Jr Hotel Clement Takamatsu
4.6/5793 Reviews
It is a great location for a transit stop, right next to Takamatsu station and the ferry ports. I saw a performance at Rexxam Hall, which is also there. I didn't eat at the hotel, but there were many options at and around the station. Very comfortable and clean room, with a nice view of the ferry docks and the sea.

Got free upgrade to the room with bath tube The room size is larger than the normal Japanese hotel room with free snack at fridge. We didnt try the onsen at the top floor of the hotel, but did tried the ice cream which is for free. The twin bed is good in size and comfortable. It takes about 15-20 mins walk to Mitsukoshi, but pretty near the main shopping street. Nothing to complaint

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel Takamatsu, and my experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of, making my stay in Takamatsu truly memorable. A highlight of my stay was their help in booking a rental car. They made the process seamless, overcoming any language barriers with their excellent English skills. This thoughtful assistance made my travel experience significantly more convenient and enjoyable.

a couple minites walk from the street train station, a bit inconvenient in this summer hot weather. So i decided to take a taxi to jr station the next day, around 1000 yen which was qiite fair. Hotel was clean with pretty nice breakfast even i am picky. Room is spacious compare to tokyo/osaka these big cities, bathtub is a bit too small though.
Kanonji Grand Hotel
2.9/515 Reviews
The hotel should be the largest in Guanyin Temple City, but it is a long time ago, the bedding can also feel used for a long time, and the air conditioning exhaust fan is very loud. But the transportation is convenient and the location is eye-catching.

Although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities, environment and services are great! There are plenty of parking spaces, and the staff also came out of the parking lot to help with luggage, a thumbs up!

A short distance from the station. The location is close to the lively shopping street. Check-in is fast. This room type is bunk beds for 4 people. It is comfortable for a family with 3 large and 2 small spaces. The toilet and bathroom are separated into different spaces. Dry and wet are separated.
MY Lodge Naoshima
4.4/5114 Reviews
The steep hill leading up to My Naoshima Lodge felt quite unwelcoming at first, but to my pleasant surprise, beautiful cats came out to greet us! Being an avid cat lover, that really was a great perk for me. Anyway, the hotel, being relatively new, had very clean facilities and I really had nothing to complain about except for the relatively earlier checkout time (10AM! Seriously?😭) compared to other accomodations and inaccessibility to eating spots. Definitely recommend stopping by at the only 7Eleven in Naoshima on your way uphill.
