The experience at Hotel Bellevue Palace was truly impressive. We were welcomed by the General Manager of the hotel at check-in and all the staff members were very welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the Bern Banhof and centrally situated in the city of Bern. The room was spacious with a small balcony, a powder room, and a bathroom. The work desk also had its own power sockets compatible with various plugs from all over the world. Checkout was smooth and easy and the front desk staff (I believe it was Paula) offered to help us to load our bags to our car and gave us a bottle of water for the journey. The experience was truly 5 stars and is well worth the cost.

It is worthy of being a five-star hotel. The service attitude is very good! I asked for a car pick-up because the train time was wrong due to rain. It is said that the hotel staff waited for half an hour. Because I didn't know that Ctrip had a free contact number, they didn't pick me up and sent a free drink at the bar. The location is the best in Grindelwald, the breakfast is rich, and the front desk service attitude is very good! ! Definitely come again, this hotel in Grindelwald is definitely the best choice! !
