The location of the hotel is OK, but you need to pay a cash deposit when checking in, the check-out is fast, and the facilities are simple and outdated. As a temporary residence for a quick overnight stay, you don't have to mind it too much.

The hotel is quite old. I stayed here 4 years ago. It looks newer. The room is dusty. I stayed on the upper floors. There are quite a lot of people staying. The price is not expensive. There is no breakfast service. There is a 500 baht key card deposit. It is in the city. It is quite easy to find. It is convenient to travel. It is near shopping areas. There are general facilities. There is a spacious parking lot.

This is a very memorable trip. The hotel facilities are clean and tidy, and the service is in place. We have arranged a carriage for the tour. The previous communication email and timely reply to my family are also very satisfied. I asked for leave with a full score. Looking forward to the next trip.

The hotel’s location is very convenient, not far from the city center. There are power outlets near the headboard, making it easy to charge your phone. However, the air conditioner is quite noisy, which might disturb light sleepers. The water heater isn’t very user-friendly; the water temperature feels hotter than normal and is difficult to adjust. On the bright side, the minibar is complimentary, which is a nice touch.

This is a new and very nice hotel on the main street in Lampang city centre, very easily found and accessible. It is a tall building with an atrium in the middle and a lot of parking space in front of the building. There is also a restaurant and a cafe at the back. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well-designed in white theme. Breakfast is the only thing which needs improvement. It is cold and not tasty. However, the staff are quite impressive and the most outstanding person to admire is the security guard. There is only 1 security guard there who also acts as the porter. He is extremely service-minded, friendly, attentive and helpful. I think he is the greatest asset of the hotel and deserves to be rated 5 stars!

Nice hotel and has a large parking lot. Electronic key card and need to use when entering the lift and staircase area. Good aircon. Hot shower water pressure can be weak a bit and back to normal. No problem to me. Almost next to Makro Lampang. BigC is nearby on the other side. Like in most hotels in Thailand, they don’t provide toothbrush set. I bring my own.

Very good location in the citycenter with plenty of parking lots, it’s just within walking distance to night walking street “Kad Kong ta” . Its neighbor is restaurants area, fresh market, departmentstore, and commercial area. It’s refurbished , clean snd spacious room .

The hotel room was good. Spacious clean and fit for purpose. One odd feature was that to plug the kettle in required unplugging the room fridge. Also the room door would not close properly unless a great effort was used. Breakfast was OK, the first day there were no other guests so the breakfast was prepared and brought to the table On the second day a buffet breakfast was available. No lunch available and an evening meal was phoned to a nearby restaurant for delivery. Most of the items on the menu were not available including soft drinks and some beers. The staff were not overly friendly. Overall for the price charged it was ok but not a place for more than a 2/3 day stopover

Hotels and rooms according to hop inn standards that are intended in the middle of Lampang city, on the main road, convenient to travel, clean rooms, comfortable beds. But the room walls are quite thin, hear the sound from outside, the bathroom is clean, wet and dry parts, free wifi, parking lot, coffee service in the morning at the lobby. Service staff Good, but the building condition and the room condition starts to be damaged. Older condition than Lampang City Center branch

Newly built and just operate only for few months so there are MANY LACKING. PLEASE CAREFULLY CONSIDER BEFORE BOOK THIS HOTEL 1. Unprofessional and not well-trained staffs. Staffs at front desk have poor attitude and lack of service mind. They were so rude and never known their own mistake and not even say any apology word to guests. 2. Poor management. Eventhough hotel policy stated that check in time start at 2.00 pm., when guest arrived at 4.30 pm., front desk just said that rooms weren't ready and then they ignore guests. Just let us stand there with our luggages. That was very confusing. 3. Lack of problem solving skill. When our superior rooms were not ready (at 4.30 pm.) and we asked the hotel how they gonna handle this problem. They told us that we can check-in at delux type instead. It's shocking. How they want to downgrade our room when it 's hotel's fault. Then i ask why they didn't inform guests beforehand, front ladies just said that because guests booked through agent (agoda) so they have no customers' contact. And ask guests to speak to agoda instead because hotel prefer to talk with agent not guests ???? 4. No Elevalator and No bellboy. You have to carry your luggages by yourself to second floor and third floor 5. The entrance from main street 's quite small and a bit weired. The hotel area just hide behind other building so you cannot easily see from the main street. cons: 1.The owner 's friendly but not their staffs 😓 2. Room is new and spacious In conclusion : If you don't mind about service and can ignore poor attitude and rude staffs, it's fine to stay here. But if you expect standard hotel service, please look for other place. Frankly Speaking, with the same room rate, you can book much better hotel ( higher star and services)
