This hotel is hands down my favorite! The environment is fantastic, with beautiful scenery that makes for a truly relaxing stay. The service is exceptional; every hotel staff member was incredibly polite and attentive. The breakfast was perfect—plenty of delicious options to start the day. My room was new, spotless, and very comfortable. I would absolutely return just to stay at this hotel for my vacation. I 100% recommend it!

The room is very spacious, with corner windows overlooking the streets below. As a budget hotel, it does surpass its name, being a notch higher. With that said, as the name implies, there are some amenities that are not available in the room, such as hairdryer, safe box and hotel slippers.

For the brand name of Hilton I expect higher standard than others. If 1 things disappointed, I am too lazy to write a feedback but there were 3 disappointments for me. 1. Ask for a shower cap, staff took almost 30 minutes to bring up (should there be one in the room but none) 2. Staff making omelet egg skip my order and let 2-3 customers passed me and did not apologize. 3. Restroom toilet seat had yellow pee on the seat. Not just 1 toilet but both toilets for the public restroom on the 24th floor. And this happen at 8:30 am. Over all I am disappointed .

Budget-friendly stay close to the shopping mall. Staff speaks decent English. Across the street at the gas station is a food market

This hotel is a paradise, super nice beach, amazing food at the restaurant and pretty decent room to have a rest. I will come back soon. Things to improve: no friendly receptionist, tired waiters and loud music at night. The rest was perfect, thanks for treating me like home ❤️

Nice hotel with private beach 2 swimming pool, 2 restaurants 1 by the seaside. Big rooms Very clean and with good service

Accommodation by the sea, you can walk on the beach. The beach is Ao Pai with alternating rocks and sand. There is a restaurant inside, including a spa for convenience. It is private and not crowded. The room is clean, the bed is firm but soft but comfortable. The breakfast is fresh and varied. The staff is good and smiling.

The love the Holiday Inn Express brand after always using Marriott brand. The cupuchino was the best, and we ordered Thai food at the bar, which was excellent. The TV and internet were good so I could be work done as well. Breakfast was good and a relaxing experience.

The hotel left only positive impressions. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable furniture and modern amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful, check-in early, always ready to help with any questions. Breakfasts are varied and delicious, there are many dishes to choose from, which is pleasantly pleasing. The location of the hotel is ideal, its own beach equipped with sun loungers - close to the main attractions and convenient transportation.

Service here was really bad, they didn’t clean the room and only put two water bottles at the door. For new towels or to ditch the trash, I had to go to the front desk myself. What’s more, the bathroom area is really weird, the wall isn’t high enough, so you hear people in the room next to you taking a bath, and their light and sound comes in. The grid in the back of the room doesn’t even have glass, giving free access to mosquitoes and bugs. When I told the staff this was problematic, they weren’t very helpful and just showed that all rooms were like this. Wouldn’t recommend, it’s not worth the money. Service really bad.

Cheap room, got room 301, found 3 cockroaches in the bathroom and 1 on the bedside table. The room is not soundproof. The bed sheet has a little stain. Breakfast is Thai food.

We stayed in this king-size room with a mountain view. The room is spacious and brand-new. Clean and cozy. The date we stayed was during the new year festival so there were a lot of guests. Waiting for checking-in took a bit longer as there was only one staff member at the counter. Nice location in the middle of Rayong and next to a PPT petro station.

Very friendly and helpful Staff - Great food at the restaurant. Bungalows were super nice and cosy. Very quiet location, away from the busy part of the hotel and beach. Unfortunately the pool area was neglected. Umbrellas were rusty and pool water was a bit dirty. The gym had poor facilities and was worn out. Could use a shine up. But overall we were happy with our 3 nights at this Resort.

Pros Excellent location with everything you need, including a nice beach, on your doorstep Restaurant serves decent Thai and Western food at good prices Dining right on the beach Beach is well kept and while not private never felt crowded Rooms are good sized with nice bathrooms Cons Mattress is rock hard with a very thin and almost non-existent pillow Walls, ceilings and floors very thin so be prepared to hear everything and everyone 24/7 Breakfast is very sad and not worth paying for

Very nice place. Not too much sunbeds, but tey have service in near bar. Breakfast not so large choose, but very delicious. Pier near not so good because of gasoline.

The location of the hotel is great if you like snorkelling, the cleaning service is only from 9:00- 13:00 and you need to confirm with the staff if you need it or not, which is alright for me. The only thing made me is a bit uncomfortable is the reception provided food vouchers for our foreign friend( we checked in separately) but not us, even we booked the same room types and his room was right next to the beach.

We had a great rest! I want to stay here on my next trip. Thanks to the hosts for a comfortable stay, the price is low, everything you need is there. The location is convenient, in the center of the beach with white sand and emerald water, a picturesque path 5 minutes from the house to the beach, there is a store, a lot of cafes and restaurants.

The journey to reach the resort, from the mainland, is a small adventure in itself but well worth it. We only stayed for 3 nights but it was very enjoyable. The small chalet was perfect for a couple and luckily a short walk from the beach, not too far and not too close. Sun loungers and bean bags were plentiful. Breakfast was good and the staff excellent. Very relaxing.

This might be a perfect place for grandparents, located in the middle of nowhere, there are no activities, no entertainment, not even music. Was the most boring place I’ve ever been. Is very clean and the pools are nice, food is also delicious. The front desk wasn’t as nice and welcoming as other places we’ve been in Thailand, but that’s not a big issue. Oh, also didn’t like the fact we had to pay 100baht for the laundry bag. First time in my life I wasn’t allowed to take the laundry bag. Incredible haha

This was our second stay at this hotel, as our first experience was excellent and encouraged us to return. However, we were unaware that the hotel had expanded with a new area located approximately 500 meters from the original buildings, making it inconvenient to walk between the two zones. We booked the same hotel but ended up in the wrong building. It would be helpful if the hotel clearly labeled this new area with a distinct name, such as ”New Building,” rather than ”Garden Wing,” which caused some confusion as we previously stayed in the original garden zone. The hotel is now much larger, and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with essentials. Unfortunately, cleanliness fell short this time, as we noticed some stains on the blanket and towels. We chose not to raise the issue as we wanted a hassle-free stay. The location is not ideal for visiting nearby attractions like coffee shops but is conveniently close to a 7-11. While we appreciate certain aspects of the hotel, we might not return for a third visit and would prefer staying in the ocean zone instead.

The hotel is right on the beach, you can walk around. The house is clean but not soundproof, you can hear people walking by and talking in the corridor very loudly. But the room is new, there is a reception room separated from the bedroom, there is little parking space, you have to park on the opposite side and have the hotel car pick you up. If you have children or adults with a lot of stuff, I recommend dropping off your bags at the lobby first.

Great location. The beach is great, easy to access. Hotel stuffs are friendly and helpful, even security guard is very friendly. The room is not in great condition. It is a bit old and needs some maintainance.

For a hotel directly connected to the beach, it's hard to find fault with the price. The hotel is a bit old, but the room is large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast variety is not very rich, but it can meet the needs of ordinary people. The transportation is not very convenient, but the front desk can help call a taxi or rent a motorcycle. There are still many things to do around. In contrast, the price of 999 baht is still very attractive.

We had a family holiday with a 12 year old child. The hotel was very decent, located on the first line, the view from the room was on the sea, every evening from the balcony we watched gorgeous sunsets, as well as Samet Island. The pool is very well located, literally next to the beach. The food was very decent by Thai standards. The rooms were updated, cleaning was daily. But the place itself is very quiet, there is nowhere to go except for cafes on the beach. I recommend the hotel.

The hotel is clean, across the road to Laem Mae Phim Beach, 7-Eleven is next to the hotel, the staff are polite, the breakfast is delicious 👍🏻

Positives: ＞ Beautifully designed - the outward appearance of the hotel is quite spectacular and is very well decorated. ＞ Comfortable rooms - the beds are large and comfortable with plenty of pillows and cushions and the rooms have plenty of places to sit. ＞ Room size - rooms are large and feel spacious. ＞ Cleanliness - The hotel was immaculately clean in all areas. ＞ Staff - Staff were very friendly and accommodating. ＞ Location - the location is ideal for walkability to shops, restaurants and the beach. Negatives: ＞ Events - The hotel also hosts events which can be very loud and go on late into the night. ＞ Doors/soundproofing - We noticed that there was a significant gap in our door which meant that it wasn't particularly soundproof and we were kept awake most of the night (until 2am) by other guests outside our room. ＞ Location - although I have stated the positives about the location above, the negatives are that the hotel is in close proximity to some bar with live music or karaoke which is incredibly loud and can go on very late into the night. Both the noise from the guests at this hotel and the event down the road was very significant and kept us awake late into the night. ＞ Breakfast - Breakfast is served cold. Although they have the equipment to keep the food warm, for some reason they choose not to. Unless you are lucky enough to catch something as soon as it is placed in the container it will go cold quickly. Eggs, bacon, fried rice, local dishes etc are all cold by the time you get them which is not common for Thai hotels and also very disappointing. Comments for the hotel: ＞ Doors - please ensure all doors do not have gaps in between. This can be done easily with some rubber lining on the door frame. This would increase the soundproofing of the room dramatically. ＞ Noise - I understand that the hotel cannot control the bar down the street which plays loud music all night but it does have control over its own events and its own guests. There should be strict rules about drunk guests making noise late into the night and knocking on doors. Nowhere in the rules does it state ”quiet hours” which I believe it should. I understand that events at the hotel serve as a large source of the hotel's income, but there's no need to neglect other guests who stay there. ＞ Breakfast - use the equipment you already own properly and keep the breakfast food hot. I do not know any Thai people who enjoy cold food and keeping the food warm would increase the quality of the breakfast dramatically. Despite being a small cafe, the breakfast has quite a variety and the flavour is good but the temperature of the food really ruins the breakfast.

It is a newly renovated hotel, not a new hotel. Many of the room's equipment has been improved. New air conditioner, new bed, new TV, 4-5 power outlets to charge your battery comfortably. Some parts of the building are not in order, such as the elevator on the 3rd floor, the floor is not smooth when opened. The hotel is by the sea, you can walk down. There are many swimming pools, but some are old and not suitable for swimming. The highlight is the building-type rooms with two 5-foot beds and a sofa bed.
