The room is very spacious, with corner windows overlooking the streets below. As a budget hotel, it does surpass its name, being a notch higher. With that said, as the name implies, there are some amenities that are not available in the room, such as hairdryer, safe box and hotel slippers.

Hotels is nice. But there is smth off about my stay. I booked 2 single beds, however when we checked in there was 1 double bed. We told them right away they said that gonna make 2 beds for us. We spent whole day by the pool but when came back found just extra bed. Had to ask reception again. Finally they changed our room, but it should take whole day. Would nice next time to solve this kinda stuff a bit faster. Thanks.

Our stay in the bungalow with a direct view of the sea was absolutely wonderful. The sound of the waves and the stunning view provided complete relaxation. The bungalow was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, although the variety could have been a bit better. A major highlight is the location: shops, bars, and restaurants are easily reachable with a short stroll, while the property still offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. We would love to come back!

For the brand name of Hilton I expect higher standard than others. If 1 things disappointed, I am too lazy to write a feedback but there were 3 disappointments for me. 1. Ask for a shower cap, staff took almost 30 minutes to bring up (should there be one in the room but none) 2. Staff making omelet egg skip my order and let 2-3 customers passed me and did not apologize. 3. Restroom toilet seat had yellow pee on the seat. Not just 1 toilet but both toilets for the public restroom on the 24th floor. And this happen at 8:30 am. Over all I am disappointed .

-10/10 for the room, location, and cleanliness with nice city view of the city. -1/10 for Seevices. PM staff at the reception looked exhausted, and I did not feel welcomed at checking in. -5/10 for breakfast as some of the food were cold instead of keeping them warm. FB staff had 0 service skills. No communication and ignoring customers. - It is so difficult to see a smile from any staff here except the security guy. This is my second stay here, but last time was 200% better.

It says on the website at 20:00 but closes at 17:00. The system should be fixed so that you can prepare properly. There are cats around for those who like them, so I recommend it.

The hotel is pretty clean and located in the city center, very convenient. The breakfast was really good with the variety of choices for you to choose. Pleasant stay.

Be careful! This hotel has 2 zones that are not connected to each other. The distance is approximately 600 meters and there is only one zone next to the sea. But in the booking at Trip.com, there is no information on this matter. Pictures can mislead you. If you expect to stay in a beachfront hotel, you may be disappointed.

We didn't stay at the hotel for long. The location is good. Sangteo is 20 baht from the pier per person, back 200 baht like a taxi. The hotel beach is not very good, rocky. You need to go to the beach next door or even further. Sun loungers are only for residents. Breakfast is like everywhere else, but you have to stand for an omelette. The standard room is small, but with a huge bed and a relatively soft mattress. There are mosquito nets on the windows and the front door, which is good. The restaurant in the hotel has a good selection and prices are the same as on the street. There is no tax or tip in the check. You can't hear the music from the disco in the next hotel until 12 at night.

Midweek break with 2 friends on Koh Samet: resort location is ideal, 5 mins by foot from island's main town, on the beach, for ppl in need of a little more liveliness. Deluxe Cottage was a bit dated, good amenities but furnishings are limited, electric sockets were not stable (type C falls out), no aircon in the bathroom. Walking distance to main beach(club) is rather far (5-10 mins). Generally the whole 'Deluxe' section of resort seems to be given less attention, which the restaurant closed and the pool sparsely tended, but is also much more quiet and peaceful in mornings and evenings. The main section, on Sai Kaew beach, is better furnished and closer to the reception and restaurants. The resort is generally pleasant, well maintained with a large staff that is well trained, very friendly and helpful. Pickup service by boat and jeep taxi went well, however, staff loading luggage on the ferry are not very careful (left my suitcase with high value items stacked high on the deck with risk of falling into the water!!). Beachclub is the best on this beach and very comfortable, great food at reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and attentive, but when busy, tend to randomly forget orders (or take very long +30 mins to bring a single cola). Minor inconveniences in paradise... Overall, amazing resort, decent rooms, great service and 10/10 would return again.

I got the double room deluxe , and it was pretty good .The bed was actually comfortable enough and the room is clean.Ac worked well .I looked around in other places and apparently the prices are in the same range in that beach for that kind of bungalow/room, but the good thing is this structure has a minimarket and a pretty good restaurant included (did not try the pizza though) .It s a really chill place , bathroom super basic but still ok for my standards at least. The staff is nice and helpful and you walk 20 meters from the room to the beach .It is literally there. So if you plan to stay in that beach it is definetely a good option and they have many room types to choose.

We lived on the 3rd floor, which means you need to climb all the way to your room. It's okay if you like to exercise, but not okay for the people who are not active. Don't worry, just ask and they will help you with your suitcases. The view in the bathroom is great! And the bathroom itself is great. The room is okay, the bed is comfortable, just pillows are uneven... The breakfast is average... No coffee machine and the choices are very limited. Overall I would say that the price-quality ratio is very reasonable.

The hotel is conveniently located, but tuk-tuks do not bring you to it, you have to walk through the courtyards from the bus stop, the first time we thought we would not find it, then we got used to it when you know the way. The location is convenient, on the 1st line, but perpendicular to the sea, so the windows overlook the backyard and the restaurant toilet. Apparently, during the low season, the restaurant staff got used to sitting there, talking, playing with the children, it was difficult to relax during the day, there was constant noise outside the window. Even when we asked them to be quieter, after some time they gathered there again and talked endlessly loudly, watched videos, played games. Then they moved to the area in front of the reception, but they talked so loudly that the noise still interfered with rest. At the same time, you will not find employees in the restaurant when you need to order food or pay, they are all relaxing there for their own pleasure. The hotel has its own sun loungers on the beach, but the restaurant staff tried to kick us out from there on the first day and insisted that we should order something in the restaurant, this spoiled the impression, of course. It is strange that the hotel has a restaurant, but no breakfast, it would be more convenient with breakfast. At 9 am, large groups of Chinese tourists are brought to the restaurant, in principle, as in other neighboring restaurants on the first line. The room is not bad, but old, the bed is comfortable, the TV only has Thai channels. The toilet in the bathroom is leaking, the faucet, apparently the same is on the floor above, because water was dripping from the ceiling and there is mold on the ceiling, and in the toilet itself there is no ventilation and a terrible smell of mold. There is no toilet paper, in front of the entrance to the toilet there is a holder with thin napkins, which is very inconvenient. We lived on the 1st floor, since among us there were people with disabilities, in front of the room there is a table and two chairs, but sitting in front of the restaurant toilet is not at all pleasant. Also, the employees in this place eat their own food and sometimes the smells are very unpleasant. The hotel is for very unpretentious visitors, but the sea is wonderful and two steps from the beach. On the main street there are many restaurants, massages, two 7-11, currency exchange. It's a couple of minutes' drive from the ferry.

The hotel was right at the beach so it was very convenient. It also has a nice restaurant with breakfast, lunch, dinner menus so we never had to go too far for food. Some of the hotel staff were very nice and kind, some were cranky but that's alright. The AC in our room was leaking and we informed the hotel but they could only provide us towels to deal with the leakage. I booked quite last minute so I can't really complain with the room choice. All in all, I do recommend the hotel.

I booked a standard room for 2700 rubles per day, I was very pleased with the living conditions and unobtrusive service. This is a bungalow with three separate rooms. The furniture in the house and around it is not new, but the room itself is cozy, there is a lot of lighting, there is wi-fi, it is possible to watch TV in Russian on the YouTube channel, which is rare in Thailand (you need a TV set-top box). Amenities in the room: snow-white bed linen, a comfortable mattress, white thick bath towels, beach sheets, a beach bag, an umbrella, a safe, detergents, a kettle, water and coffee. The hotel is on the first line, but does not have its own beach, sun loungers and a restaurant, access to the sea is through the Tom Pizza hotel. On Wong Duan Beach there are a lot of cafes from other hotels, so there are no problems with breakfasts or dinners, in addition, they carry fruits, fried chicken, and som tam salad along the beach. We lay on sunbeds at other hotels, no one asked for money, except for the Cabana hotel. There they offer to pay 200 baht. But you can use your own mat. The lock on the front door is flimsy, but they give you an additional padlock, and there is a safe in the room - you can feel the concern for the safety of the guests' property. I came to check in at 12 o'clock, my room was not ready. I liked that they checked me in, offered to leave my heavy bag in the office and gave me a beach towel to while away the time on the beach. My relatives were checked in right away at 12 o'clock, their bungalow was free. Before that I stayed at the Tom Pizza hotel, the price is twice as expensive, and the conditions in the room leave much to be desired: doubts about the cleanliness of the bed linen, there is not even a duvet cover, instead of it there is some kind of gray bedspread-plaid, it is unpleasant to cover yourself with it, decorative pillows are stained, the door has the same flimsy lock, there is no safe, no additional lock, I read in reviews that there were thefts of money, which is not surprising. Against their background, the conditions in Bell House are better, and the prices are more pleasant. By the way, throughout the bay in each hotel there are evening fire shows. From the restaurant, which is located on the cape itself, during dinner there is a stunning view of the evening bay, sitting with many lights.

A very small but natural resort with only 25 bungalow type rooms. Some detached some twins. Room Interiors are modern and clean. No catering service at this venue yet restaurants are plentiful within walking distance. But the great advantage is it's privacy with direct outlet to the sea for coral snorkeling and Sunrise Beach . Walking to the famous Sai Kaew Beach is just a few minutes walk. Free Wifi coverage is thru out the entire venue including the seaside. The owner and her members are very nice and friendly. Discount coupons of some restaurants on Sai Kaew Beach are available at front desk on request. Room cleaning only available for before 11.00 am. Check out before 11.30 am. Some rooms are too far from Seaside and some are too hidden. The bests are #1 to 4, 8 to 11. We stay at #2 was excellent. To and fro the Main Pier is easy by Public Transport for just few minutes drive. If you have heavy luggage, hotel has tricycle to pick up at or deliver to Public Transport Stop.

The hotel is not bad to stay there for a day or two, but not more. We got a deluxe room of modest size, especially the bathroom, which has a wardrobe, which is not very convenient. The beach is good, there is a place to walk, but in the evening during high tide the coastline becomes very narrow. At first we were even scared) but in vain, in the morning we enjoyed the gorgeous sea and the beach with golden sand.

Very comfy and friendly hotel in rayong. Room rate was reasonable, love the happy hours by the pool. Dinner at the pool was superb - all dishes were yummy!! We will definitely come back ❤️.

Great location. The beach is great, easy to access. Hotel stuffs are friendly and helpful, even security guard is very friendly. The room is not in great condition. It is a bit old and needs some maintainance.

The hotel is located next to the sea, good location, quiet, private, can walk down to play on the beach. Newly renovated rooms, clean rooms, cool air conditioning, bathrooms may not have been renovated. But it works well. There is a hair dryer, a refrigerator, and a kettle. The environment outside the accommodation/common areas looks old. If the garden and trees were trimmed, it would be better. And there should be more cleanliness in the common areas.

Nice hotel along the beach in Klaeng. For a quick overnight stay the hotel was quite basic but ok.

The hotel is beautiful and nice in Rayong. Room was Very clean and big, comfy bed and pillows. There are lot of amenities. In the room there is the poem of Phra Sunthorn Vohara (he’s a royal poet began in the reign of King Rama2). Swimming pool was nice. Service is great. Just cross the road to the beach.

Cleanliness - The room was fantastic, spotless in fact, 5/5. Location - I give this 3/5 because the hotel is located at a beautiful beach. However, the street around the hotel has nothing else on it (not the fault of the hotel obviously). The beach itself is beautiful, I will repeat, but only immediately in front of the hotel. The rest of the beach is very dirty. Service - This is where this hotel becomes a real disaster, and if I could I would give this section 0/5. We checked in around 11pm to 11:30pm. The staff came to the counter while watching a movie on his phone and left the movie playing full volume whilst looking for our key. After a very long process of checking the computer he led us to a room. He stumbled a lot on his way and appeared drunk. When we got to the room, he looked inside and told us it was already occupied. He told us that our room had been sold to someone else because we were late checking in and led us back to the reception where he walked off somewhere without telling us any more information. We stayed at the reception and used the bathroom facilities in the meantime. I also proceeded to contact trip dot com's customer support to let them know about the issue. After a while had passed he came back and walked past us to the bathroom. After coming out of the bathroom he led us to a new room and told us that this room was now available. The whole thing was bizarre and we were caused to worry unnecessarily by being told that we didn't have a room. I cannot think of any justification for his actions and it started off the stay at this hotel very poorly. Amenities - The amenities provided by the hotel were adequate. They included a bottle of water in the room. I do like when hotels provide toothbrushes and other smaller things so that would be the difference between me providing a 4/5 and a 5/5 for this part.

We had a family holiday with a 12 year old child. The hotel was very decent, located on the first line, the view from the room was on the sea, every evening from the balcony we watched gorgeous sunsets, as well as Samet Island. The pool is very well located, literally next to the beach. The food was very decent by Thai standards. The rooms were updated, cleaning was daily. But the place itself is very quiet, there is nowhere to go except for cafes on the beach. I recommend the hotel.
