult to get the deposit back without a deposit voucher, but at Gyee's hotel it was smooth). Then I stored my bags, (thanked them for the help) and went to the beach to meet my friends and told them I would be back before 3pm. I was so tired when I came back, so Ngel poured me a glass of water. Thanks to Ngel for his thoughtfulness. Everyone from Gyee to May and Ngel is very friendly. I think I will come back and stay.

Jomtien Beach
Great location, clean, cozy, everything you're used to nearby. Wonderful, quiet air conditioning, comfortable large bed, safe, wardrobe, refrigerator, kettle, cups, spoons for tea, soap, shampoo, hot water, clean linen with swans from towels 👍, elevator. On the balcony there is a table, chairs, a dryer - super.. The balcony overlooked the market (404), but with the doors closed the noise is much quieter.. A great place to spend a few nights looking for housing or as a comfortable overnight stay. Thanks to ALL the hotel staff ✊🤝.
