Has a great stay and will be back. The hotel is conveniently situated on top of the shopping mall and next to train station. Parking is just in b1 and the hotel will give you discount when parking in b1 which cost only 1.000 yen for overnight parking. The room is nice and super comfy to stay. The staffs are all so attentive and friendly.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Aso, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely stunning—nestled in the heart of Aso’s beautiful nature, with breathtaking views right from the room. The hotel’s onsen was a highlight, offering a relaxing and peaceful way to soak in the scenery. The food was also incredible, with delicious local dishes that really captured the flavors of the region. The vibes throughout the hotel were warm and cozy, making it feel like a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle. The only downside was that the bed was a bit small for two people, so it felt a little tight. But everything else more than made up for it. The hotel also offers plenty of parking, so getting around was easy. The price was definitely reasonable for the experience, and given the amazing views, great food, and tranquil onsen, it felt like a great value. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of Aso!

As usual free ramen at night was nice, but unlike other Dormy inns I’ve stayed in, you can’t take out to your room. The onsen was also not the best with it being rather crowded and not very warm/did not feel very clean probably from the number of people there. The hotel clothes were also not the most comfortable compared to the others I had in Japan. But otherwise everything was clean! And a very acceptable stay.

Bath areas on the 12th floor are also quite nice and have a range of offerings inside. Breakfast was included with the price we paid, however, all the food was a little tasteless, if paying for breakfast, it is easy to go downstairs and get something but I’d probably go somewhere else if paying.

This hotel located near the river, good for a nice morning walk, a gift was provided for the little one, sweet service!

It is located near the golf course hotel halfway up Aso Volcano. It has a beautiful environment and you can see the stars in the sky at night. The dinner buffet style includes delicious long-legged crab legs, as well as all-you-can-drink hot and cold sake. It takes just over 20 minutes to drive to the Aso Volcano Museum.

Very good dinner & breakfast. But room abit old, can’t accept it has no shower in the room, you need to go to onsen to shower. Onsen quality soso, not strong flavour and temperature is not that hot like others.

The service attitude of the counter staff was good, and the accommodation rules were clearly explained. The public bathhouse on the first floor is well-equipped. There was a little girl crawling in the outdoor female public pool on the top floor, so I didn't go there. There are many types of breakfast, and there is unlimited supply of Aso milk. You can eat a lot. full. It is recommended to live in a high-rise building, so you can see the beautiful scenery of Mount Aso outside the window in the morning.

The hotel is located at the centre of 黑川溫泉區, which is quite rural so highly recommended to go by car. The service is excellent! The staff helped us to park the car and take the luggages up the stairs to our Japanese style family room. We have ordered full board package and both meals are gorgeous. There are many onsens in the hotel which are non-reserved and private, allowing family to enjoy onsen together. One drawback is that there are many stairs so elderly might have to take it into consideration.

Small-scale youth hostel, good location, convenient to the pedestrian street in the city center. The bathhouse has only 6 bathing places and a small bathing area. Not suitable for staying for two or three consecutive days. You can only stay from 3 to 10 pm every day. During this time at noon, the front desk staff must go out, otherwise there will be an extra charge.

The guy at the front desk was very nice and could speak Chinese. It was very close to Mizusenji Temple and they gave me discount coupons. Opposite was 711 and next to it was a large supermarket with a wide variety of food. You can buy some to take with you to a picnic under the cherry blossoms.

I also really liked the hot springs ♨️. Both the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast had a wide variety of dishes and were delicious! On New Year's Day, they even served zenzai and kinako mochi. After checking out, we got a free ticket to the nearby bathhouse (Agannasse), where we enjoyed the open-air bath and rock sauna until after 3pm. I went with my daughter, and she also said it was a nice change of pace and she really enjoyed it. 😊

The dining environment in the lobby is clean and tidy, there is a heater for heating, it is close to the station, there is a parking lot with free parking, there is also a heater table in the lobby for heating, there is space in the room to open the luggage compartment, and the bath water is hot enough.

One of the best onsen hotels we have ever stayed at. The room was spacious, featuring three basins and two restrooms—plenty of space for three adults. The hotel is surrounded by trees and flowers, creating a beautiful and peaceful environment. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with many options to choose from. We were so happy with our stay at this hotel!

This hotel is situated on a spacious property, secluded from the town center and shops. While it features public baths and an on-site restaurant, The dinner and breakfast offered a delightful blend of Western and Japanese dishes, typical of most Japanese hotels. Our twin room, though a bit compact, provided a comfortable overnight stay. All amenities provided were satisfactory for a one-night stay, leaving no room for complaints. As most establishments in the vicinity close after 5 PM (except for convenience stores), there isn't much to do at the hotel besides enjoying the onsen. Therefore, be prepared for an early night in.

The staff introduced it, the dishes were rich, and I was very satisfied. When you have a meal, the staff will go into the room and lay out tatami mattresses. There are no private hot spring baths, there are open-air public baths. There are only two independent indoor hot spring baths for the use of the entire hotel. There are two keys during the period. After the guests return the keys, they can then take them out and use the independent private baths. Fengli, unfortunately there is no reservation service, so I don’t know when other guests will return their keys. 

The rooms are comfortable and the four hot springs that can be used as family baths are all excellent. Dinner is very delicious, made with fresh and high-quality ingredients. Breakfast was also healthy, delicious, and plentiful. My parents highly praised both dinner and breakfast. Also, the staff welcomed us with bright and lively energy, making us feel very happy during our stay. The onigiri served for lunch was also delicious. If I go to Mt. Aso again, I will visit again. Thank you for the precious memories I had with my parents.

Hotel Yumerindo Hanadomori offers a peaceful and comfortable stay. Located right by the river, you can enjoy the soothing sounds of the flowing water throughout your visit. The room was spacious and clean, and it featured a private onsen with a river view. Alternatively, you can take a free shuttle to the main building to enjoy a large outdoor public onsen. The authentic dinner served was also incredibly delicious

Very pleasant impressions from staying in this place. Spacious and clean rooms in a traditional style with a view of the river. Very tasty dinner and breakfast (you can choose Western). Family baths are not very big, it is comfortable for two people, if there are three or four of you - it will be cramped. From the ryokan we were driven by car to the bus stop, which was very convenient considering our heavy suitcases.

Last week, I stayed at Kurowakaso for one night~~! First of all, I really, really recommend it👍🏻 Go there a hundred, ten thousand, and a thousand and five hundred times!! The staff are very kind, and the hot spring facilities and room condition are the best! I was able to try on traditional Japanese clothes, and the food was especially the best! The food was really good, and they gave me so much food that I almost burst😂 I was lucky that my group and I were the only ones in the family bath and large bath, so I took pictures, but the hot spring for guests only is also amazing! It was a good memory~ A lot of Korean tourists are going to Kumamoto these days, so if you're thinking about visiting a hot spring, I recommend this place👻 (By the way, there's a staff member who speaks Korean really well♡)

We went on a family trip and stayed at Dream Dragon on the coldest day during the Spring Festival. I stayed here once more than 5 years ago and was very impressed. It is a pure Japanese style, and the dinner and breakfast are so rich that you can't help but lean on the wall. The surrounding scenery is beautiful and quiet, and the water quality of the hot spring is excellent, but remember to bring towels from the room, there are no towels in the hot spring. The snacks are delicious. The puffs and coffee shops in Kurokawa Town are very good. There are century-old shops everywhere. It is a quaint place.

The rooms are relatively Japanese-style and old, but clean! The room is very spacious and there is also a hot spring to soak in! We have a good experience in this Onsen hotel. A lady greeted us at the entrance and she served us very well in the dinner. The private outdoor onsen gave us an enjoyable experience. Moreover, she share many information with us, and she could explain clearly how we prepare to visit Mountain Ah So on next day, so that we finally could visit the cracker no 1. I highly recommended this hotel to anyone visit Minamiaso.

For some reason, the information about this hotel is so limited on Ctrip. If you want to choose a room with indoor and outdoor private hot springs, this is a great choice. The location is not in the town center, but it takes more than ten minutes to walk. There is a car to take you there, and the service is very good. Most rooms in the town center are small in size, and they are not likely to have private hot springs or courtyards. The rooms here are all large. We stayed in a double-story room. The first floor has two private hot springs inside and outside, which are very elegant. There is also a massage chair and a bathroom. The second floor is a tatami bedroom, including a reception area and a small bathroom. The area is very large and the price-performance ratio is good. There is also a large room on the first floor with a private hot spring, which should be a more comfortable choice for living. I want to complain to Ctrip about the food. I have replied in the final confirmation email of the reservation that I do not eat horse, beef and mutton, but I found that I did not receive any information from Ctrip when I arrived at the store. I could only temporarily change to tofu and duck meat, which affected the experience. It rained heavily on the day of check-out. The staff did not hold an umbrella themselves but carried our luggage and held an umbrella for us in the heavy rain. This professional attitude deserves praise. The hotel is very grand. I chose a random room and was assigned a large room. When I arrived at the hotel, I learned that the room rate included a room and two meals. There was also the Jixiang Hot Spring (five outdoor pools) 1 kilometer away. I had to soak in it before dinner. One, the staff told me that the meal time was 7:30, and it was nearly 8:00 when I entered. It turned out that the buffet dinner was only at 9:00, so I was in a hurry. The hot spring in the hotel is also very good. The small wooden bridge and the stream near the hotel are good places to take pictures.
