Clean room with reliable wifi. Staff is very friendly. There was a fire show on the night we stayed (not everyday, suggest to check the schedule with the staff). Good location. There are lots of restaurant and mart near by.

Great hotel price wise. Big swimming pool with nice slides. Nice private beach feeling. The breakfast is normal. The room is big with a very big balcony including seating. The only minus is the small bathroom. But the shower area is good with hot and good pressure water. Friendly staff, food and drinks are fair and no ++. We will come back.

First time book this hotel but many time visited koh chang. Hotel location is not really good in term of beach area. It is in between the exit point of a small cannel so whenever i want to get to the sea, i need to walk to the near by hotel to enter the cleaner water. Staff and service are excellent. Breakfast quality is pretty decent compare to other hotels that im visiting.

Very good , good big room , lots of things to do , great price at time of booking considering what has to offer compared to other places in the area , good breakfast not the best I save that for star convention in rayong .. Overall considering we on am island at the mercy of controlled prices was as a fair deal , stay again in a couple of days ..

Stayed in the budget rooms, which are about a five minute walk from the main resort and on the opposite side of the road. Room was very spacious and well designed with lots of places to put stuff and plugs near the bed. Bathroom was also really nice and featured a large independent shower, with lots of shelf space to put stuff. The breakfast is very nice and the resort is located in front of a beautiful sandy beach. Overall a very pleasant stay. One negative is that the Wi-Fi was not working so we ended up using up all of our mobile data during our one week stay.

Stunning place, incredible balcony onto the beach and amazing food selection. Serene and just stunning. Highly recommended. Need to get a taxi into town but upside is quiet seclusion. Taxi truck is 50-100 baht pp each way.

Highly recommended this resort!!! Very nice place and location is amazing, located in the best beach in Koh Chang and it’s not far from the pier, there is convenient store and ATM in front of the resort. The resort has everything you need and fully of facilities. The food is delicious and reasonable price. All staff are friendly and helpful. Will come back!!!

The hotel is pretty old, you can tell. But the area of the hotel is still nice, 2 swimming pools and it feels like you’re in the middle of jungle and the restaurant is on the beach together with fire shows almost every night. The beach itself though wasn’t the best experience. It’s too shallow and water wasn’t clear.

The hotel is in the city center. There are many restaurants with delicious food around. There is a lot of parking. The hotel does not look very old. The room is clean, but there is no breakfast. Note: It is not yet time to check out, but the staff called a lot before the time!

Beautiful cabin, bright room, great location on the west slope, close to a beautiful sandy beach with colorful fish stocks. Most of the staff were friendly, the cleanliness of the room was adequate. The biggest problem was some unpleasant guests. It was a nice stay. Thank you very much for that.

I would like to thank Khun Jell for helping us with the change in room, it meant a lot to us. Like what others have mentioned, many processes could have been a little more smooth. There were long wait times for the room, food at beach bar, housekeeping requests, and drinks at breakfast, and this was quite annoying. It was not exactly value for money - Dinso charges a pretty penny per night (300USD++) but the entire experience felt like a 3* hotel rather than a 4 or 5* hotel. Staff were not the most proficient in the English language so communication was quite limited too. The beach club is lovely but I do wish the staff prioritized hotel customers rather than other walk-ins.

The best place for couples to enjoy the time with each other. Super friendly staff (thanks a lot You guys) will help with any questions and advices. Highly recommend if you want be out of the noisy citys and enjoy sounds of nature, this is the place for you! Villa room with fishes pool is incredible!

This is exactly what a relaxing and restful vacation should be like! A little paradise on Koh Kood! Our stay at the Dusita Resort was simply unforgettable. The complex is beautifully situated in the middle of tropical nature, with direct access to a wonderful, quiet beach. The bungalows are lovingly decorated, clean and offer everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, they anticipated our every wish. The little details in particular, such as fresh coconuts on the beach and the recommendation for excursions, made our stay perfect. The food at the resort was delicious - fresh fish, Thai specialties and a great atmosphere right by the sea. For us it was the perfect place to switch off, unwind and enjoy the beauty of Koh Kood. Let's start with the pros: the hotel is new, everything is done well, the rooms are modestly furnished, but have a minimum of everything. The location is good, the beach is nearby, literally a 3-5 minute walk depending on the pace. The mattress and pillows are good, there is hot (through a water heater) and cold water. There is Internet, but the speed is not fantastic. The staff is smiling, kind, they understand almost no English. Towels from the room can be used as beach towels and returned every day in exchange for new ones. The territory is small, there are no sun loungers. You can rent a bike for 300 baht, like taking the keys, then throwing them on the table and goodbye, no one inspects bikes. The bike is Honda click 125, in good condition, they don't care if you have a license, that's your problem, they give you a helmet, but everyone on the island rides without one, although there is plenty to kill yourself in, a lot of steep hills and a road made of concrete slabs, in places with good cracks for the wheel to lead. Now the downsides: mosquitoes, there are a lot of them, small, it seems that they are not there, but they are. Buy repellents, especially for the socket at night. Breakfast is complete trash, 3 courses and that's it, the same thing day after day, you can live for 2-3 days, then you get bored. The BIGGEST downside of this hotel is the audibility, you will hear EVERYTHING, the farts and snoring of neighbors, everything that happens on the street, since the glass there is single, it is not even a double-glazed window. One concrete slab, if someone drops something far away on the tile in the room, you will know about it. Noisy refrigerator. The restaurant, which is this hotel, does not give discounts for residents, the food is bad, there are always a lot of people there, drinking beer and eating, there are even queues, I gave it 2 chances, but this is really bad, even when compared with neighboring establishments. If you want fish, eat in the fishing village, it is 15 minutes by bike, no need in this restaurant. There are palm trees along the path to the beach, it's cool, but the staff doesn't cut coconuts from them, you're walking through a minefield, you play roulette every day, for some reason they cut them on the territory of large hotels, here no one cares. There is no kettle in the room and the room itself is tiny, you can't even open your suitcases. If you're traveling alone, then it's fine, if you're traveling as a couple and with suitcases and for more than 3 days, you don't need to come here.

My friends stayed at the Shanta’s which is really nice. I spent the days at their hotel because the landscape and layout was far superior. Also the Shanta rooms overlook the water whereas paradise is like a travel lodge motel. I understand the Shantaa is more expensive but the paradise was designed not to look very nice. There is much landscaping and a very sterile environment. The rooms and facility need updating. The breakfast is very low quality even the bread and juices. The main courses were maybe a 2 to 3 out of 5. The service was fine in the lobby and housekeeping was ample. They did not replace my coffee and the shower gel was broken and I left it by the sink thinking they would repair it but they did not. If you want to be near the beach and do not mind staying in average rooms with no view, this is the place. I was unable to find another reasonable priced hotel with good ratings on trip. The trip rating system is flawed since my service was fine and they do have amenities.

The service you get at Far East is great. Ask for something and it happens straight away. We asked reception for bins to be changed and it happened straight away. I then asked cleaners to do it all days we were there and they did plus new towels and waters. The breakfast has a good variety. There is a guy who makes coffees for you and you can see he takes pride in the craft. On our third day he saw us walk in and made it without asking- lovely. The grounds are well looked after. It seems to be raked every day. There was a cat poo near our room one morning. When we came home from exploring, it was gone. It is walking distance to resteraunts. We'd stay again.

I really liked the hotel, we lived in a house near the sea, it was clean, cozy, the staff was attentive, when they saw that you didn’t understand, they turned on the translator on their phone 😂😂😂 in the restaurant you can use toasts, tea, coffee, buns, croissants and other things for free all day, thanks to the hotel🙏

That is, the sunbeds were all occupied, but they were not used. Perhaps if we added 4 more sunbeds it would be better. Otherwise, the hotel and location are so good that I would return there again. The rooms are perfect, the breakfast is good, everything is incredibly beautiful and well maintained.

The resort location is just excllent. The whole resort occupied the best location of conjunction between beach and river. So fatastic to walk around the river month and beach. Beach water is clear, and even good sakat boat free for travel. The most special room type is canal view family, which can only be booked from officiial web. Garden view family room booked from Trip.com is also good, if you are lucky you may have have to river view. I hope next time I can get canal view room from trip.com. Food is execllent for asian. Free drInks and toast are nice. Overall very nice experience.

At first we booked our room from trip.com with fully paid. When we arrive to hotel our booking was not register at hotel. However hotel arranged to give better room than we booked. It was a nice trip with my friends and hotel employees have great smile and they help everything that we need. Thanks for your hospitality. And hotel rooms are also clean and tidy.

The wCham’s house is a wonderful place , very well located on great beach … But … the staff doesn’t speak very well English ( apart from the responsable persons in every service) . But gettinginformation at the reception is very difficult and getting g the right info at the restaurant ( apart from the menu) is also not possible. The management should really invest in English courses for their staff , as well as invest in the maintenance ( very , very poor) . It looks like that after the pandemic, the owners of Cham’s house want to earn a maximum of money , without investing.. it’s a pity that this wonderful place is loosing it’s glamour ..
