Location is good, able to see mt fuji if sky is clear. Quiet and away from major traffic. Free private parking, Onsen at level 7. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything is provided so you can just stay and chill. I opt for buffet breakfast and Dinner, selection is good. Recommended!

We had a good stay here and facilties were great. The tap water in room is apparently spring water from mt fuji and there is free onsen for their guest which we enioyed during our 1night stay here. The only issue is it is far from the train station and take about 15-20mins walk from fujikyu station to the hotel. Although there is free shuttle bus, the timing is limited and starts at 8.45am and ends at 6pm.

Firstly, the service was REALLY GREAT! Staff were very helpful, kind and friendly from the moment we checked in till we checked out. Then, the place really fascinated us~ There were so many amenities provided and you can find almost everything you need for cooking etc. It was also very cosy~ Will definitely come back

I appreciate it. The location is perfect as you can see the lake and mountain simultaneously. For Kawaguchiko, only a few hotels have this kind of view. When you arrive at the Kawaguchiko station, don't forget to call them, and they will pick you up. However, when you live, if you want to take their shuttle bus, you need to check their shuttle bus schedule. I choose the Japanese-style room which a balcony since I want to take many photos from my room. It is worth it as the view from the room is perfect. I can stay in the room and watch Mount Fuji all afternoon. It even has an individual bathroom in the room, which is kind of rare. If you stay in the hotel in Winter, don't forget to use the outdoor onsen. It will be freezing to get in and out, but it is worth it as you will see a very clear sky and many stars when using the outdoor onsen. You will never forget it. Moreover, don't forget to go lakeside, which is only a few meters away. You can take perfect photos of the lake, Mount Fuji and the stars. It is impressive. Service is as good as before, which you can imagine. When you are having breakfast and dinner, the staff will talk with you, introducing the dish and telling you much exciting and helpful information. For once, I was discussing さかさふじ with them and really learned a lot. The dish is good. As I stayed for two nights, I think the first night's dinner was better than the second. For breakfast, I don't have too many things to say. Fuji from the evening to the next morning and soaked in the hot springs many times. (Laughs) The quality of the Kawaguchiko Onsen at this hotel is a neutral calcium, sodium-sulphate, and chlorine-based disinfection is heated and circulated, including a large communal bath and a private room bath. It is not a source hanging, but it is well managed including the spring temperature. It warmed up well. It seems to be a room meal, but I stayed at 々 at the end of the year 12/29 night, probably because there were many guests, in the dining room on the 7th floor, dinner was a course kaiseki dish, breakfast was a buffet. The beef stew that I expected was also served on the course because the amount was small, but it felt like a taste. Each was carefully cooked in a small amount, and the quality and quantity were satisfactory. I stayed until 11:00 in the morning, and I took a bath 5 times in another 々 large communal bath once, 3 times in the room bath. In addition, the large communal bath has a waterfall and an open-air rock bath in the foreground, and a large cypress bath in the back. I think the impression will change depending on the way Mt. The hotel itself is small 々 old, but it is very convenient with hot springs and taverns. It was Mt. Fuji view, so the view was good. However, there are many foreign guests, so I want you to tell me about the manners of the hot spring. I didn't know the manners, and I was poor to say the color 々 from Japanese guests. We are on a guided tour and were fortunate to stay at Regina. It was good in every way - great rooms, excellent checkin, hot shower and comfortable bed. WE had a traditional Japanese dinner and it was probably the most complete (and very tasty) meals we have had so far. Also the breakfast was handled smoothly and the food was hot and tasty. Be aware that this hotel is a short way out of town, but has great views of Mt Fuji.

Very Good value for money! With welcome drinks (juice & house wines) & snacks. Fusion fine dining dinner mixed with Japanese & western style, decent presentation & taste good. Cozy room setting with high quality drinks ware. Due to bad weather, we didn’t use the outdoor bath tub but we believe that it should have the FJ Mountain view. The 5 different hot-spring private rooms are special, no reservation is required & we tried the hot stone chair & felt good! The hot-spring section also provides to ice lolly & drinks. Buffet as the Morning breakfast with variety of foods but only serve till to 9:15am. Hotel pack up service with several time slots & operated on time.

As a traveller with large tattoos, I wanted to leave a review here confirming that this onsen allows for guests with tattoos. This is the onsen review only. I went in the early afternoon on a Saturday and, while initially I shared the onsen with 4 other Japanese ladies, eventually I had the whole onsen for myself. Very hot water, 1 indoor pool and 2 outdoor pools, although one was not in use and empty. 1000 yen for 2 hours (bring your own towels), English website, easy to access from Kawaguchiko station.

Second visit. Mt. Fuji is clear in winter. In the morning, I went to the illumination square in front of the restaurant because it was Akafuji before sunrise. From the right end to red purple, when the sunrise started at about 1 ／ 3, I returned to the magnificent Fuji, but the sunrise on the left, the full moon on the upper right, and Mt. Fuji in the middle. I have to see this. Under the sunrise is the sea of clouds in Lake Yamanaka. The view that there is everything to see. Since there are many families, the rooms are large and you can see Lake Yamanaka and Mt. Fuji from all rooms. The bath is on the 2nd floor with B1 and the mountain trail is clear from the observation bath. You should see people in the season. It is a good hotel that is calm.

Stayed one night with my family. No matter what the feature is, the food is delicious as a glamping. It's BBQ style, so of course we grill it ourselves, but I think the ingredients are good. Same goes for breakfast. Homemade cola is also excellent. I didn't eat it this time, but there were plenty of other homemade fruit wines and they looked delicious. The cottage-like accommodation was also neat. If I had to point out the drawbacks, it would be that we slept in a sleeping bag on a bed-like place, so we couldn't say that we were able to sleep comfortably. I couldn't help but feel sleep deprived. Correspondence of staff was very kind and seemed to be able to do hot spring facility in November (it was said that hot spring appeared as a result of boring.).

This lovely hotel (its a bit dated, but everything is clean and very nice) is right on the lake, and very quiet. Its 10 minutes driving distance from the Kawaguchi-Ko bus stand/train station and there is a free hotel shuttle every hour. I would definitely go for rooms with a view - either of the lake, or of Fujisan. We went for rooms with lake view, and very much enjoyed it. The rooms are big and very comfortable, with a desk, an armchair and a sofa. There is also a small balcony, with amazing views of the lake. Its so peaceful, especially in the early morning or during sunset. The hotel is located in a large garden. There is an indoor and lovely outdoor onsen, where you can bath in the warm water whilst seeing bamboo and hearing birds. Breakfast is a good buffet. The restaurant for dinner is rather expensive, so i would recommend eating in one of the few restaurants in the small town.

We took the morning flight from Hong Kong to Haneda Airport. After finishing the luggage and entry procedures, we came to the high-speed bus next to the pick-up lobby to buy tickets. It was simple and convenient. It just picked up the first bus and went directly to Kawaguchiko. Before the bus departed, there was still time to have breakfast and wash. Go to the bus stop from the ticket purchase center and follow the next channel. You can also take the elevator or elevator to the underground bus stop according to the instructions. The bus will arrive. When you take the bus, you will see the data board clearly. If there is any error, you will not have to take the bus directly to Kawaguchiko Station. Come to Kawaguchiko, go to the end on the left hand side, see the tourist information, is the waiting station, all hotel buses are here to pick up guests, bus schedules are found on the hotel website; this station does not need to be reserved very convenient. The small bus arrived on time, the driver's service was very good, and he walked through the narrow street for several minutes to reach the hotel. In fact, the hotel is in a good location, near the intersection, and the surrounding bus stop is nearby without turning to Kawaguchiko. Walk along the main road, one end to the center of Shanghai, there are restaurants and supermarkets, the other end to the lake and the pool on the park, you can also see Mount Fuji at different angles, cross the road directly in front of the intersection and go straight to the section of the green line tour bus, walk slowly and reach Baqishan Park, Summer has a scent of lavender, autumn has red leaves, as well as art galleries, garden coffee seats, etc. The parkland is full of green grass like a hilly land, children and hairy children can run up and down, couples and elders sit on long fins to watch the sunset, lake view birds, freehand! Three-day stay, free breakfast and hot springs... Cheap, clean and spacious public space, I will visit next time, live here, continue to visit the unvisited attractions! 👍👍👍👍👍

We are on a guided tour and were fortunate to stay at Regina. It was good in every way - great rooms, excellent checkin, hot shower and comfortable bed. WE had a traditional Japanese dinner and it was probably the most complete (and very tasty) meals we have had so far. Also the breakfast was handled smoothly and the food was hot and tasty. Be aware that this hotel is a short way out of town, but has great views of Mt Fuji.

Very Good value for money! With welcome drinks (juice & house wines) & snacks. Fusion fine dining dinner mixed with Japanese & western style, decent presentation & taste good. Cozy room setting with high quality drinks ware. Due to bad weather, we didn’t use the outdoor bath tub but we believe that it should have the FJ Mountain view. The 5 different hot-spring private rooms are special, no reservation is required & we tried the hot stone chair & felt good! The hot-spring section also provides to ice lolly & drinks. Buffet as the Morning breakfast with variety of foods but only serve till to 9:15am. Hotel pack up service with several time slots & operated on time.

As a traveller with large tattoos, I wanted to leave a review here confirming that this onsen allows for guests with tattoos. This is the onsen review only. I went in the early afternoon on a Saturday and, while initially I shared the onsen with 4 other Japanese ladies, eventually I had the whole onsen for myself. Very hot water, 1 indoor pool and 2 outdoor pools, although one was not in use and empty. 1000 yen for 2 hours (bring your own towels), English website, easy to access from Kawaguchiko station.

Stayed one night with my family. No matter what the feature is, the food is delicious as a glamping. It's BBQ style, so of course we grill it ourselves, but I think the ingredients are good. Same goes for breakfast. Homemade cola is also excellent. I didn't eat it this time, but there were plenty of other homemade fruit wines and they looked delicious. The cottage-like accommodation was also neat. If I had to point out the drawbacks, it would be that we slept in a sleeping bag on a bed-like place, so we couldn't say that we were able to sleep comfortably. I couldn't help but feel sleep deprived. Correspondence of staff was very kind and seemed to be able to do hot spring facility in November (it was said that hot spring appeared as a result of boring.).

This lovely hotel (its a bit dated, but everything is clean and very nice) is right on the lake, and very quiet. Its 10 minutes driving distance from the Kawaguchi-Ko bus stand/train station and there is a free hotel shuttle every hour. I would definitely go for rooms with a view - either of the lake, or of Fujisan. We went for rooms with lake view, and very much enjoyed it. The rooms are big and very comfortable, with a desk, an armchair and a sofa. There is also a small balcony, with amazing views of the lake. Its so peaceful, especially in the early morning or during sunset. The hotel is located in a large garden. There is an indoor and lovely outdoor onsen, where you can bath in the warm water whilst seeing bamboo and hearing birds. Breakfast is a good buffet. The restaurant for dinner is rather expensive, so i would recommend eating in one of the few restaurants in the small town.

This hotel has 3 blocks as it is set into a hill. The first block contains the lobby, then at the 5th floor you connect to the middle block (which faces Fuji directly) and contains rooms on the 6-7th floors. It also contains the bathing area with an outdoor view of Mount Fuji. From the middle block, the 8th floor connects to the last block which contains levels 8-10. This block has a view of Fuji but you have to look out your window at a slant. Rooms are run down and hotel looks like it was stuck in the 1970s. Curtains are stained, walls have marks, corridor walls are stucco. Shoji screens in room have torn paper. Sink looks dirty. Wood surfaces are worn. The finishings in the room could certainly use some refurbishment and love. However it is decently clean and I was still comfortable for my stay. Food was a good spread and tasty. I was treated to fireworks over the lake which was visible from the room. The hotel staff (front desk, dinner staff) all made it a point to mention the event and where to view it from, which I appreciate.

Location is good, able to see mt fuji if sky is clear. Quiet and away from major traffic. Free private parking, Onsen at level 7. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything is provided so you can just stay and chill. I opt for buffet breakfast and Dinner, selection is good. Recommended!

We had a good stay here and facilties were great. The tap water in room is apparently spring water from mt fuji and there is free onsen for their guest which we enioyed during our 1night stay here. The only issue is it is far from the train station and take about 15-20mins walk from fujikyu station to the hotel. Although there is free shuttle bus, the timing is limited and starts at 8.45am and ends at 6pm.

Firstly, the service was REALLY GREAT! Staff were very helpful, kind and friendly from the moment we checked in till we checked out. Then, the place really fascinated us~ There were so many amenities provided and you can find almost everything you need for cooking etc. It was also very cosy~ Will definitely come back

The hotel itself is small 々 old, but it is very convenient with hot springs and taverns. It was Mt. Fuji view, so the view was good. However, there are many foreign guests, so I want you to tell me about the manners of the hot spring. I didn't know the manners, and I was poor to say the color 々 from Japanese guests. The explanation was also attached to the dressing room in the room and the hot spring, but I don't see it. I want you to visit if you know the rules when passing the key to the locker, and to those who don't know it, you can give it to a small paper. And please prepare not only English but also Spanish and French. Foreigners want to check the hot spring rules. Let's enjoy the hot springs! Open-air bath, wide and comfortable! Also, the color of the indoor clothes is thin, so the underwear is clear, and eventually I went every time in my clothes. I want you to be a little darker.

My husband and I stayed here for one night at the beginning of October 2020. Check-in time was at 2pm, and the staff members were very efficient and polite, dressed in lovely “yukata”. The room had a nice layout, with two double beds and a television, a separate sitting area with another television and mini-bar area, and a large sofa-bench/bed area by window from which one could view a very large Mt Fuji. There was an indoor bathroom area and a separate shower room that lead to an outdoor hot-bath which was not too hot. I did not even have to add any cold water to it. There was a rooftop hot bath (for women only) and nice larger hot-spring baths on different floors. Other smaller family-baths could be reserved. Note that the towels in the rooms do not have to be taken to these baths since supplies are located there. Pictures may not be taken in any of the baths. The room had guest “yukata” and haori(warm vests) and also another type of top/slacks set which may be worn throughout the hotel. (Note that you might ask in advance about the size ranges of these items). “Tabi” socks were provided for free in our room, and free, packaged small bath towels and amenities were provided for each of us. Two free bottles of water were provided, but items stored in the mini-bar refrigerator need to be paid for upon checkout (as explained by the room attendant upon checking in). There was a nice free selection of tea and coffee in the room, with a nice cup of Japanese tea and a complimentary piece of nutty chocolate upon while being oriented to the room and the layout of the hotel. The level of our room included a free “Taiko” show in the evening (2 shows each night), with ours starting at 8:45pm(the second one). Guests may choose either Japanese or western-style meals. We chose Japanese for both sittings but preferred the quality of the breakast meal, which was very tasty.

The accommodation environment is comfortable, clean, small and beautiful, and the room layout is practical. The location is very good. It's only a 2-minute walk from Fujisan Station (bus) and Fujikyu Line Station. It's so close. There are shopping malls, train stations, and bus stops within Fujisan Station. The property has an elevator. Supplies can be picked up at the front desk on the first floor. The hotel does not provide breakfast. There is a restaurant with a simple kitchen in the public space on the first floor, which is very convenient. There is a washer and dryer. Stay in a twin room on the 3rd floor. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom and toilet are independent. You can go up to the rooftop terrace, and if the weather is good, you can see Mount Fuji. I can communicate in Chinese, which is very convenient. I can say that the location is good, the scenery is good, and the service is good. The only drawback is that the mirror faces the bed, and the check-out time is 10am, which is a bit too early.

I lucked out and was given a larger bedroom than standard. It was a twin room with ample space between the beds and at the foot of the beds for my large suitcase. The bed had a duvet with a cover which only covered one side which I didn't think was very hygienic (I realise it's a typical Japanese style) and one pillow filled with seeds and the other was a softer tempura style pillow. The bathroom was small but functional. The towels were small and thin and only one was provided. There was mould on the shower curtain. The room lighting was ok and the air conditioning worked well. Unfortunately there were no English language channels on TV. There was one desk with a chair. A cupboard and good sized safe which wasn't fixed to the cupboard and a fridge. Wi-Fi was poor and kept on dropping in and out. I tried changing rooms but there was no improvement. The hotel offered free parking and it was just over the road from the train and bus station. I was able to catch a bus from there to Tokyo Haneda airport very easily. That said, booking it was a nightmare because the bus company wouldn't take internet bookings and the hotel refused to help me reserve a seat. The breakfast was ok with enough western choices such as cereal, yoghurt and croissants. The restaurant was a nice bright room. I used the hotel washing machine and dryers (for a small fee). They worked well although the machines were a bit dirty. No English was spoken at reception so communication was difficult. There were a few restaurants within walking distance (or if you drove with parking). 7 Elevens were about 10 minutes walk away. The hire car outlet was about 30 minutes walk away.

A villa on the special floor in Kaneyamaen, which I wanted to stay at someday. Take the shuttle bus from Mt. Fuji station. The hotel is just a destination hotel because there are souvenir shops and restaurants around Kawaguchiko. The large Japanese garden has bridges, rivers, tea rooms, good nights, footbaths, and churches, and this time it was just the season of autumn leaves, which was beautiful. With spring cherry blossoms, hydrangeas in the rainy season, green summer, camellias and snow in winter, you can enjoy the season all year round. The room is a modern Japanese-style room with a view of Mt. Fuji from the open-air bath (although it is not in front of you), and the hot water is just the size for two people, and the meals out of the room were also a type in a wooden box due to the corona sickness. All of them were delicious and delicious.

I was waiting for the next day's golf and arrived by car late at night. Because it is an unknown land, I chose a hotel close to ＩＣ facing the road but it was perfect. The above conditions are cleared, the room is large and clean, the staff is also good, and there is a convenience store next to (the same site) and shopping is convenient. There is a chain restaurant restaurant in the neighborhood, so it is not troublesome to eat. I think the parking lot is also large and I don't feel uneasy in the garage.

We stayed here for two days, although the trip was very short, but the journey was very satisfactory! Mainly because the hotel is very comfortable, you can see Mount Fuji in the external landscape, very beautiful!
